Very friendly and welcoming staff who couldn't do enough for you. Rooms are very large and well equipped, the sea and beach views from the room. What more do you want. would we come back. Yes.

Spacious bedroom, bathroom and closet. The jacuzzi is fave, direct access to the beach is best! Especially PiSu! The delish Pie Susu made by the hotel. My kids love it!

We bookedXmas Dinner last night 24 December 2019 for four of us (our table is beach front). I need to say this, so they can have better improvement in their restaurant service. When I arrived the hotel, staff are very friendly, and we were happy to walk to our dining table with nice view and music band.
All my happy mood was gone after we ordered the drinks, it took so long to get served. The worst part was our dinner time. They seam to forgot us, no foods bring out after 30 minutes, my friends were hungry and started angry.
Then our appetizer arrived after we tried contact their staff. Restaurant doesn't have floor manager to keep an eye on the guess. We had to ask again for our next soup then have to wait so long again for carving, foods served but no plates to eat, have to walk up to asked staff again for plates.
So disappointed, my friend start angry, because we arrived at 6:45 pm, but 9:30pm we did not get serve our main course. Then the mix grill served around 9:45pm with very bad quality, foods were cold, tasteless and sea foods were not fresh, terrible cook.
All my mood completely gone and replaced by anger. The staff informed us about the dessert, we need to serve ourself from their table near the pool. We know those dessert displayed there in open air since beginning, and after almost 3 hours of the most boring dinner and they want us to eat those melted dessert?

Amazing experience staying at Anantara last week with our two young children. The breakfasts were fabulous, the pools were divine, the staff were so helpful and kind and the free upgrade to an ocean view suite was spectacular. Highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I loved our experience at Anantara for our honeymoon. The staff and service here are absolutely amazing. The suites are beautiful and spacious. They are in great condition and kept very clean. We loved eating at the restaurants on the resort as well, whether it was on the beach, poolside, or rooftop, the ambiance was always perfect. Just overall a wonderful get away, thank you Anantara! ❤️

Just had a fabulous week here. Sea view room was amazing. Location is great. Right on the beach & either a walk or short (traffic dependent) taxi ride to bars/restaurants. Staff are so friendly, helpful & cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Food & cocktails are great!
Yes some of the main building walls are a little tired & in need of some tlc but that doesn’t detract from the fact that this is a fabulous small hotel.
Definitely recommend.

The hotel has very big room You will get private whirlpool in the room balcony The hotel location is connected to Seminyak Beach, you could enjoy sunset there from the hotel or you could walk to La Plancha, the beach club next to the hotel If you would like to go to the airport, please make sure you reserve the taxi in advance, a little difficult to find meter taxi, the taxi will give you fixed price and also you could get the traffic jam in Seminyak area in certain hours.

Not staying here but I used their pool and day beds for 500K, it’s worth every penny. The pool is not big but its overlooking to the Seminyak beach, you get free cold bottled water and the food is superlicious. Checked on their mock up room and definitely will stay here next time.

The WORST experience ever! They sent a link to pay in advance, we transferred the first 4000 euros, but they don't accept euros, so their bank put it on a depot. When we arrived, they told us, that they haven't received anything. So we tried again. They gave us a wrong bank account. So the next 4000 euros away. We payed 10.000.000 rp to be able to stay for 2 nights. They told us to wait until our money will arrive. Then we talked to some guy at the reception, he gave us different bank details. We transferred again, in rupia (another 4000 euros btw) but it was their account for dollar. So nothing happened. We payed another 10 Mio rp for another 2 days. Nothing happened. Then they gave us 2! Wrong email addresses to send the confirmation from our bank to. Then they gave us their rp account details. But with a wrong Iban, so another 4000 euros away. Then we payed another 10 Mio rp in cash.
On our 6th day they finally had been able to give us the correct bank details, so we could transfer dollar to their dollar account. (all together 20.000 euros had now been transferred. Think about it. ) we called our bank about 10 times, always asking why it takes so long or what is wrong. And the bank assured us, that the money was always sent to them and should have arrived. ) they only should have made 1! Call, to allow their bank changing our euros into their preferred currency. 20.000 euros and they handle us like we are unbelievable stupid. And another 1800 euros in cash.

1. The description of coconut weather station sounds humorous. 2. Beautiful sunset and Seminyak beach. 3. The restaurant and bar on 3rd floor Recommended 4. Dinning outside near beach must be booked in advance. 5. Drinking energy beverage here is an enjoyable way.

Amazing resort with quality services & facilities. Excellent staffs. We had wonderful 4 days 3 nights. Great and memorable stays. Would love to go back again!

The staff were very nice and helpful Location is great if ur looking for a nice ocean side location away from nightlife craziness The rooms are spacious yet housekeeping need some focus on cleaning as many times they didn’t do a good service especially the toilet and bathroom Pool side is great Room balcony is big with a nice jacuzzi and sun-bed Don’t stay next to the main road side as it gets noisy and the balcony door is not sound proof as we had to move to another suite because of the noise.

Freaking awesome villa, with sea view. Great for honeymoon or couples without kids. Fantastic for wedding ceremony. The villa is super spacious, private with perfect built-in sound system. Very relaxing sitting in the spa bath watching the sunset while listening to Jazz.

Cannot Fault. Value and Service is A1. Have stayed at the Anantara many times. Location on the beach is excellent, food quality and choice is highly rated also if you chose to eat in. Small convenient stores are a short walk away along with the additional choice (s) of places to eat. Highly Recommended. You will not be disappointed. Excellent value for your hard earned money.

Fantastic service during my stay, pretty good location, great room, great variety for breakfast and also very nice and friendly staff.

During my 6 weeks holiday I visited the terrace near the swimming pool of this hotel almost every day as a “visitor” not as a guest. Of course I had to spend a certain minimum amount for using their facilities. It is not only the location, next to the beach and on walking distance from my accommodation, which made it attractive for me to keep coming, but on top of that it was also the level of service and the quality of the kitchen. Very friendly staff, always prepared to give you their best attention. Only one remark: it is rather difficult to stay out of sun because of the fact that the umbrella and the chairs are not that flexible to move away from the sun. If there is a next time in Bali there is a reason to consider this place again, but as a “guest”.

The beach should be monitored better, and so dirty.

Amazing place, amazing staff! Cannot recommend this place enough. They are all really helpful, the rooms are regularly cleaned, the small finishing touches to the room are brilliant. The food is always good with great chefs preparing the food. Breakfast was also really good and well worth it. Would love to go back again.

We have stayed in anantara a couple of places but Bali was a bad experience. They confirmed us the penthouse over email and cancelled the reservation a day before us checking in. We booked another room a day before but the room was In bad condition. It was smelling, with glass broken in the bathroom and totally not worth it. They did not even have our room ready at the check in time and made us wait atleast 20 mins to give our room. The service was bad as well and they were not even apologetic about cancelling the reservation last minute and laughed about it! Never expected this out of them!

Very beautiful! very original. Deluxe room. There are Jacuzzi, transparent glass bathroom, Double bed, sofas. I would say. It can fit 4 ppl.

Beautiful rooms, nice and big and a very homie yet luxurious feel! Loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony and being a footstep from the beach was divine.

The room so clean and nice services, very nice view from our room balkony @3th floor… nice breakfast/dinner also the view from moonlite kitchen @4th floor, overall this resort very recomended for family. Thanks to anantara for our great time.

Had a group of seven of us there each of the group eat drank and had the best time. Staff very friendly and oh so helpful. Useed their transfers to airport and ship and very happy GREAT resort pool beautiful food fantastic and we all loved every minute there Rooms so large and clean bed to die for All had the best time.

Went here for a company trip and I fall in love with the resort right away. They serve high class service, the room is spacious which you can literally play cat and mouse. Lol.

Cleanliness and service need to be improved a lot. When I checked in, I found one of the cup was not washed (dirty), and had coffee stain. I called the guest service and asked for the housekeeping to come to my room (i wanted to show the cup), but no one came in. 2 of the bath towels had some stains, not sure if it was replaced during check out time. Its not a good experience for a 5 starts hotel. The good side, My room was beachfront which was good and could hear the sound of the waves.

Good 5 star hotel with an excellent service. Some equipment of the room become old and should be replaced. The Ocean View suite is wonderful. Perfect for a romantic stay. The bar and restaurant (Moonlight) gives a fantastic view of the sunset. One of the best breakfast in Seminyak.

Best Restaurant ever upstairs… Moonlite kitchen… prices for food are descent on the above moderate side, alcohol is a little more expensive also. Entertainment and staff are of exceptional quality along with the food and beverages. The view is awesome… hands down better than (Double six) and if you have the Aussie entertainment book you will find a voucher for 25% off the total bill. Best to book so as to get an outdoor balcony seat.

This is a boutique hotel, however there are no special treatments for honeymooners. They consider all their guests as equals… The beach is not great. There is a small area where the sand is yellow but then the main beach area the sand is black and it's a public beach. A good 200/300 yards from the waterline. The swimming pool within the hotel is good not so busy. If you have the ground floor rooms you will have direct access to the plunge pools. Breakfast here is excellent. Lots of variety continental, English, south Indian, healthy, etc Small gym but useful.

Cool place. I deejayed on the rooftop/ terrace. Now its just a place to see the sunset. Food is yummy :).
