The staff here are so nice and helpful everytime we have stayed here. Morning breakfast there is such a nice variety. Been coming here for the last 10 years and will always return.

Restuarant staff are very slow or just dont come to take your order. Pool view has trees in the way so cant see much. Sliding door doesnt work well. Did tell maintenance last night and still not fixed.

This is a 2/3 star at best, can’t even get clean bedding or towels, hand towel covered in makeup that definitely isn’t mine and walls are paper thin, bed also cripples you so it’s an awful nights sleep, would not come here ever.

Was at the restaurant tonight at 2020; hardly anyone there. Ordered and at 2130 there was still nothing. They didnt bother letting us know that the food was going to be late despite our insistent requests and at 2130 they said it was going to be another 15 mins because the kitchen was closed! This lack of service is truly unacceptable. I was with 5 kids and unfortunately all came home hungry. A little courtesy to inform us that it would have been late would have gone a long way.

Located in Bali and stay is amazing and prefer each and every stay in this place. Strongly recommend you guys to make choice to stay here. The staff are too courteous. From airport its very close in distance. Easily accessible and parking is available just outside the hotel. Entrance of hotel is reception with sitting lounge and just from there is swimming pool with small bar within attached is open restaurant simply superb ambience. The rooms are very cozy daily serviced by housekeeping guys and the beauty of room is the bath room with shower bathtub and toilet is with open roof with sitting lounge that gives beautiful feel. And the breakfast is buffet with loads of varieties overall good food. Enjoy your stay here.

Staffs are extremely helpful. I was so impressed by the helpful staffs especially the front desk officer that helped me on Thursday afternoon, 22 March 2018. After check out hotel. We were proceed to the airport. On The way to airport, my husband realized that he has left his black jacket at the hotel lobby (sofa area). I directly called the hotel front desk and asked them checked the lobby sofa area. The front desk man informed that the jacket was there. Then he was helped us keep the jacket at reception counter. And he put the remarks room 2117 & 2118. My husband collected his jacket at reception counter and he forget to ask the front desk man name.
Because of your good service we will come back again.

The hotel provides luxurious rooms with a private pool, very close to everywhere including kuta beach, infunusian mall so anytime you wanna go for drinks or partying you will take a taxi or whatever for 5 min to reach the best discos and bsts in town.

Since we were a family of 4 the hotel was kind enough to accommodate us in 2 adjoining connected rooms. The room size was HUGE and every room had a open roof patio and shower. The food was amazing even though we ordered the room service the staff managed to get us hot and beautifully presented food. The buffet breakfast was lovely and had a good spread. If you are staying here DO NOT miss the massage, the girls are very well mannered and provide a massage that's worth your money. We had a 1 + 1 free massage, so two of us got a massage for the price of 1.

It is very near to the Denpasar airport. From outside the hotel looks good. Common pool is big and also well maintained. Staff at the receptionas well as in the restaurant are very humble. Now lets move to room/villas. Villas they offer are way to small than you expect. Also the plunge pool or private pool is smaller than the bathtub. Buffet breakfast they offer has bit less varaity. I would have preferred to have more options with the chicken than they have with beef.

Nice place. Not giving 5 stars because their vegetarian food options isn't good and their phone doesn't wotk. But their hotel phone you can only call within hotel. Can't call outside.

For the price I paid it was a great hotel to stay in with a private pool and a tub. Just that the ac wasnt close to the bed and hence took time to cool. The food was tasty and breakfast had great choice. Staff was very helpful.

I stayed here for a week long holiday. The rooms are really cozy and very well maintained. The food is also great. Overall we had a great stay. Would recommend.

Stayed here for 10 days was very relaxing, friendly staff, breakfast included had everything we needed, the pool was lovely and deep, the food in restaurant was good and the spa treatments were great for the price, comfortable bed and pillows and free airport transfer. Enjoyed our stay for the price.

Nice villa with affordable price. Suitable for family. Comfort room with plunge pool. The road acces to villa need improvement. Overrall ok.

I was so impressed by the helpful staffs especially the front desk officer that helped me on Sunday morning, 2 July 2017. We were about to proceed the check-in in the airport when my husband realized that he has left his mobile phone inside the hotel room. We only had around 40minutes prior to the boarding time. I directly called the hotel front desk and asked if they can checked to the room. The front desk man (which I badly forgot to ask his name) then called me back and informed that the phone was there. He was then arranged to get helped by the shuttle driver to brought the phone to me in the airport. My husband's mobile phone was safely received and I can't thank him enough for this. This front desk man has really shown a heartfull service. I suddenly forgot on how the hotel always late in providing clean towels or even the so so taste of their breakfast menu. Such a life saver. Thank you.

One of the best places to stay… Private pool Villa is cheaper in cost… Great ambience with pool… Has got everything from bathtub to shower … Good Wi-Fi n best location… Sumptuous breakfast with good options for vegetarians… All in all one of the best stays ever.! Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Great place. Staff are fantastic and extremely helpful. It is convenient to pretty everything and included breakfast and free airport transfer is the icing on the cake. Great pool with swim up bar. Can't recommend highly enough at this price point.

Stayed for 5nites frm 13-18 nov. Overall ok; breakfast, room, location near to malls. Only aircon in our room not cold enough, eventho the staff already checked twice. Been offered to change room but we were too lazy to pack our things :) Our candlelite 3-course dinner at poolside was awesome despite rain poured during our main dish suddenly. Special thanks to your sous chef for his great hospitality! Last but not least. The romantic package at Sailla spa. Me and my husband enjoyed the pampering session tremendously. We love it to bits! We will cherish our 24th wedding anniversaries getaway at your place definitely.

Clean room & bathroom although my deluxe room a bit narrow. Good breakfast with quite much selection in my high season vacation. Although Poor parking area. But security very helpful.

Very lovely place, nice and helpfull staff, breakfast worth it definitelly, nice rooms, good services and a big pool. I would recommend it.

Good price. Breakfast buffet was good, nice dinner. Pool is nice and clean, has a spa I didn't try but looks great. Everything is convenient, several places for laundry. Across the street does laundry by the kg, a gym across the street, several little places to get snacks. Room was good sized, great for what you pay. Wifi was okay, only problem for me was the TV was not in the center of the bed as well as it was mounted crooked.

We stayed here in January 2013. Beautiful place beautiful staff very much enjoyed staying here. Sri is just wonderful, she made our holiday so memorable. We will be staying here again big thumbs up! Breakfast was Yum Yum Yum. Thank you!
