Keren banget ni hotel. Semua fasilitas udah jelas komplit, sebanding banget sama harga yang ditawarkan nya. Untuk yang bawa anak kecil pasti happy karena menyenangkan untuk main main sama anak kecil. Ada di pusat kota juga jadi kalo butuh apa apa ato mau sekedar jalan jalan ke samping sampingnya udah enak banget.

A quiet hotel with shopping shops around it. The hotel is to be rated at 4 star and the shops are above average in design and inviting customers. However, we find the location at Nakula street is somewhat a drawback for this biz as not too many tourist are around to stop over this place. It might need food stalls as to attract people.

Absolutely world class Accommodation and Service. The staff are friendly, polite and always ready to meet your every need. Almost feel like you don't need to venture out, because every thing you want is at your fingertips. The staff remember your name. The activities and facilities are boundless ; leisure room includes Library, Computer Suite, Billiards, 24 Hour Rooftop Pool with Bar, etc. We have made a Life long friendship with Widi — take the time to find this gentle man as he will make your stay memorable. Whatever the cost to stay here is well spent as you will receive more than you spend ♥️

The hotel is very nice also the breakfast menu is very varied every day the pool is nice. Nice staff n they are very friendly the location near beach and more shopping Shop very high recomend hotel.

The place looks amazing. Rooms are very well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast so simple, not too many varieties. Room not soundproof, very noisy. TV too small. Love the swimming pool though, and friendly staff.

Great hotel with good facilities. Breakfast also nice and have good menu and variation. Our room has a bath tube, with roses. They have a good swimming pool, with a good view. The staff also nice and friendly, they have a car that can deliver us to Seminyak beach. Recommended and nice, comfortable hotel for relax and pleasure.

Don't let the price fool you. This is one of the best 5 star experiences I've had. Stunning architecture, great interior and spacious rooms. Pool on the roof is perfect, it is open 24h. The location is not perfect though. 10 min walk to the beach. 15 min scooter ride to seminyak beach/centrum/beach clubs. The hotel can get you a scooter for 6 euro a day. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Superb value for money.

Great place to stay in Seminyak. All the facilities were great such as the 24 hour rooftop swimming pool and bar, the room and free mini bar. Also their service was awesome. Friendly and helpful staff and 2pm check-out. I really loved this place and will definitely go back. Some little things they can add to their services to improve are their breakfast selection and shuttle service to Seminyak Village.

Its located near the market but has less husstle of the city. Hence peaceful. Great rooms at the price. Amazing roof top infinity pool. Breakfast menu is great. Everything was great.

The staff made my first time in Bali a wonderful experience! They are very helpful, friendly, and more than accommodating to any of my needs at the hotel.

Top class hotel to stay in it has everything. The hotel is very modern & has great attention to detail. The beds are amazing & the rooms have everything you could need. Customer service from the staff is 100% nothing is a problem from booking trips to getting you a taxi, they can't do enough for you. Buffet breckfast is cooked fresh in front of you & has as many options for breckfast that you can think of. The hotel has a roof top pool with cabana bar, spa, gym & a nightclub.

Huge hotel in Bali and yet everything is run so well. Amenities are so complete and so well managed. They have normal suite rooms all the way to villas with private pools on the top floor. Staff is amazing and have personal guest relation officers that function as personal butlers. What is special is also the infinity pool which is open 24 hours! Perfect for night star gazing, you have a gym with nice views, a pool table area for games and computer area as well as library! I know crazy right, what's more the food is good, and they just opened a new cafe at the other wing, which seems super cheap and good quality food, they have their own boutique fashion store which holds local designers fashion labels and a salon for you to pamper yourself. Free shuttle bus to double six beach runs every hour and if you're a guess you get free entry to Jenja Club just at the corner of the hotel. This is the perfect place qnd location to just relax and enjoy. Their rooms are also well lit, we'll designed and the bathtubs are humongous. Water pressure is super good and expect warm water for sure all the time. No doubt one of my favorite places in Bali.

The place is just 20 mins away from legian street (the busiest street in Bali) This hotel has a lovely roof top infinity pool. The hotel staff is very kind. Our stay has been amazing here.

Hotel very well clean in Promo this month of January 600 000 IDR the room with breakfast, secure parking under the hotel in full sémignak at 800 meters from the beach, the bar and the rooftop pool on the 5th floor have way up to Kuta one of the most beautiful view of Bali at this place. Watch the video, a very good hotel for what loves the city centers.

Definately my favourite hotel, Warm, Clean and Cozy not to crowded also near seminyak which is good. The downside is only the view of surroundings mainly houses.

Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing everything. Couldnt ask for a better place to stay in this area. Pricier than other hotels in the area but well worth the extra money spent. Great rooftop infinity pool and wide variety of breakfast selection. Beds are comfortable and soft with a free minibar that they restock everyday (eat ur snacks) would definitely recommend staying if its in your budget and would stay here again on my next visit. 2 thumbs up.

Excellent venue. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Reasonably price. However, wrong side of the road for the beech but they provide a free shuttle service. Food was great and good variety, but needs to be served a bit hotter. Great pool and bar on the roof.

Pathetic service, you get only 2 dirty towels per adult in a room. Mini bar has nothing except some coke and sprite! The reception staff is just not friendly and very opinionated. Will ruin your holiday, photos are misleading.

Cozy hotel room and nice outdoor swimming pool and they got jenja club right away. Breakfast all day long! best!

Stayed in their Tshell room. Everything in the room was free to use (incl minibar). Breakfast was good.

Lovely clean hotel. We stayed in the suite room which was worth the extra. Roof top pool is amazing. Hotel also had a good gym and free pool tables.

Lovely hotel, very classy, but they renovated the room next to mine for 3 days in a row so I wasn't happy about the banging and drilling. Staff were above and beyond, extremely polite and helpful. Wonderful all day breakfast and buffet was fabulous. I highly recommend this place (when they aren't renovating rooms)

Great pool. Very clean and modern. Good facilities. 15 mins walk to the beach however fun bartering along the way. Good option for the price of around $150 AUD per night. Expensive cocktails though at $15-20 which I 3 times what you can get from local restaurants.

Nice place, friendly staff BUT the prices in the restaurant are sky high. Also, the Security deposit is held by the Resort and NOT refunded for up to 4 weeks even after you have left the Resort in good standing with nothing owing. I have had to go to AMEX to get a resolution.

I travelled from Sydney and stayed at the hotel with my family from 28 May to 01 June with 3 suites booked. Loved the hospitality and service. The hotel and rooms look amazing and not just that the staff is really cordial and well behaved. Every single staff has been trained commendably and they try their best to take care of your needs. Buffet was amazing and their poolside view at night is amazing. A special mention for their Manager May, one of the best hotel managers I have come across. Keep up the good work and see you soon again! :)

Amazing place to stay, you feel so relax with wonderful friendly service by each and every staff;very attentive to your needs. Rooms are well decor and large size with everything necessity including free mini bar, yay. What a bonus! Great stay and having great time in this hotel, highly recommend! We stayed here for around 4 nights, and it was really good. We were on the 2nd level, and we had some road noise as well as noise of tables moving from above in the restaurant. Friendly staff, awesome buffet breakfast, beautiful rooftop pool. Overall it's quite a nice stay for the price.

Amazing hotel! Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, the service is perfect very high quality. The infinity pool on the rooftop is stunning and offers a wonderful view on the highest mountain in Bali. Do not miss the sunrise starting at 6.30 an experience you won't forget. I will come back for sure, this hotel is for me among the best one in the island. The kind of hotel that make you feel "special" I highly recommend it…

Great service. Got a massage in the room we stayed in, twas awesome! The pool was awesome, the food was awesome, the staff was awesome. The security recommended a dodgy taxi driver, but apart from that, it was awesome. Awesome.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I found the service of this hotel is excellent. Starting from checking in. Everyone was very helpful and was always ready to assist the guest with smile. The security service is excellent too. I would definitely come again on my next trip.

Good price for the villa, free flow snacks, all the perks and facilities. Beautiful design. The customer services is great and very accomodative and attentive. Stayed with 20+ people at several villas, they give a lot of extras like borrow the biggest villa for townhall meeting for free of charge, very helpful and quick in check-in of big groups. The thing they can improve are the bed (5 of 10) and water pressure (6 of 10).
