Disgusting place wouldn’t let my dogs stay there, where to start! No hot water in shower, dirty towels & bedding, outside area full of mozzies no screens, the aircon was minimal cooling but so noisy sounded like it was going to blow up. Staff hardly spoke English food choices were ridiculous we ordered fried rice I told them I’m coealiac no sauce they smothered it in soy sauce so I had chocolate from 7-11. I’m so disappointed I’ve stayed in over 25 hotels in Bali never had this experience before room was covered in mould & was painted over smelt awful Don’t stay here.
Whole complex needs renovation. Rotting floor boards on the verandas. The pools need a good scrub. The linen was old, torn and discoloured. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to try and make your stay comfortable.

Terrible. Booked through trip a deal and paid twice what we normally pay. Received a dirty, tired and run down villa. Sheets stained, towels thin and worn and villas generally dirty. Pool has broken tiles and dirty. Nothing was wiped down in outside area and bins hardly emptied. Bars don’t have stock and kitchen limited. If the villas aren’t clean then what does the kitchen look like. Staff happy but untrained. Don’t stay and ruin your holiday. If you have booked cancel before you leave. Done.
