Stayed here for one month, room and pool area very nice! Breakfast is excellent! Wi-Fi was not great but bars around are cheap and have strong Wi-Fi! Location is also spot on!

Terrible! The room was dirty, the linen was dirty and stained with blood stains. Getting your car was a big challenge. At breakfast the dishes were also poorly washed, all fat. I wouldn't advise anyone.

Dont book this hotel. Its a uncomfortable, dirty, smelly, lack of maintanance hotel. No calling bell on door. You can see inbetween two parts of doors at ap hotel. House keeping is very bad. Very untidy. You will feel disgusting. Cockroaches and small scorpians will be there in bathroom and room. If you book this hotel you can gather different experiences, Like suddenly there will be no water in the bathroom tap for minimum half an hour. Dirty sofa and pillow covérs. Different spots on sofa… Pathetic experience … total wastage of money…

Big space, strategic location but room is smelly, hot water not working, Wi-Fi useless. Cable TV ready.

Was there to survey before paying. Situated Too deep inside. Building is old.

Room is neat and clean. Staff are friendly. The apartments are a little far from the pool and restaurant. Takes a while for the water to heat up.

Rooms are ok, but have to agree with the other reviews that this place has plumbing and sewage problems… wouldn't return here.

Location ok near to kuta beach and touristy area. Room was spacious and their staff so friendly. Having bad experience with the bathroom. Smell bad and the hot water most of the time not work.

We booked 4 nights for a suite at AP apartments, and had to leave after just one night. The location is close to the beach, but is deep in an alleyway, so all of the one-ways and traffic down the alleyways forced us to have a longer cab ride and pay more for it. Not easy for cabs to get to! Our suite was supposed to have a kitchen, so we were excited to make our own food, but all there was is a mini fridge, sink, and microwave with no stove or anything to cook with. Does not meet the expectations of a kitchen at all. Right away we noticed the fridge was warm and the A/C didnt work, so we called to have them fixed. They tried to fix the fridge but had to take it out completely and replace it with one from another room. We also found 4 cockroaches within an hour of being in our room, coming in through the balcony or the shower drains. The A/C kept turning off because the breaker was overloaded, and each time we had to call them to fix it before they suggested we just change rooms. When we finally changed rooms the new room had no Wi-Fi, and there were many stains on the sheets and pillows. The sinks were dirty in the bathroom and kitchen, there was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, and the refrigerator smelled. We noticed in both rooms that the general construction of the place was not good at all — the cupboard doors in the "kitchen" were uneven, the wall panneling was stapled on everywhere — literally stapled!

The most appalling experience, rats, cockroaches, noise, no hot water. Booked for 13 nights but checked out after three nights. Which was three nights too many. Really should have had a refund. Felt sorry for reception staff.

Its position in a small dead end makes a hotel quite calm especially the rooms on the 2nd pool. Very nice service and nice room for the price!

Loved it! Stayed here for twice and booking a third time. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. Food is great and the rooftop pool is wonderful. Not to mention the location is extremely ideal. We booked this hotel for the beginning and end of our time is Bali as it was close to the airport. You are steps away from the beach and Legian!

Dont be fooled by the photos. Booked through TripAdvisor for 2 nights but left after the first night. Rooms are crap. Not what is advertised. After confronting them about the room they said sorry and shrugged there shoulders. No safe. No real lock on door. The room photos are not the rooms you book. Stay clear.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for 8 days! It was worth it… The best thing about this place is the proximity to the beach and the main market (3-5 min walk). The staff is very friendly and respond efficiently to any query/need. The food is great and the room service is excellent! We had few initial hiccups on Day 1 but our room was upgraded and the management handled it well :). All in all a great place to stay. Would recommend it to everyone.
