A great place to stay near the airport with a free shuttle bus. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. A very good breakfast with plenty of choice and if you don’t want to eat in the hotel every night there are several restaurants nearby. This is what I would call a mid range hotel at budget prices. I would recommend this hotel for anybody who wants value for money. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to Bali.

Friendly all the staff and good service at all time.

I literally chose this hotel because I wanted to shoot airplanes and feel its sensation. You don't have to worry about food because near here you can get a lot of foods and many stalls there. I didn't get upset to stay here for 4D3N. I got free upgrade room and vouchers. All staffs are polite and welcome us. I'll choose this again when i'm coming back to Bali.

Although it's 4 stars hotel and a lot great things here but I can't rate it 5 stars. Let's start with the good (I do a deluxe room) : — friendly, English speaking staff, very supportive and well trained. — great room service — great services along with your staying, like free gym, swimming pool, and a pricey spa — clean room bed sheet, AC working great, and good morning buffet And then: — smelly bathroom (showering area). If you don't close the door carefully the next morning when you wake up, you're in bad smell and it's all over your bed room. — poor quality toilet paper, it's thin and soft. — no comp — very thin and properly old slippers, look cheap and it also sucks water in and keep it there till next morning — bathroom fan to suck smell out didn't work as well — shorten your stay period to checkout early could be pain in the ass (I booked thru another webs service and paid at hotel) Still it's a good place but could be better, there's too many obvious things to fix.

Best "korea themed" hotel I ever stay. The view is great. The room is perfect. Felt like staying in 6 star hotel room. The breakfast is beyond perfect. Especially those chicken porridge. Make me tease my wallet to stay in that hotel again. 5 STARS.!

We stayed at this hotel twice just to transit, but we had a great time each time we were there. It's strategically located near the airport, Khrisna shopping center and the monument. The employees are great and friendly. The restaurant's food is average, but there are so many other restaurants near the hotel. The rooftop pool is very nice. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great well priced hotel close to the airport. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle at no additional cost. Breakfast menu is excellent but always busy so get in early. Not much else on offer in the general area but a great choice for your first or last night. Rooms are large and beds comfy.

Staff are so kindly and polite. Room was very clean and comfortably… and swimming pool on the top of the roof is amazing. Sugar on the end free taxi to the airport.

H Sovereign was a very simplistic and modern hotel. They had a beautiful rooftop pool with a great view of the city and airplanes that passed by. Cleanliness was good, could be better, but the customer service was great.

Love to have stayed here. This hotel provided clean and cozy room, warm welcome and served good food. But above all, location is what I love most. It is very close to airport, culinary and souvenir center. It won't take long to reach also the famous Kuta Beach.

A really convenient option for those who go home in 1-2 days. From the airport for 5-10 minutes by car, from the room you can hear and clearly see the planes taking off, I attribute it more to the pluses, the noise did not bother much. A good breakfast buffet, a varied selection, is delicious. Attentive staff, allowed to make a late checkout (only an hour later than the stated time, but also good), offered a welcome cocktail at check-in. Nearby is a very budget souvenir market, better prices than anywhere in Bali, there come crowds of Chinese tourists. To the beach kuta on foot about 40-50 minutes, by taxi of course faster. There is also a mosque next to the hotel, waking up to their prayer a couple of hours before dawn. In principle, I highly recommend this option, very good impressions, a lot of visitors with young children.

Surprised by the reviews saying that the rooms are dirty and/or smelly — mine was spotless and odour-free! Well-stocked (although some water in the fridge as well as in the bathroom would have been nice), quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet, entertainingly eccentric with respect to non-Indonesian food items. Perfect for an overnight stay before moving on to explore the non-corporate Bali.

Nice hotel very near to airport and you can see from the roof top pool aeroplanes when landing and take off. Very tasty food and breakfast. Friendly staff. But there is small problem, the carpet in the room looks stained.

Great staff. Very accommodating. Held our bags for 10 days with free airport transfers. Close to airport. Will stay every time we travel indo and transit via Bali.

Came in for a nights stay. Didnt like the way we were treated by the reception workers. Made us wait at least 30 mins in the cafe untill they got the room ready for us, on top of that they didnt inform us that the room was ready untill I went to reception to ask so. Room was basic nothing special. Didnt have a shower only a bathtub which was very inconvenient!

Excellent location near the airport. Good service. They have a restaurant inside which has good food. The morning breakfast buffet has a very good spread and will suffice for all kinds of people. Rooms are also nicely built and structured. Overall Good Hotel. Professional staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The staff was rude, not helpful and with grumpy faces all the time. The hotel is super filthy! In and on the bed: cockroaches, ants and other bugs (see the pictures we took). The floor was dirty, and the bedsheet and pillow were yellowish and stinks, even with visible blood marks on the pillow. Even the towels stink! It seems they don’t change the sheets and towels for their new guests. Taking a shower: the whole bathroom floor gets wet, because there is no curtain. Outside the hotel we seen lots of big rats (10-15 cm big), my girlfriend was so scared and we stayed inside thr filthy hotel. I don’t understand why the rating for this hotel is so high! I never stayed in such a filthy hotel before! I guess thy just buy the good ratings! I don’t even have any good words to describe this hotel.

Because of ants in bed, a room change was necessary. However, instead of a double bed room, we could only be offered one room with twin beds at the same price. After we moved the room, we realized that this room was also infested with ants. In addition, there were no towels. After a call to the front desk, we were brought spotty towels after half an hour. In addition, there is a mosque right in front of the hotel, whose call to prayer goes to the first time in the morning at around 5 o 'clock. Is certainly subjective whether you want to be woken up by it or not, I wasn't thrilled anyway. The next morning, we still had to educate the receptionist about the checkout time we obviously knew better than the employee. During the checkout (1 p. M. ), we ordered an airport shuttle for 4 p. M. That, too, of course, didn't work out on time. Breakfast, however, was good. Verdict: Don't book any way.

This hotel is one my favorites simply because it offers comfortable and high quality service which is nearest to the airport without "airport kind-of-like environment". Either you like decent food in the restaurant or street food, it is up to your preference to choose. It is so convenient as it has playground (indoor) for my kids as well as so near to provision shop. You'll never regret staying in this hotel!

The room was not cleaned for a week!

It was a really nice hotel. We loved our bungalow and the piece. Although the cleaning was not amazing. They never filled up the shampoos or shower gel, never mopped or even gave us freshly cleaned cups and glasses, they just got rinsed. We had to ask for new bedsheets. Also the breakfast was not that amazing and since we had all inclusive, we thought they would change the menu daily up, but it was everyday the same. So we went mostly somewhere else. But the customers service was good, very friendly.

This was a great hotel close to the airport. We had a nice enough room and a GREAT breakfast. Everyone was nice and for the money, I highly recommend.

Pros Good price, good food and nice design Cons Cleanliness: Bed sheets weren't changed on either of the nights we stood there, even when we requested it. We had several bugs in the room, including Mr. Cockroach. Maintenance : although areas seem very cool, there is lack of maintenance e. G. The pool floor is missing some parts, showing the cement under its floor. Sound Isolation: we were in the floor behind the pool bar, and each step could be heard. In the rooms of the upper floor of the other aisle there is the ventilation system, which might be even worse. Noises from the corridor were a constant, too, but that's also the guests' fault… TLDR: we might have had an unlucky stay, but it is still not a place I would return to.

Me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights the hotel was great very clean breakfast was awesome coffee shop very good and the staff no 1 cannott fault it thanks to the staff at soverighn.

For a 1 yr old hotel would expect it to be better maintained. Tiles in the pool all falling off, the odour coming from the rooms very musty smell and bad odour when turned on shower or used toilet. Towels smelt awful like they had been washed and left in machine for a few days then dried not pleasant to use. Bed comfortable but sheet already had that yellow tinge not nice and white like you would expect from a newish hotel. Bfast was cold and when we made a comment about it they didnt seem to care. Moske nxt door did a prayer thing every morning starting at 5am so after arriving late then settling in bed at 3 was woken up to a very loud prayer echoing through the hotel. Altogether not a great experience. You can put up with 1 or 2 things not good but that was rediculous. Never stay there again.

Beds are kinda old or too plush. Shower curtain has mold and mildew. Drainage is slow. Room is smelly. Windows face a wall. Amenities were only toothbrushes. Door locks are not finished. Towels are old, rugged and smelly. Good thing is TV is huge.

Hotel Sovereign is one of the best in Bali. The hospitality is superb. The rooms are perfect. The cuisine is excellent. I strongly recommend it to all.

Has good facility but not at par with the price they quote. Not particulary excellent reception at night either and not liking dat they werent truthful abt d their online price offered for room with no view.

It was take almost 40 mins to check-in. Tbey saud room wasn't ready yet, but it wasntwmake sany sense to wait for 40 mins. I was really pissed off. I booked premiere room a day before and check in at 2 pm. And they gimme a temporary room. But breakfast is quite good and variety.

The brand new hotel in Tuban region. But its too bad, that it took the local street as their own parking site. The hotel itself has lack of parking area, thus uses & claim the nearby street as its parking area, lock them for others, and slightly causing the traffic jam to the nearby traffic.

So so, stabdar hotel jaman sekarang. Ngga ada faktor wow nya.

Nice hotel. We settled down to wait out the day flight transfers. For this purpose, the ideal 4 stars. Not a 5 because the pool was drained, and we promised. But the hotel is far from the sea.
