Best hotel experience in kuta.

Overall we had good experience in Park Regies Kuta few weeks ago.
They have arranged special romantic set up for welcome us without our request which was made me really suprise and Happy. In room dining is so fast and so far the food quality was satisfied us. The staff was pleasent and helpful. Many Thanks to Housekeeping team who cleaned daily our room 812 (during 17th to 21st August). Housekeeping guys are exeeded our expectation. Room was very clean and tidy. Amenities was refreshed by daily as well. this hotel located beside the road which is easy to access Resturants, fast food, shopping and Nighlife Reception staff are average level. We have requested early checkin but we ddnt get it as per them hotel was too busy. we ddnt try their buffet or resturant and spa as well. Can recommended for Couples and friends. Thank you Park Regies for your great hospitality ❤️

The worst hotel I’ve ever been in my life. Dirty. Really bad customer service. Not hospitable at all! Rude people! do not even try to think of it as your accomodation in Bali. It’s really hard to communicate with them! Very low hospitality rate!

A great place to stay in the hustle and bustle of Kuta, just 20 minutes to the beach which is a fascinating walk, full of life, colour, smells and the local traders
The hotel itself is a calm oasis and run very well, all the staff are friendly and helpful, top staff member was Mareta, a lovely girl who was excellent whilst looking after us
The rooms are spacious and spotless, any problems are dealt with immediately
The food is wide ranging catering for a diverse multicultural clientele
All in all just a fantastic place to stay and made our 2 weeks in Bali an absolute joy.

Run down hotel, poor customer service and poor housekeeping with blood stain towel.

I am from South India and have been staying here regularly ever since 2015. I found this hotel a very centrally located in kuta yet away from the crowd. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast excellent till recently. In the last one year or so I noticed this hotel is more popular among North Indian tourists and this has been affecting the ambience and food quality at breakfast. In order to please their north indian clientele, they introduce mostly north indian food to their menu, which are not appreciated by others. I noticed that the western tourists started moving away from this hotel lately off late. Unless you go very early for breakfast, it is a horrible time in restaurant with the noisy people around. Due to the location and quality of rooms I continue to stay here but avoid taking breakfast as I always prefer local tastes for my food. Park Regis had excellent menu earlier and I even spoke about this to their manager in restaurant who also agreed to my observation saying even they feel the difference as less of western tourists patronise them now.

WE loved everything about this hotel. Very clean room… superb hot shower… friendly & helpful staff. Great location as well. We had a pleasant experience & would go back.

The place is very good for tourist from India. It is an exotic place with scenic beauty. The people are also very helpful and polite towards their customer. Overall it was just fab!

Stayed 6 days June 2018. Good sized room with a pool. Would have been nice to have some furniture out by the pool maybe a couple of sun lounges and a table. Service was great up at the bar and restaurant. Food was really good with a tasty breakfast buffet. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The only negative was it was on a very busy road and was a bit far from the action of kuta. Overall 4 stars.

The room was so old, dated and everything seems to be falling off even the bathroom tiles! The bath room floor tiles were so cracked that I cut my foot while bathing. The maintenance crew did repairs at 11.30pm! So I couldn't sleep well. The morning breakfast was terrible. They served the same Indian food for the whole week I was there. 1 star is for the nice and friendly staff. This is my first and last time coming to such a terrible place.

Good rooms and pleasant service by the staff. It’s location is also perfect. It’s in the middle of a busy city and close to airport. Traffic around this place is an issue. I would request the staff to have a separate vegetarian restaurant and kitchen since it has a lot of Indian customers.

Very poor hotel management. I booked the hotel four months in advance with all payment made through the agent. Upon cancellation of the room two months prior, they deducted the complete amount and didn't refund a single penny even after sharing genuine reasons and documents. On the contrary there are far better hotels in Bali which atleast have the courtesy to respond in an appropriate manner. The phone line is permanently disabled so even in case of emergency no calling would be possible.

A beautiful hotel with nicely decorated. I liked their buffet breakfast. We have tasted their other cuisine also in room service. This is simply a best hotel within your budget. We would like to book again at our next Bali trip.

It is good place to stay if only you choose deluxe with pool. Food is not great enough to Indian taste. Ambience is fine. Big plus is it is near to market where you can get all useful and traditional items with good bargain. In all it good experience.

Nice hotel with good amenities and good room service. Restaurant serves tasty breakfast. It's also located in properly accessible location. Many restaurants and super marts are available. No great view like beach view rooms. Over all I enjoyed staying at park Regis. It's at heart of City so many tourist spots are equi distant.

My overall experience with the hotel was superb. Their service was the best attraction. They provide welcome drink on arrival and each of their staffs including the house keeping staffs used to wish us while they see us in the premises of the hotel. The have such a big category of foods in their breakfast buffet. The rooms were too hygienic and they will clean the rooms every day and provide the necessary for making tea and coffee. They have individual lockers where we can keep our valuables. They also provide hair dryers and coffee makers in each room. The another added advantage of the hotel was swimming pool which is recycling all the time. They have free Wi-Fi, gyn and paid spa also. I love to stay in this hotel and I recommend this to every one.

The Best hotel in KUTA city having Beautiful and clean bed rooms. Yes, after all Clean Rooms are the First Choice of every visitor. A Big Swimming Pool on the second floor along with the Restaurant and bar. Rooms with private swimming pools are also available. Just 30 mins from the nearby Airport and 20 mins from the Kuta beach. The Restaurant serves More than 50 kinds of dishes for Breakfast and it is complementary based on the plan you have chosen. CCTV cameras all around the corridors and lobby. Satisfactory Service provided by the Staffs! ❤

Located in Kuta which is very near to the airport, the hotel provides all amenities that you get at a 3 star hotel. Add to that a group of very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Great experience, standard rooms and pool Villa rooms available. Breakfast menu is great. The chef cooks very tasty meals. The Tom Yum Gong soup is a must try for all foodies, the lemongrass added for flavor is something you won't find at other places here in Bali. Food prices are very reasonable. The Kuta beach and Bali Hai Cruise services are very close by. Good array of shops and authorized money changers nearby at walkable distance.

Stayed at the Private Pool Suite. Loved the room. The restaurant is very good. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful.

One of the most popular hotels within budget. Easily accessible shopping stores nearby, prefer spa, rental cars outside hotel as its cheaper comparatively. Walkable distance to kuta center which is main shopping area and go to authorized currency exchange centers nearby as many thefts reported and personally experienced too (only outside hotel, completely safe inside with great ambience and service friendly)

Location is pretty good as its walkable distance from the Kuta Beach. The rooms are nice and well kept for the price offered. Good Breakfast Options. Value for money place. I would surely recommend this to other tourists.

Really Nice place to stay. Rooms are clean. I wont suggest the ground floor pool suit since it doesnt have much ventilation and light. Breakfast is super amazing. Staff very helpful and supporting. Would not suggest the spa in the hotel there. Location is perfect.

Me and my spouse stayed there for about 4 nights and we found that it was a really great choice, great room and it was bigger sizes compared to other hotel at the same value, great front desk team and they are very accommodating, all rooms is with balcony so you can enjoy the view of the pool and the restaurant from above. Breakfast was great as well and overall our stay was excellent and the room is 5*, great job to the management and keep it up, if any chance we will visit Bali again we will be back. Cheers.

Good little hotel for a transit stay. Clean. Comfy. Great value for money. Great selection at breakfast. Pool and kids area could do with a facelift. Reception area looks basic. Friendly staff.

Staying for 4days here. Its a best choice of hotel so nice, so big room, great food near to local street food and you have more options to go with, good service & very friendly staff, Its near to tourist spots, but its expensive if you taking a cab. You better book in hotel to drive you where you going and they will suggest more options to where to go. W/O presure time. Your the boss. Its very convient and easy for us as a couple to tour here. Nice and clean hotel without staircase but slide lowering floor. Near to Kuta beach Bali. The food is average especially for Indian guests, they serve tortila bread and curry. A little bit hard to find room number. I am first timer here and will find the other hotel next time I go to Kuta beach for price reason.

Hotel is great to find just what is cheap for sleeping. The décor is very modern however, kept at low cost e. G. There is no Latrenrost. There are no seating options on the balcony. The room and bathroom was quite clean. The pool area could tolerate a bit more cleanliness. The breakfast has a good selection. The hotel has a good location to get to the center of Kuta here you do not need to rely on taxi drivers. Staff tries to fulfill special requests if possible.

Really bad experience here. Dirty, stinky and old rooms and the staff was friendly but not able/allowed to solve the issue. So we decided to leave and look for another hotel but they didn't want to give us the money back. We were there ~2h at the end waiting for the manager to get our money back. Never go there — horrible place! Stay away there are so many better hotels for the same price around.

If you want to be bitten by mosquitoes and stay next to a sewage river. You can go here. The surroundings are really dirty and the hotel rooms are filled with mosquitoes. The deluxe pool suite has the dirtiest pool you can find in kuta. Overall avoid at all costs.

A decent hotel, rooms here has mezzanine, basically you have to climb a spiral stairs to reach the bedroom. The price is not so bad.

Service is good but the room price can find better place in Kuta.

For the price the hotel is great. Downsides are the roadside rooms are noisy all night long and a lot of traffic late at night makes a for a long cab ride returning from the bars in town.
