Good hotel for a short stay near the airport. Comfortable beds, nice small pool, decent breakfast and friendly staff.
The bathrooms could do with a good clean as have mould and dirty grout but everything else was pretty good for the price.

Everything are good,
Especially friendly for vegetarian.
Will come back again.

I was here for second time.
These time for celebrating my wedding anniversary.
Their staff is gone to beyond exceptional level to host a such wonderful moment during my stay here.

We are currently staying here in Bali in this little gem for my birthday. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but not too far. They have a shuttle bus to the sea front. The hotel staff are SO friendly and helpful, even the security guys on the entrance. It's clean, quiet, has a small gym. A beautiful pool area, with a dozen sunbeds. The food is very nice. Breakfast has everything you need (maybe not the full English some people may crave) but you can't go hungry. There is a small store next door for little snacks and drinks.
We will definitely come back here.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Hospitality is in the air in and around the hotel. From security person at the entry to any staff inside the hotel, they all smile at you and greet. Rooms are spacious and with all amenities are provided including a hair dryer. Also kettle and ingredients are provided to make coffee or tea. Two 2L water bottles are always kept in the room on the chargeable basis apart from complimentary water bottles. Breakfast is buffet type and serves till 10:30. They cater needs for every one and provie all varieties of food from local to bread butter and sausage. They cook egg items and pancake there itself and they cook depending on your type of interest. Room service is also awesome. Though foods are bit costly but they are delicious specially Hawaiian pizza. Location is also good. Walkable distance from Kuta beach and near the airport. Taxi driver knows about this hotel and no need to explain the location. Just tell the name of hotel and they will drop you. Pool is small but surrounded by trees and it looks good early morning when you sit beside it and have your breakfast. By night the water gets little dirty. I don't know at what time they clean.

I have stayed in this hotel everytime I came to Bali.
It is a hidden jem.
The hotel is very clean, the food is very good and cheap. The staff is amazing. It almost became a second home for my familly and me.
Away from Kuta noise but close enough to walk to the beach.

Wroth the price. They provide all the basic stuff — clean beds, clean toilet, strong ac, etc. It's more like a 3-star hotel to me. Nth fancy. Toilet is a bit small and the ventilation is too weak. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. The security at the entrance helped us with the luggage and gave directions to destinations. I would rate a high score to the staff. All in all, If u r looking for budget travel, it would be a nice choice. Will consider come again.

A very cool place in this small island, Bali. The breakfast served here is superb. This place is clean. The hotel staff are very courteous, helpful and polite. The best thing is the hotel is cheap. I'll recommend this place to all who want to visit Bali.

I really liked this hotel although the breakfast was more of a flop … But the rooms were all local and there was basically nothing to expose. Is a bit remote from the center so that you don't notice all the hustle and bustle of the solemn ones.

My favorite hotel in Bali. Will be my 3rd stay here this coming Aug. Hotel is about 15 mins walk away from main Kuta area hence not so busy. All staffs are really friendly. The deluxe with balcony is spacious enough. Food is delicious! Love this place!

Decent place to stay in the city. Staffs were polite and very courteous. Excellent service. Nice and clean rooms with good restroom. Complimentary breakfast had different varieties of food with good taste. Overall a very good and safe place to stay at Bali.

Overall very nice. Great service. The only downside is that there is a big garbage dump from the window and bathroom is a bit old.

Decent hotel with much affordable room prices. Neat and clean. Has its own swimming pool with bar. Serves good tasty breakfast. Close to airport just 20mins away.

The food was fantastic and menu was varied. Rooms were very comfortable. Liked the loft layout. Pool was great with swim up bar. Kids loved the play room and spent lots of time in the air conditioned space coloring and playing. Everyone was very accomodating, even with late checkout for only 400k. Brrakfast was good, although the pancake station ordering process could be improved — Too many forgotten orders or processed in wrong queue order.

The Kana Kuta was our final hotel. A little further away from the beach but within walking distance. There are two malls nearby to possibly go shopping. Despite its location, the hotel is very quiet and cozy. Logically, the outlook is not superior, but who expects this in location? The hotel and our room were clean and the staff, as everywhere in Bali, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great and the small sweet pool is enough to splash around.

I stayed here with my sister for 5 nights. The staff were very friendly, polite and made us feel like royalty by tending to our every need. We were always greeted by any staff member, including the security guard, when we walked passed them out of the hotel and coming back to the hotel from our daily travels. The food is not too bad here as well. Our room came with a buffet breakfast package. The foods in the buffet would change every morning which was great to add variety to our routine. They had a 'pancake station' where a staff member would make you fresh pancakes on the spot and bring them to your table. We had the choice of creating our own. We always had banana pancakes with strawberry and chocolate. They were amazing! It was something we always had to finish our morning breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The tv's reception was good as well. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to go back to Bali.

Friendly staff, room clean and quiet, breakfast OK, but was refilled very slowly, check-in was also not outstanding… if the room is not ready yet, no problem, but this should be shared with the guests and not with the Welcome drink sit for an hour.

I couldn't be more impressed with The Kana! Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely infinity pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to arrange transportation through the concierge without any problems. I was worried that we would be too far from the beach, but it is only a 20 minute walk, and the hotel has a free shuttle twice a day that drops you off at the popular places in Kuta. Since it is far from the hustle and bustle, it is quiet and serene. Average taxi fare from the main drag to the hotel is usually under 20, 000 IDR. The Kana is a great value for the money. I would highly recommend!

Great low key place with very hospitable staff and elegant rooms. They provide free shuttle services around Kuta and will even do small favours for you. Really value for money and it's nice and quiet. Love the Japanese style bamboo arched trees that forms a pathway to the hotel.

Simply love it. One of best budget hotel in Kuta Bali. Great buffe numerous of options in buffe for the breakfast. Neat and Clean rooms. Lovely swimming pool. Nice and spacious dining area. Good In house restaurant. A Small Gym for fitness freaks. Great service… Very supportive and courteous staff. But the only con is limited drinking water (1/2 Litre ) Per person but again this problem is associated with all the budget hotels in this area. Overall good place for stay.

Just got back from Bali and staying at the Kana. It was such a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, the breakfast amazing and the rooms very very comfortable and spotless. The staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay there again and can thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

The staff is extraordinarily welcoming. They go the extra mile in making you feel welcome. The rooms were large and spacious with a nice pool side area to relax. On the downside the air conditioning in the room was not adequate with respect to the room size. They need to install higher capacity air conditioning systems. The other letdown was the swimming pool which was not really suitable for swimming as it had a depth of 3 feet throughout. Ignoring the shortcomings I would say I really enjoyed staying here.

We stayed at the Kana Kuta for one night before our flight back home. The hotel is located away from the busy areas of Kuta and approximately 15 min drive away from the airport. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful, the security guy at the front even stopped the traffic for us so that we could cross the road. Our room was clean and modern. We did have a horrible view to a run-down building at the back of the hotel but we knew this was the case before we arrived and didn't really care. The only real issue I had with this hotel was their pillows. The pillow was so thick and firm that I could't sleep with it and had to sleep using a little decorative pillow. This was the first time a pillow has become an actual issue and I have travelled a decent amount. If you like thick and firm pillows you will be fine but if you are like me and prefer your pillows soft and thin this might become an issue. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I could see myself returning to Kana Kuta but not before checking if they can provide me with a thinner pillow next time.

My husband and I have spent over 10 days at The Kana Kuta and I cannot fault it one bit. The staff have been so efficient, courteous, friendly, helpful and have gone above and beyond our expectations. The service provided has been 5 star, the facilities and our room have been very clean and I have been very happy with the whole experience overall. A huge mention to the staff that remembered for my whole stay that I have a seafood allergy and went out of their way to accommodate that and even substituted items on their menu for me! I cannot recommend The Kana Kuta enough, if you want a hotel that is very clean, with very friendly/helpful staff and reasonable pricing then this is the place for you!

Such a beautiful place to stay in kuta. The rooms are clean, pool is big enough for everyone, breakfast buffet is awesome and the staff are so kind and friendly and are ALWAYS HELPFUL.
I would recommend this to my friends and family.
The only thing I would say is that if you want to be where the party seen is well the Kana is like a 15 minute drive. It will only cost you $3 (Australian) but they also have a courtesy bus that will take you to
Lippo mall
Discovery mall
Beach walk mall

The hotel that give you more than the price you pay. The staff is always try to assist you and the food is also good.

My buddy and I stayed there and it was so cheap and really nice. And I acted obnoxious to all the workers and they laughed and liked it and honestly I'm sure that if I asked for one of them to give me a piggy back ride while juggling fish they would!

Staff were very friendly, and had no issues conversing in English. Good housekeeping & general cleanliness. However, noise could be heard from common corridors which may disturb ur sleep at night, perhaps due to the thin doors. Not much of a view, as it is located in the city centre.

As this was our first trip to Bali we did not really know what to expect. After having read amazing reviews on The Kana Kuta, I decided to book accommodation there for my partner and I, for my 21st birthday holiday, and I am so glad that I did. Upon arrival we were greeted by the amazing staff, who brought us cold towels and cold drinks and carried our bags to our beautiful Kana Suite room. Once inside we were also brought a complimentary fruit platter. Throughout our stay we were so impressed with the hotel itself and the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, and not to mention the delicious buffet breakfast we looked forward to every morning (best food I have ever had). On the morning of my birthday the food and beverage staff brought me a beautiful cake and sang me happy birthday, it absolutely warmed my heart. I would like to extend our thanks to each and every staff member at The Kana, from the security guards to the room attendants to the food and beverage staff to the reception staff, everyone was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed every second of our stay thanks to you all. Special thanks to our room attendant Adi who made us adorable rabbits out of our towels and left us notes saying to "have a nice day" and to another man who I unfortunately cannot remember the name of, one of the food and beverage managers I think, we enjoyed our chats with you everyday! I highly highly recommend! Cannot wait to return!

The hotel is very clean and the room is very spacious, we stayed in the family room and the kids love having their own space on the second floor. The staff is super friendly and helpful and we love the food at both the hotel's restaurant and Star Anise next door.
