The bed linen is poor. Food is good but the portions are small. Service takes a loooong time. Be prepared to wait for about an hour after placing ur order.

There was no door mat outside the bathroom. When called for, I was told that they don't have any. Room service was slow. I had to call multiple times for checking on the status of food and received it after 1 hour of placing the order. Other than that, the staff and hospitality workers were well behaved and decent. Breakfast was good, for Rs. 180pp and the rooms were clean. 3 stars for me.

Nearer to Ambad Midc, and Gujarat highway, good food quality and cozy rooms. Need to improve on restaurant arrangement though. Little bit tunnel and dark effect. Helping staff and fair price. Again no covered parking. Overall good hotel, if you don't want to explore main city of nashik.

The location of the hotel is good, it is clearly visible from highway. They have basement parking as well, but dont have direct access to reception from there. One have to walk through the passage to get into hotel. No staff came for hospitality. Check-in was fast. Hotel lobby and rooms were great. Bed was nice, bathroom was cleaned. Ac was little noisy, led screen was small. Mini bar was missing.

The room was spacious and clean. As per the booklet kept in the room breakfast time was from 7 am. But they didn't open. At least they should have informed in advance.

Good hotel have all facility in low buget this hotel is family hotel and also for children and friends party are also done low buget AC room and non ac room.

Good rooms at a very low price. Around 5k rs for four persons in a room and buffet here costs around 300 rs each. The food is tasty. The management is a little slow. But it is fine. The beds and rooms. Service is nice.

It was very good experience for our stay at Hotel Seven heaven, Comfortable rooms, very cordial and polite staff. Specially I would like to mention Mr Mishra is very polite and friendly person. Excellentat hotel and restaurant with good food ambience. Overall a nice place stay with all good amenities at a very decent price.

The ambience of hotel is really great. The service is also quick with well mannered waiters. Food quality is also good.

Its a small hotel with few but well maintained amenities. We got it from Oyo rooms. Its on the highway so has an easy access. Only thing if it would have included swimming pool then that would have added to its charm!

Hotel is easily accessible as it is on National highway. Hotel was very clean n well decorated. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Location is ok as it is located on service road next to Highway, if you are there for official visit. All industries are nearby from the Hotel. Food quality is also Ok.

Restaurant With Banquet hall capacity upto 200 people, easily accessible, average food taste, not sufficient parking for banquet events.

My favorite place when it comes to dinner. Staff is very supporting and Mr. Rohan is one of the best guy I've meet there. He not only listens calmly but suggest many mouth watering dishes. A must have player in every team.

Rooms are available for quite a bargain. But it isn't nearly as good as Ginger and other hotels in Nasik which offer a much better product at a same price point. The complimentary breakfast isn't all that great. The location because it's proximity to the highway is a pro. Dim lights at night make the reception seem better than it is. The restaurant Nazrana isn't the best Nasik has to offer.

It was good experience to stay at #heaven… the atmosphere is to good… rooms are very neat and clean the staff members are to helpful… the food quality was just awesome… we would surely re-comment Hotel seven heaven to everyone…

It is first hotel in nashik. Which have good inferior good food quality and good service.

Service is worst. Plastic plates broken and cracked. Old Style chay ki lariwala type cups they serve tea and coffee in these cups. Spoons are like you will not even give to your servants or anyone. Main drinking water area is near toilets near nazarana restaurant in hotel. Food is good but service is very very bad. When visited at nazarana restaurant for breakfast water drops were falling from AC from roof.
