The food isn't amazing but the rest is absolutely lovely. The staff is very courteous and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is a great spread and the chef is a joy. They've also got a great pool and spa facilities.

A fantastic hotel by any standard. A true 5 stars with great quality facilities throughout. Conveniently located in what pretty much is nowadays the centre of Mumbai, it can take 40 min to go south and 30 to go north. Very comfortable rooms, state of the art gym and lovely pool. Staff always very helpful and my housekeeper even bought me a new bottle of toothpaste as mine was running out. Will come back no doubt.

The food was just ok… We only had break fast… Needs improvement… The rooms are big and spacious clean… Room service is also good… But they block extra amount on your card as deposit which takes time for refund after Ur bill is paid…

For where it is, it is excellent and they are not afraid of acknowledging there is nothing around there but overpriced restaurants and office buildings. If you are looking for a bit of culture and nightlife, run screaming to the other trident, if you want a quiet place where you can easily forget that you had to come to India for your business trip against your will, then is this the place for you! Great breakfast, lovely pool and gym, complete isolation from the lifeblood of the city.

This place is phenomenal. The hotel lobby, the hotel staff and everything about this place speaks class… Be it the view or the swimming pool. When you're on a higher floor you're gonna enjoy it all. And yes for all the people who wanna know… It has all the major facilities like Wi-Fi and laundry and hotel service and stuff. The reception desk is very helpful and the staff is just awesome! Highly recommended…

A nice place to stay in uptown Bandra Karla Complex. It is in close proximity to the U. S. Consulate Generals office and is well connected by road and by local train (Bandra Station East) I love the lobby and the reception area which is on the left corner slightly inside once you are in. Clean neat rooms offer good view of the city. Overall a great experience!

Excellent hospitality. Had been to the 022 restaurant for lunch with family… Great buffet spread and tasty food! Attentive and helpful staff. As always, a pleasant experience!

Great location opposite to US Visa Consulate. Also close to many restaurants. Breakfast spread is good. We found the rooms to be just okay and felt they did not meet the Trident standards. Rooms could have been cleaner. Overall a comfortable stay. Hotel staff is always present in the lobby to greet with a namaste and a smile. That was sweet.

Excelenter service. Very nice staff. Room service perfect and very hard to give the best for the guest. The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights. The food is more than excellent.

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms and a beautiful pool area! Only the location of the hotel ist not so nice! Lots of noise because of construction arround the hotel and no shops, supermarkets, restaurants or anything others nice places to go nearby!

It's trident and it lives upto its reputation. I have been to their restuarant which also doubles up as a cafe, located on the ground level itself towards your right as you enter the hotel lobby. Food was brilliant, service was excellent too. Just felt they were a little short staffed during peak hours especially during dinner time as it took long to place the order and to call for the cheque. Had to really look out for the staff which is very strange for a 5 Star property like Trident. Ambience and quality of food is at its best.

Came here for a friend's engagement — reception. Good place with a hospitable staff. The service was impeccable even though it consisted of trainers. The banquet hall is spacious for a group of 200-300 people. Good spread of dinner options with an evenly distributed option of Indian, Oriental and Continental.

Location very strategic. Easy to locate and easy to approach. Good hospitality. Very good service. I liked the attitude of staff. I attended conference there and found the conference rooms to be quite spacious with good air conditioning and comfortable seating arrangement. Good quality was good, especially the desert was superb. Trident at Churchgate however is much more spacious. This BKC one is relatively congested. The lobby quite narrow.

From the food basically one chicken and sushi… Desserts compensate the main dishes! The rooms are clean, bring fruit!

An exceptional stay experience. Right from the seamless airport pick to the check-in. The hotel lobby is a little small though, however the room sizes are pretty decent. And of course the famous hospitality is unmatched. Being at BKC gives it a great location advantage as well so it's very ideal for business stays. The pool on the 3rd floor is also great, gives a kind of infinity feel. All in all a great stay experience is guaranteed. Cheers!

Impeccable ambience. The place is located in BKC and it has been well maintained. Had been there for a family wedding. The rooms are quite luxurious and food is great too. Staff was well mannered too. Definitely going to visit there soon. Cheers :)

This review is only from the perspective of a participant at a conference and the food served during the same. The venue was perfect for our needs with multiple set ups including a panel discussion and breakout groups with ample help from the hotel's side. The food was carefully planned and ably executed be it the tea service, lunch or the jars of nibbles placed in the lobby through the day. Many of the dishes on the lunch buffet were heroes from the Rivaayat series that showcases unsung regional Indian food. It made for a welcome change of pace from typical conference fare.

Was here for a professional conference. Very easy to Navigate the hotel due to the clear direction instructions. The conference hall was set at a non intruding location, with easy access to the buffet and washrooms. The food was splendid and service was good. Overall a good experience.

The location is prime! In the heart of BKC. The hotel is beautiful, one of the best I've ever seen. There was Christmas decorations all around and the staff were quite cooperative. Rooms are big and luxurious. All the amenities are top notch and worth the buck.

A stunning resort with exemplary service! The Breakfasts the spa facility the pool and the attention to every little detail is really what makes this place a Five star plus experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Very good service staff is very cooperative. Very prominent location and become a business meeting point in BKC. It is a known landmark. Food is top class. Valle parking is available. Hotel rooms are amazing and hotel take security as their prime agenda. There car and chauffeur service is superb.

I stayed here for a night. The rooms and interiors of the hotel are very nice. The staff is very polite and helpful. I didn't like the buffet dinner and breakfast too much. The food was quite bland. It's more suited to a European or American palate than to an India one. The hotel's location in BKC is a great plus. It's within walking distance to my office.

I was there with a friend who had VISA interview. This is one of the ideal hotel you should book during VISA interviews. Just across the road and easily accessible. In one of images you can see the VISA centre, where people are sitting in the queue. It has nice and spacious rooms. Swimming pool is nicely maintained. It was visible from my room. Rooms are nicely maintained and bathrooms have bath tub in it. Staff is very cooperative.

Large and well-maintained rooms, but with only view of the surrounded infrastructures. Enjoyed the infinity pool, but again people from the opposite residential apartments could peep through. Friendly and professional staff. Diverse options for the breakfast.

Good experience. Great for business travel. Walkable distance from BKC and other ITand banking companies in the area. Courteous staff. Good breakfast. Neat rooms. The only issue noticed was that bath area is restricted to bath tub. You have to stand in the bath tub and shower. A little weird that. Otherwise it is a value for money hotel.

Great hospitality, Same as Taj group if not better. The food was amazing. The ambience of the hotel, the gym and the pool were top notch. You will surely enjoy your business trip and vacation here at Trident. I specially loved the gesture by the housekeepers who left a set of bangles with a hand written letter. Keep up the tradition and hospitality.

Very comfortable place to stay… staffs are very helpful specially at my first check in the gentleman at reception was really accommodating and upgraded to premier room which I like it and came back again after few days of my same trip… where I already requested to upgrade my stay for same room before arrival to hotel but didn't happen as per availability… but next day trident understand my requirement… in love with trident bkc.

The area where Trident is located is very good and easy accessible. Meeting rooms are good with all facility available and the staff is friendly too. You can definitely look forward to host your meetings or events at Trident Bandra.

This hotel hosts alot of events. The ball room is small and they really should try and adhere to noise restrictions during events. The food though was excellent they had these amazing vegetarian options that were out of this world. The rooms are great too. On the whole a nice hotel.

This place is my second home. I LOVE the hotel for its sheer charm and the staff which is super enthusiastic and fun. They would make sure that you are ultra comfortable either you dine or stay with them. Also their FNB managers, supervisors and butlers know your food preferences at the back of their hand. I stayed here for almost four months and it still feels home whenever I go there and they still remember my likes and dislikes. I wish I could give them more stars. Total value for money.

It's a good place to stay at Mumbai. First class service with friendly staffs. Recommended for business meetings. Foods are good. The only set back there is not much places around for sight seeing.

The ambience is great, as it would be of any hotel of that stature. Staff is good, well behaved and dressed. Food is bland, if you're true indian and love spicy food. I hogged on the salad and dessert. Dessert were quite good actually.

Outstanding service. Not sure of rooms but the service at the Sunday brunch is outstanding. Worth every penny. And they have a great baby chair :)

022 Restaurant : — Out of the world, the buffet spread was most amazing. I can still feel the yummy taste. You may also notice who's who at the restaurant. If I need to pick up one thing than it could be keema pav. I would like to thank the Chef who offered special attention to my 3 year old. Offcourse, thanks for the handmade chocolates too.

We were here at the 24 hour restaurant for tea during Make In India week, it's situated conveniently about a hundred footsteps away from MMRDA grounds which is great. The hospitality at the restaurant was okay but the food we ordered was below average unfortunately, perhaps due to the influx of visitors. Adding to that, we waited quite a long time for our order, maybe not the best place for evening snacks or tea.

Strategically located and well maintained. Loved their bakery outlet. Trident normally do not require a review for their staffs, courteousness and service. Hence a five out of five stars.

Wonderful place. Room service is efficient and accommodate special requests very well. The housekeeping department left a shoe bag for me, as a gesture. Had a meeting here for two days and the banquet support was real good.

A true Trident. Well appointed rooms. The food festivals are especially a treat. There is a pattisiere which is pretty adequately stocked. Although there is no airport shuttle it does have a fleet of cabs at it's disposal.

My stay at Trident Hotel in Bandra Kurla Mumbai was very much relaxed and had fully enjoyed my holidays. Whenever want to unwind I generally prefer solitude and Trident Hotels in Bandra Kurla Mumbai gives me that ambience what m looking for. Keep it up Trident Hotels.

Spent a few days in this hotel in Sept 2012. Overall I would say it's a great property especially for Business travelers who have offices in the BKC Complex. Pros: Great Room; Great Service Cons: The eternity pool actually overlooks a construction site right now which is not inviting at all. The hotel is a tad overpriced especially it's restaurants; there is no iron in the rooms and that is a little bit of a putt off for me especially when I'm traveling for business.
