I booked only 1 night at deluxe room in this hotel. After arrived they gave us small and dirty room, where shower didn’t work right. They were open to change our room according to our reservations in 30 minutes, we waited 2 hours! Finally we get the right room. Room was dirty, dusted and without the window. In toilet was mildew and dirt. Although they told us that payment by cards isn’t acceptable. It was big surprise because at booking. Com they didn’t mention about that fact. First we get info that terminal is broken and it will start working tomorrow then next day that management was change and we can’t pay by card at all. After call to Booking. Com customer service and try to negotiation benefits of this misunderstanding we finish with nothing! Finally we need to book another hotel for the last night in India and pay extra fees. So… dear travellers never never book room in this hotel. Location can be good but it isn’t worth stress and get cheated.
Really sad experience. I loved the pictures while booking as I love vintage and thought this could be a nice hotel but I was shocked when I actually landed there. There is no maintenance, rooms are dirty and smelly, there are bed bugs, phone, refrigerator, Tv nothing works. The property is good but due to lack of care, this has come down to this stage which is really sad.
