They try so hard here. The service, and effort gets the stars. On a busy part of the strip, tucked back a bit, they seem to try and add a bit of polish to a very heavily touristed part of Bali. The rooms are pretty standard, though I would suggest one well away from the stairs as other patrons used them throughout the night making a bit of noise. The breakfast, I thought, was a pretty good effort of serving local foods, and Western type foods to soothe the clientele. Concierge / Service desk did everything they could to help, and didn't disappoint. Excellent service. Has 2 pools, didn't use either, but they looked pretty awesome. Bang for buck, I thought this place was pretty good.

Great Hotel so close to Bali nightlife and restaurants. Rooms are neat and tidy and staff are very friendly. Basic breakfast, 2 pools, 1 with swimup bar the other a lap pool on top floor. Good food from the restaurant, laundry service.

Nice hotel, clean, quiet. Good choice for having a good rest in bali. But always remember not to take away the soap and shampoo containers, those items are for sale.

Staff and hotel room where amazing! The only critique is that you can hear the traffic outside the hotel pretty loudly in the hotel room, Which is a bummer. I would still recommend the hotel!

Had a lovely stay for 5 nights; rooms are the most homely out of anywhere I’ve stayed in Bali and this is my third trip. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, rooms were always kept clean. Everyone on here seems to have thought the breakfast was the only let down but honestly I prefer a good sleep in so I only went once and was extremely content just chowing down on bacon (for the record, the bacon was actually bacon, not that weird jerky you get at other places). The pool was beautiful and made for some lovely pictures and I enjoyed chatting with the bartenders, were happy to let us put some footy on while we drank at the pool. Only real knock was that the burger I got wasn’t too crash hot but to be fair when you’re in the middle of Legian, it doesn’t take much effort to walk 2 minutes down the road to a proper restaurant to get food. I’d recommend anybody going on holiday here to stay at this place.

The rooms were presented well, however there's no privacy. The walls are paper thin and can hear the next room even at regular talking level. Staff were polite and helpful when needed. The breakfast was very average. The last two days we chose to eat elsewhere even though our breakfast was paid for.

Rooms small with no balcony. Staff demanded money down when we arrived as bond and wouldn't allow us to walk out the front to exchange money. Started on a bad note. Pool is very cold and they constantly play the same cd over and over which feels like to only has 10 or so songs. Breakfast was good. Good location.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff were superb and the rooms well equipped. Highly recommended.

Tempat ideal buat liburan. Lokasinya di daerah Legian yang tidak pernah 'tidur'. Ada tempat duduk di bagian depan hotel, tepat menghadap jalan, cocok untuk bersantai di malam hari sambil menyaksikan orang yang lalu lalang. Di sekitarnya banyak tempat hiburan, rumah makan, dan supermarket yang buka 24 jam.

Much of my disappointment comes from the fact this is meant to be a four star place. If it's a good three star place however simply does not match the nicer places we stayed at in Seminyak and Sanur. Bathroom was old, mirror worn, towels thin and grey. Room very small, balcony was less than a metre wide and looked at a grey wall. Breakfast was 3 stars, usual buffet fare. Rooftop bar looked like it hadn't been used for a month. Completely abandoned. Staff very nice. Not worth the original non discounted price. Ok if you get a deal. Good location of you want to be on the one way Legian Street with the noise and touts.

This place is awesome great location staff are allways friendly great breeky.

Lovely pool on the roof with a swim up bar (basically my only prerequisite for a Bali hotel) and a nice bar in the front of the lobby. Breakfast is okay and changes every day — but they're a bit slow to restock it so depending what time you get there you might be scraping the last scraps out. Also not enough seating. My main annoyance is that there is a rooftop bar on the top floor but it closes by 8pm… basically exactly when I would start wanting to use it. Looking down from the roof at night would be lovely but the door gets locked. I guess it's for noise control for guests, but 10pm seems reasonable.

Great hotel, good staff and breakfast bar, close to Kuta and Seminyak nights spots and restaurants.

Great place. Cool swimming pool at the rooftop. Have a cool bar at the front.

Stayed here for 4 days, the rooms are clean, every day cleaning, the staff are very polite, left for Giley, left them bikes in the parking lot in the hotel, as well as things in the storage room, all free, breakfasts can and monotonous but there is plenty of choice, and for The money kitchen is very good. So I recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 3days. As we both are vegetarian they made a separate food for us and served in the breakfast buffet. Staffs were excellent friendly. Located in the Main Street. Rooms are cleaned daily with all stuffed got changed. Wow nice and clean.

Quitw nice but dont choose room near street as is gonna really noisy, and the pool close early, breakfast just ok.

Pool close at 8 pm? A hotel in Bali that literally pushing people out of the pool by 8 pm! You are in Bali for goodness sake… what a waste. No wonder there are no foreigners…

It's clean, nice staff, food were very delicious, near sightseeing places such as beaches and malls.
