They over booked our room and tried to move us to another villa.
The staff were friendly and helpful we stayed in a 1 Bedroom villa. Not what we expected. The bedroom and Bathroom faced the pool. The Kitchen, Living, Dining Room which was the same size as the bedroom was not air conditioned, ceiling fan only, with no windows or natural light except from through the bedroom was barely usable, The pool was SMALL MAYBE 3mt x 2mt.

Am currently staying at the Jas villas in seminyak and have had the WORST experience! I have had $300 AUD taken from my safe. I have spoken to managers and looked at CCTV footage and their dates and times ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. I have proof of when we are else where and it shows we are still at the villa. The only people it shows to of been able to take it is the staff and the management were NO HELP AT ALL!
