Good location… Very minimalist kind of interiors… Some may like some may not… Over all it good for stay in given price range.

One of the worst experiences in my life. The shower was not working. They did not arrange for a plumber. Rather I told them to arrange for a bucket. The next day they took that back. Cockroach in the room. The breakfast was below average. The AC does not work in the breakfast area. I feel people wanted to help but they looked helpless. One of the lifts was not working on one of the days and I had to take the stairs from 14th floor, but that was locked because there is a cinema hall few of the floors. I had to go through that to reach out to ground floor. I have written these comments in their feedback sheet I hope they improve and for folks who are planning to stay there — think twice.

It is one of the finest properties in the neighborhood. It is situated at a prime location which is easily accessible. Ideal for people visiting or exhibiting at Bombay Exhibition Centre. Rooms are very spacious with suave minimalistic interior design. Room rates are decent, there's scope for betterment in service and amenities. Highly recommended for business travelers.

Place is easily approachable. No issues with the service. Its a couple friendly hotel and they provide great comfort with their service. The food ordered from the menu was superbly amazing. Well its right in the centre of goregaon so every thing is nearby. Great restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was also nice. The rooms were clean. Smells fresh. Clean bedsheets and pillows. Bathroom was also well. Maintained. The bed actually made lot of noise. Minus 1 for that. All positives for this place.

Exceptional service by the staff and the place is very neat. Ambience is also good. Top quality stuff by Oyo. Breakfast is very limited in variety. Please work to change that.

Awesome Place… the hotel location is very nice. One can visit the place. Easily reachable. The staff of the hotel is awesome. We were at 13th floor and the view is great. Preferred to stay on top floor if you want to see view.

Love the concept. Everything about this hotel is great. Got it at a great price but will stay again even if I don’t get the same deal.

Hotel Infra is fine. Room sizes are great. In Cleanliness, I will give 5 star. However the service is very poor. Staff is non courteous and have the habit of saying NO to each and every request. Do not provide Toothpaste, slippers or even complimentary 1L bottle (they provide only 500ml bottle). Food is fine, but limited options. Location is prime, very near to Bombay exhibition centre. Have a cinema Hall below the hotel. But it shows only Marathi Films. I feel Oyo only wants to cater to lower middle class customers who will like infra, and do not expect services of any kind.
