It was great service on budget, I didnt really face any problem on my 3 night stay here.

When the Uber turned down an alley I was hoping surely this can't be right… but it was. Checkin was confusing, but the people were EXTREMELY NICE. The girl had to go find someone who I assume was her mom who had to call someone to confirm I had a reservation. My reservation then came to her in a text I assume from the person she called. There was a discrepancy in the rate but I paid it because it was only an extra $3. I walked in the room it was burning up & I couldn't get the little AC unit to come on. Thankfully a man walked by & I asked did it work & he said yeah & fixed it. I couldn't find anything with the "hotel" name for Wi-Fi thank God the same little man knew which network & the password. They got a huge plus for location. I walked out the alley & made a left to find a mall with a fancy super market with a deli. I had a yummy steak, salad & baked potato for a whopping $10.50. I only stayed a few hours for a late night flight. I probably couldn’t do an overnight stay here.

I dont usually complaint about any place and try to see the positive things, but this time it was reaaally hard. When we arrived the guy of the staff started looking at the reservations and was 15 minutes going around until he come back and say "its ok, I found your booking". When we got into the room it had a horrible smell that came from the toilette (at night we decided to sleep with the door open). The walls, curtains and toilette have funghi. There was no toilette paper and towels so I asked them for towels and they told me they don't have any left because they were at laundry. They just gave me one dirty towel for the hands and the toilette paper. Later we decided to take a nap, but they started knocking the door, until they tried to open it, so we woke up to answer. It was to give us ONE old towel (we were two). That night we asked them to change us of room because the smell was really disgusting, you could hardly breathe. They told us that they were fully booked but when we looked it up in their website they still had rooms available. I told him that, but he insists that it was full. So be carefull because they may be overbooked when you come. The next day we didn't ask them to change room because we heard that in some other rooms they found BED BUGS. The 3rd night we were there my boyfriend ask them for a toilette paper and they answer that they dont have. I was so angry that went and ask again for the toilette paper.
