Taj santacruz is the most recent property of the Taj group. The hotel is just adjacent to the domestic airport terminal 1. Hence, has a good connectivity and visibility. The food here is one among the best of all the hotels around. The pool and spa services are fine. The hotel has conference and banquet facility on its first floor which is usually busy. Parking may be an issue at times, which the staff can help us with. Did not get a chance to stay here, but ambiance of common areas is impressive.

Touching the airport, it is one of the most beautiful hotels considering the amount of constraints and security regulations placed on it. Lives up to the Taj Hotels brand and the view is magnificent. We got a room facing the runway and watched dozens of planes taking off and landing. Security is very tight as expected and staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Has a lovely pool which is outdoor so you get to hear the planes taking off which might not be ideal if you want some peace and quiet. Has a well equipped fitness center and round the clock expert instructors to assist. Basic internet with the room is decently fast and paid upgrades are also available. It has an Italian, Chinese and Multi cuisine restaurant within the hotel for convenience. Recommend the experience to anyone traveling to Bombay.

Excellent place. Hardly any walking distance from the domestic airport. Staff is very courteous n helpful. Very clean n soothing environment. We used the ballroom, it's huge n very neat.

Hard core Taj hospitality! Beautiful hotel rooms, even though some of the room views are facing just a wall! Hotel staff is excellent so is the food! Heated seat in the lav, deep bath tub facing a small LED TV, mini bar (chargeable) and the list goes on and on. A MUST visit…

Spacious, beautiful ambience. Tiqri restaurant and bar perfect for family lunch date. Buffet spread with good variety of 5 main course food. Taste is big Wow! STAFF very friendly and treat as real Guest. Thanks.

Excellent hotel. Great location right outside the exit of domestic terminal. Luxurious. Polite and efficient staff. Strongly recommended to stay here when visiting Mumbai.

Good place. Great hospitality as always. The runway view is just perfect for all plane lovers. Even though the runway is barely 100 meters away, you won't hear anything from all the take off and landing. A small issue is with the valet as they take a lot of time to get your car back to you.

Amazing hotel with great restaurants, located right next to the airport. You can actually see the plane take off from your room. The rooms are sound proofed and have a Taj quality about them. The staff is courteous as any other Taj property. A place to visit!

The convenience of avoiding the Mumbai traffic after a long flight is the best thing about checking into this hotel. The staff are very warm and helpful and very eager to make the guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious and befitting of a 5 star hotel. The view of the runway right from the bedroom was an extra special plus. Next time I visit I will insist on a room that has the runway view. The food and service were also up to the mark. Overall a very good time and experience.

The entire experience at Taj Santacruz is great. Right from the staff greeting you to taking good care of you through out the stay. They offer a huge variety of stuff during breakfast fresh fruits, baked stuff and alot more. Even their dinner buffet is great. Food taste is nice. The toiletries are of Forrest essential which is very nice for the skin. The room sizes are decent and the view are fine. But overall it's worth the visit. The spa is good too.

Like any other five star, the ambience is decadent and luxurious. The grand ballroom is large and is able to host a formal event such as a wedding reception / similar event. The in house catering was all right — nothing special. Overall the experience was as expected.

Feeling refreshed! Great Place, Atmosphere and Ambience to live in. Taj is Classic as always in its own way. P. S. — Always have one extra pair of sports shoes with yourself if you are a Gym freak. They really wanted you to wear sports shoes (proper) otherwise foreigners will feel uncomfortable.

Easy to reach central location. New hotel so latest interiors. Taj hospitality. Great food. Everything you need to organise perfect wedding.

Very good room. Spacious and comfortable. Good service. The only problem I faced is that, the mobile network (BSNL) is not available while in the room.

An amazing hotel with best service. The best part is that it's very near to the Airport and hence there is no need to rush or fear getting struck in traffic. Highlights of this Hotel — Amazing lounge from where you can get spectacular views of Mumbai Airports runway, very warm staff and amazing food. But in comparison to Taj Landsend it is found lacking in some areas.

I have only been to TS 4 or 5 times to attend meetings/conferences. I am therefore noy qualified to describe the stay or the restaurant/breakfast. The facilities are pretty good. It's practically in the domestic terminal so if you are flying out of the terminal it is very convenient for day meets. The conference room is not huge but good enough for a medium sized gathering (~200). The buffets used to be better but not so good anymore. Tea coffee etc pretty bad. Valet service one of the quicker ones in Mumbai. Decent lobby, decent services… Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a small meeting.

A classic TAJ experience. The place is contemporary with all the modern amenities and yet transports you to royal era with the hospitality and courtesy of the staff. Rooms are spacious and and comfy. It's also at a walkable distance from the domestic terminal. Great place for business travelers.

Huge spacious rooms. Classy interiors. Calm. Good courteous staff. Good service. Food too was good. Had a wonderful stay.

Phenomenal in every way. Interior design from the future, opulent appointments, five star service from check in to check out, and delicacies from every cuisine prepared to perfection. Can't recommend it highly enough. I did hear a rumor that staff are incredibly underpaid which needs to change. TATA needs to take the lead in ethical employment standards with fair pay relative to corporate profits.

A wonderful place, easily accessible from terminal 1 of Mumbai Airport. Perfect location for a conference with outstation participants. Great food overall, very cooperative and polite staff.

The ambience is really great, the buffet is quite big, club lounge on 6th floor has beautiful view of runway where literally you can see plane take off … The rooms are well furnished and decorative One can visit this place while going or coming while travelling from domestic…

Ambience is very beautiful, artistic and detailed… How ever the food wasn't upto the TAJ standards. It was difficult to distinguish the taste of the curry and veg gravy items. Starter were the best part of the meal. The desserts were well decorated, and presented. The hall was maintained and arranged.

A modern hotel with well appointed upscale elements. Somehow since this place is up and coming still it seemed to be a service provider but without a soul just yet. Will give it time! The venue for the conference I attended was slightly makeshift but did the job. Hope that I make different experiences in the future.

Taj name is enough good staff many visit as m a foodie good place near airport many 5 star hotel cant beat this beast nice decent place I prefer land end as view and for tourist awesome love the place must visit… thankuuuuu… as taj lovers can go and have brunch and many items to eat love every hotel in taj.

Ate at the Tiqri Bar & Lounge. They had a nice buffet spread. I was not that hungry, so sat with a business colleague that had the buffet. Plenty of variety and food was tasty. Rather pricey! Cant beat the location, just walking distance from the airport and in Bombay that is a rare pleasure to be able to do that and not have to worry about traffic. The Taj does not have free Wi-Fi in the lobby area. This is a HUUUUUUUUUUGE disappointment. Every body and their dog has Wi-Fi these days and most commonly in hotel lobbies. But at the Taj you have to pay for it! So bogus. Get with the times Taj.

Lovely ambience. Must go to the naturally lit atrium coffee shop. Direct access to airport.

We visited the cafe and the service was good. We were attended with courtesy and our order was delivered promptly. The hotel is clean and is worth the money spent.

Attended a workshop. The ball room was really big and comfortable. Best place for corporate workshop. Food as usal was good.

Stands upto the Taj brand but food was average. And the entry to the property is not exactly safe. There is a blind corner for those who are driving in. Narrow lane with vehicles travelling on both sides.

Amazing Hotel. It is more a palace than a Hotel. The Deluxe rooms are bigger than Suite in other 5 Star hotels. Lovely Lobby with Lively Reef Fish tank. Excellent Food and the Usual Taj Hospital. We enjoyed more than what we paid. Thanks to TATAS.

Very well maintained and managed. At touching distance from domestic airport arrival pickup point. About 3 kms from international airport. Great embience and professional management. Good service. The Location is brilliant at the domestic airport. Rooms are spacious and have all facilities you can think of. Service is brilliant.

The location makes it attractive. It is at a walking distance from the domestic terminal. It is a very good place for business meetings. The place has a good ambiance.

I just attended a conference here not stayed here. So my review is influenced by the organiser efforts. Ambience typical of five star hotel chain. Sitting chair in conference was bit too closely spaced that I was not able to sit cross legged.

Excellent place. Less than 15 min drive from Shivaji international airport. Good ambience. Spacious rooms with good view. The buffet breakfast selection is wide, probably one of the few places with really good south Indian dishes. Liked the over all charm. Has a swimming pool, fitness centre and all other standard fare for a star hotel. Liked the experience a lot.

Awesome rooms and food and exceptionally clean even by Taj standards. Standard room comes with separate wardrobe and lounge. Located in Domestic airport. Awesome location… Possibly one of the best hotels near airport.

Great location… Walking distance from Terminal 1, domestic Mumbai Airport… Typical Taj hotels look and feel… Very friendly staff… Few room service glitches, but well thought out room service menu… Central atrium bar and coffee shop good both for business and a quick meal.

Having spent significant time at another Taj hotel in a different city with exceptional results, I was curious to see what the Taj Santacruz would offer. I was not disappointed. The staff has been amazing. I just came from another non-Taj hotel, and while it may have looked equally majestic inside, the service did not even come close to that of the Taj.

My 2nd home. Hospitality @ best & all the staffs are well trained. Airport Runway view is breathtaking. Buffet has wide spread. Massive fitness center & well maintained pool. This property fulfilled all the amenities required for business community.

The legacy of Taj is carried forward well. Its located on the Domestic airport. Having luggage trolleys inside the hotel. Grand fish tank welcomes you to the amazing hospitality. Very beautiful rooms with top quality interiors.

If you get to this place with Taj in mind, you may feel a little disappointed. It's not a property with the ambiance one associates with a Taj. Neither are the staff as forthcoming. If you walk in without that expectation, the property is nice, the coffee shop is airy and you do get your privacy to strike a conversation.
