Our first day in Bali and at Santika. Warm welcome. Nice room. Busy street but very quiet room.
Great breakfast on the top floor and nice pool.

Hotel Santika gives you a luxurious feel as soon as you walk in. We stayed for 1 week. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Rooms are amazing and spacious. Love how we can get our room cleaned and beds done everytime we leave. Food is a little bit expensive so we preferred going out instead. Breakfast buffet was amazing, there are loads of food to choose from and it changes everyday. Customer service in the restaurant was good but not great. Would definitely stay again when we go back to Bali!

Really lovely hotel, stayed for 3 nights. Staff were really helpful and sorted out any problems or requests straight away. Swimming pool on the roof was clean and a lovely place to watch the sun set with a drink. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

I am biggest fan of Santika Group. They very good on many things. But for santika seminyak I should say in here anything is so so. I don’t have any special things about food, services, venue and etc. Is hard to find transportation, you should walk outside and wait quite long to find cab. Not really strategist place but the price quite expensive among others. Overall : Place : 6/10 Services : 6, 5/10 Food : 6/10 Location : 5/10 Price : 5/10 (based on many condition above)

Great hotel, close to the main road but better to have a motorbike. Rooms are comfy, stuff is very friendly and breakfast is good enough (many different options). Swimming pool at the roof is one more plus.

A great hotel with a great view of sunset at their rooftop. Their food are amazing and staffs are friendly as well. Love their minimalist design and it’s really clean. Swimming with their sunset view would be my best advice!

There's a beautiful white piano in the lobby, the room is great comfort, the bathroom is being kept clean and dry everyday, there is a working desk in the room, rooftop restaurant is really great. Great, great, great!

Cons: Price
The location far from the Action Center and even farther from the beaches, but it concerns the whole of Kuta.
Bad smell in the bathroom.

The pool is closed at 9 pm, it is without backlight, much worse than the photo, but in itself is not bad.

Love the swimming pool on top of the roof. Windy. Good atmosphere. But buffet not much choices.

I Love this hotel… The interiors are all in white. Situated at Sunset Road, very close to Seminyak Area. I can see the sunset and the sunrise from the rooftop.

Recently had the pleasant of staying 3 nights in this lovely hotel. All staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with balcony. The breakfast was adequate with western and traditional food. Food taste need to be improved, but overall this hotel is recommended.

Nice hotel in Sunset Road with delicious food. But please find another room if you get 227 because the Wi-Fi connection is bad.

For 3 stars this is good choice, their staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave me lots od useful informations. Im not good person to review asian food but I was not amazed with their food, but still it was ok. They have nice pool on roof. Also you can rent motor bike in very good condition with full tank of gas for ~5$. Long story short I would recommend this hotel, I believe its good budget choice.

I decided to stay here because the name of Santika. Since it always meet My expectation. But there still need room for improvement. 1. Arrive at 12.30 then the front desk tell me that I can come again to check in after 2.00 pm without saying anything. Well it is quite rude, without tell me the condition and no offer for wait at the lobby. Then I just go out for a while Then come back around 1.15 with different frontdesk person. Then he said the rooms is ready. He is very friendly and explain everything very well. For me, if its only 45 minutes difference. It is better to wait in the lobby instead I have to go out for a while. So need to have standard level for each staff especially frontdesk. 2. You need to improve cellular signal in rooms. Pro : 1. Santika always have a good option for breakfast and was delicious. (This is the mian point I prefer stay in santika) 2. The place is located in the main road of sunset road. Close to tourist attraction (cangu and seminya) also beach. Keep up the good work. Thats Just my two cents.

A chain hotel. Location is good, though the entrance is limited. Good staff and quick respond. Built less than 3 years ago. Rooftop pool. Rooftop restaurant. But on city view. Worth the stay. Parking is bit limited due to the hotel position. For people who love simple process, this a choice among others.

The hotel is clean, has a nice bathroom, provide hairdryer (for a very good price). Located at Sunset Road, easy access to beach, lifestyle cafes and bars at Seminyak. There's small pool and gym to train. The breakfast menu was boring but ok.
