Strategically located near Seminyak and Legian,, a pity that the only way to go in and out is through Sunset Road where the traffic towards Nakula and Dewi Sri junction is pretty bad most of the time. Clean room, cold AC, white towels and bed sheet, the minus is only the bathroom where there's a smelly odour came out from the sink's drainage. The hot water is enough for one quick shower then we have to wait for a few minutes for the second shower. The toilet only for one flush then we also have to wait for the water tank to be refilled. For a couple of thousands rups extra I'd rather go to a hotel.

The homestay is facing a sold house at Tukad Mati and at the side of dry river. This place is at Sunset Seminyak and in a a remote area of the road. There is no near food area within 300 meters unless if one plans to drive out about 500 meters to sunset road. The accommodations, however is above average at the bargain place.

Excellent place to stay! The owner is extremely welcoming and is more than happy yo give out tips on what to do in the area and how to travel around Bali! Would highly recommend!

If you want to move around Bali this is your hotel, both for the day and to leave the area to Ubud, Uluwatu, Canggu…
The area is quiet to rest and the treatment of the manager unbeatable, I give 5 stars Porq I can not give more!

January 2018, the nephew of Ketut, owner, came to the airport to pick us up. Check in 24h a day, free water, coffee and tea, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, clean and fragrant rooms, all at a ridiculous price! It's out of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, not noisy. Council!

I would definitely come back here! Very comfortable, clean. But the most memorable is the hospitality of the host. Ketut and his wife are people with a big heart. Will help in any question. And the price is excellent for such a service!
