Awsome hospitality, staff were helpful, awsome room and service. I will definitely visit there again BEST hotel.
We booked for one night and stayed for a week The rooms are really nice, comfortable beds, nice bath room, everything is clean and the room feels really luxurious. It's located central, everything is nearby and at the same time it is still quiet, you don't hear any noice of the street which we found really important. The food at this place is amazing, they actually have chefs that make the food. The breakfast is wonderfull, you'll get a menu with all kinds of food to choose from and every plate looks and smells so nice and taste great. We'd also like to stay in for diner because the food is so nice, so really can recomment to do that some time. What really was amazing was the staff, everyone is so friendly, helpfull and kind We had to go to Kuta because I needed to go to BIMC hospital because I was sick. All the lovely staff of Yan's House helped us and took care of us, so nice, nothing was to much. It felt like our home away from home with the staff as our friends. Thank you so much for taking good care for us!
