Good modern hotel. Wifi are too slow. Hot shower and water pressure are bad. Swimmingpool was nice.

Nice stay. Beside the hotel has quite a lot of local nice food. Give them a try!

I come to this hotel for business trip. For 380k per day it's more then enough hotel. Pool with pool bar, and clean. Recommend for coming back. Staff is warm and helpful.

Good hotel location, responsive staff, great breakfasts. The only negative — very old furniture in the rooms and plumbing.

Looks pretty good online but like most things in Bali, it's deceiving. There were holes in the wall that look like they were patched with play dough, the sink had a really bad crack in it and the faucet wasn't attached right. The toilet leaks and runs all night. They were doing some kind of work on the roof the entire time we were there from 7Am till 6pm, banging and drilling right above our room. OH and there's NO HOT WATER. Beyond upset with this place. Only ok thing was the included breakfast (only comes with some rooms)

Tempat yg nyaman, bersih, dekat dengan bandara. Nyaman untuk tinggal bersama keluarga. Bisa bermain board game dan bilyard bila ada waktu luang.

Perfect Hotel for a good holiday treat perfect, lunch for all kinds of guests. Quiet, good rental of motorcycles. If I travel again I would not last to stay.

My husband & I stayed here 1 night for a few hours.   We arrived at the airport very early in the morning & called for the shuttle service which took a while to show up.   The outside of the hotel is exactly as pictured and was beautiful however the inside of the room was disappointing.   The shower floors were slimy and the water did not get warm.   The sink was clogged and would not drain.   The bed had hairs in it which was quite disturbing & the Wi-Fi was poor and kept disconnecting.   Once we slept a few hours,   we called the lobby to report that the shower was not getting warm.   We had to call several times before they finally sent someone up to look at it. At that point they told us it would not be fixed by check out time so we had to leave without properly showering after a long nights flight & having to move on to our actual destination.   The front desk did not speak much english so as we explained to them some of our problems they smiled and handed us a complaint card. We still had to find breakfast because we did not include it in our stay and at this point my husband did not want to put anymore money into this hotel. EDIT: There were also stains on the sheets & bugs on the floor in the bathroom.

Gym facility is open for all, not very large, 4 people maxs recommended, facilities is old but still good, 300k rupiahs a month swimming pool included. No shower and locker for guest from outside. Wifi is slow, youtube 720p still buffering.

I booked and paid connecting rooms for 3 nights. But on the first night we got separated rooms. Breakfast was ok. They provide free transportation from/to airport.

The hotel is kind of old and underconstruction when I have my stay, but the room is big and moderately good, bathtub with hot water but the cool water is very slow, then the foods are below average and repetitive, and for the services, they got to many amateur intern to serve me, like 80% are blue shirt intern which slow everything down… but it worth the price and near kuta.

This place is the best place to stay. Its distance which only 10 minutes away from the airport make this hotel becomes the best quick transit hotel. But it's not a class for a budget hotel because its facilities and the room catagory even match with 5 stars hotel and they even has a comfirtable Business Suite Rooms. At last this hotel is highly recommended nd all the staffs are very friendly with a touch of Nusantara services.

Perfectly situated next to the airport. Pemata Kuta's staff are friendly and welcoming. Their pool is really large and clean. The airport shuttle driver managed to make friendly conversation even though it was 4:30am. I would have liked better water pressure in the shower, but not a massive deal. Overall, good value for money. I would recommend this place to any friends.

Stuff is nice and always willing to help. AC is little bit loud and watter preasure in showet is not the twice good. Breakfasts are quite simple. Nothink special, but for that price… ;)

Superb simple hotel The retro concept with modern living, comfortable room and nice ambiance. Friendly and warmest greeting from all the young and energetic staff and managements. You wont realize when entering the lobby you will see quite huge view and the ying yang pool is cool and relax. The food presents the International, Asian and Authentic Indonesian are awsome. will be back for sure.
