Clean and comfortable place with people who are always ready to attend the guests… The hotel is four star. Has all the facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium, lift and spa also. The rooms are well designed according to the modern architecture which are comfortable and super clean. The corridors are airy one with cross ventilation and greenery. The restaurant is super cool besides pool and serves many cuisines. There is a lounge as well where you can get all drinks… these are made available in the room also. The hotel staff is very friendly on the same time professional as well ie they make u feel at home while they talk and never compromise on their work. The hotel also offers sight seeing facility, bike rentals and organises tours also according to the requirement of guests. The hotel deserves five stars for their services and cleanliness and infrastructure also.

Nice room, good vibe. The size is good enough for 2ppl, however soundproof was bad.

The room was okay, location is okay, but the breakfast buffet was "meeh", I had better ones on other 2-3* hotels.

Ambiance is great, for beach lovers — near Kuta beach, best budget stay. Food options less and most of the food items especially in vegetarian is bland. But on the Rocking side best food in vegetarian is vegetarian Spring roll other preference is french fries, club sandwich, (it contains egg but you can request for no egg). Must try the crispy spring roll. It is best from rest here. Staff are friendly, always smiling and helpful. Rooms are good. Taxi services from hotel is little expensive,

Good place to stay in Bali. Nice rooms and services are good. But we did not get good vegetarian food over here. All other arrangements are great… We wish to go once more time and stay there…

If I could give less than 1 stars I would. The bed is bloody disgusting. Toilet bowl wasnt cleaned properly. Towels have some dirty stains and terrible stench. Sound proofing in the room is horrible you can hear everything happening outside and whatever happens a few rooms away. The room fridge isn't even working. The pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The water is really murky. Aircond isn't working well (at least 2 hrs before the temperature drops slightly) the technicians only came after 30minutes and didn't resolve anything. I really wonder how they ended up being listed as a 4 star hotel when it feels less than a 1 star hotel. Location is also really far from the happening areas of Kuta. Definitely not coming back and will not recommend anyone here.

Rooms were good breakfasts too. Is a little secluded breakfast was fine … But in my opinion not a 4 star deserves even though it was scarce.

Spacious rooms and great staff. The hotel could have added more activities and indoor games to keep guests occupied. Breakfast spread is good.

Hotel keren yang sangat terjangkau. Makanannya sederhana tapi zuper enak. Kolam renangnya unik serasa di dalam aquarium. Dan ada juga meeting roomnya.

A very good place to stay. The foods are tasty. Kuta Beach is closer than you can imagine.

Good services and near mimimarket.

The staff is super nice and helpful. However I would not give this hotel 4 stars. More like 3 stars. I was given a city view room. I could not sleep all night due to traffic just outside all night. Got the room changed for the rest of the stay and it was much quieter but not completely because there was noise coming from the cleaning staff and guests who talked/yelling loudly in the corridors from 7am onwards. Can't stop the guests, but the cleaning staff should not be speaking at a loud voice. The floors are not carpeted so all sounds echo. Additionally the amenities inside and outside were minimal. The gym is the least equipped I have ever seen. Even my home gym has more machines. Room amenities are lacking — no gowns, no hand towels (only bath towels), no hair dryer (but available on request), no iron/board, no shampoos/conditional bottles (they said that the bath soap was 3 in 1 with shampoo & conditioner). Bed was hard and not very comfortable. Breakfast is just adequate. Juices are probably 95% water. Wifi was poor — download speed of less than 1Mb.

Very good place for hotel in Bali, this hotel will give you full service everything you want.

The room and the staff is good. But for 4 stars hotel, I think the breakfast not good enough. The coffee is terrible. My room is facing the street, and sometimes the sound of the motorcycle is anoying me.

Advertised as 4star hotel it rather would be qualified as a 3star hotel following western standards… therefore my 3 stars here…
No complaints… nice rooms (bathroom with some mould should not be in a 4star! ) … pleasant surroundings in the hotel, with as a highlight for children the swings and many fish in the open air lobby!

This hotel exeeded our expectations in every way. Great value for money.
It was very clean and looked nice and new. The service and staff was lovely and made and amazing private Valntines Day dinner for me and my partner. I couldn't have asked for more and would definately recommend!

I enjoyed the hotel but did not like the area. I would not recommend that you stay in kuta. Its not a nice place. The hotel and their staff where really good. Food was nice and the pool & spa where lovely.

I stay here at February this year. Just give a review now. I stay for 1week here. The location is close to legian street and kuta beach. They have a good swimpool with wall glass so can take picture like underwater oicture. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Everything is good! Thanks ☺

I am the guest for room 608. From ablt group and at first choice travel tour. First impression at hotel quite acceptable to me. Following episode is the problem of the access door card. The first defective room door at ground floor chewing iup my valuable for almost 1 hr. Finally the hotel staff willing to relocate my room from ground to 6th floorr. By this time, it is almost 1130 pm, I need to take a quick shower and go to bed immediately. Hotel staff did not response and settle this problem asap. Building is quite new. All fscilites is scceptable to me. Well the nect unbeliveble issue is no tooth brush, tooth pase, no shaver.
