Awesome homestay, very clean and beautiful rooms, nice and helpful staff. They don't serve breakfast (nor do they claim so) but this is not an issue as there are tons of options within a few hundred meters! Highly recommended!

Update: we ended up staying here for almost 2 months and we’re extremely happy to call this place home. Made, who runs the place, is so incredibly sweet, attentive and accommodating. He keeps the place spotless and is almost always there to greet you. The location is within walking distance to everything, the rooms are beautiful, and they have REAL comforters and most of the rooms have what we consider to be the best shower we’ve had in Asia. Above all we love the dogs here and look forward to seeing them every time we come home to Santi. This place is truly a pleasure. Everything was so great that we booked it for another 3 weeks! Place is clean, beautiful, staff friendly, and best part are the sweet dogs that great you.
