A five star experience from start to finish. The room was spectacular with marble prominent everywhere. The bed was a king, or super king, and wonderfully comfortable. I recommend trying some of the restaurants at the hotel as they're of a very high standard as well. We had club access which was nice as there is a decent range of small food available (tapas). The staff go out of their way to assist and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Sofitel is one of the finest 5 Star Hotel to stay in the center of BKC area which is a business center part of Mumbai where almost every other Bank has their HQ with number other industry firms. I like the ambience and food in particular @Sofitel. It also has a pure Vegetarian restaurant option. It's the only Sofitel Hotel in India so far so all the more reason to stay at this place when you are in Mumbai to experience the French hospitality custom to Indian taste :)

Always a pleasure to head to Sofitel. The service is warm and the staff really makes you feel like it's a happy space to visit. I love that it's at BKC so my friends from most parts of Mumbai can commute there easily for a get together. The buffet's always great and they make sure it's an interesting celebration of food culture and music. See you soon Sofitel!

Wonderful place and amazing food. Rooms are luxurious, welcome amenities, and has one of the best spas in the city. Stayed here for 4 days and I must say the breakfast spread was fascinating. Croissants, muffins and great coffee! Indian spread was lovely and the servers were more than eager to accommodate my requests. Though I didn’t need anything more than what was on buffet, just their warm hospitality, smiling faces and attention made my day! It all says a lot about the management! Great job! A wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend.

Sofitel BKC is presents par excellence in hospitality, cuisine, and care. My favorite at the place is creativity of chefs at the hotel. Rarely one can find such freshness in food along with exotic combination of ingredients. They may also have a record of longest buffet table with so many choices.

Excellent hotel providing top notch hospitality. Very guest centric. Moreover, all the Food & Beverage outlets at this hotel are simply awesome, dishing out authentic flavours of foods from different regions of the world. A superb combination of great stay and food. What more could one ask for!

Personally like the interiors of the place. Beautifully done ambient and the staff is extremely hospitable. The rooms are contemporary and the interiors make it rather more interesting a place to stay! This hotel also boasts of an all veg restaurant, something not heard of in the range of 5stars category!

Spacious room & bath. Excellent service. Courteous staff. Sumptuous buffet spreads. All in all, a good stay & memorable experience.

The hotel is exceptional, the staff are courteous and very polite. Everyone is extremely professional, very caring and attentive. The hotel is very clean and tastefully done up, the rooms are ultra comfortable. One feels like royalty upon check in. The food is great, lots of choices, and varieties are plenty. A bit pricy but over all great. The spa is wonderful, very skilled and knowledgeable staff. Overall, definitely a place worth checking out or in to! Will go back.

My family's stay has been truly luxurious. Sofitel's staff was friendly, thoughtful and courteous. I must mention about the great hospitality and wonderful experience we had and also about the excellent cuisines they offer. I would like to thank my friend, Het Shah who helped us with our bookings and was there throughout our stay in Sofitel just to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Good city hotel. Located in one of the main business districts in Mumbai. It's a full service five star hotel with pretty much all the amenities that entails. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurants are generally good with particularly good vegetarian options. The decor is generally opulebt, both for rooms bad the lobby — this is noticeably different from the Trident next door, which is more functionally designed (elegant but not opulent). The rooms are well kitted out. Overall, a good option for this part of town.

Sofitel is always a good experience. But we find that there is always a little something that is lacking. Overall the food is good but never fantastic. The rooms are nice but a little dark. The swimming pool area is good but there the sound of the exhaust can be disturbing… So it just misses the mark…

Wonderful place to stay. Amazing spread of food through out the day. Very luxurious rooms. Amazing welcome cookies and fudge brownie in the room. Amazing spa 24 hours round. In all a very amazing experience. They have unlimited French high tea and cocktail hour for their guests. Also amazing breakfast. The lounge is very nice with plenty of different seating arrangements for different occasions. Very interesting collection of coffee table books. Room service is very prompt and efficient. All in all a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Absolutely thrilled and happy after being treated extremely well. The staff working here are very courteous and thoughtful. I will be back soon and will ensure I stay at Sofitel. The staff should be applauded for their efficiency.

If you are staying in bkc for work you don't have a lot of staying options really. However if you are looking forward to great food and interesting events don't look any further. Sofitel it is! The buffets are lavish and totally worth it. The regular food fests only add to the color. It's never boring at the venue…

One of the finest places in the city of Mumbai. The artisan bistro on the ground floor provides a great ambience, soft beautiful live vocals and guitar do not overpower any conversation. They house a wide range of wines and single malts. Trevor at the bar is a very efficient bar tender, attentive and warm service is always provided. The hotel as a whole has a very relaxed feel. Definitely ranks among the top places in the city.

The service was very good. The entire staff was courteous and disciplined. The rooms were clean with great ambience. The only discrepancy was the lighting in the rooms. It was too mellow.

I was given a complimentary voucher for a desert/chocolate at Artisan. I went to have the same on the last day of my stay. First I was told that there are getting ready for a party and hence unable to honor the voucher. Then the girl went to manager who was right at the Artisan and told the girl to provide me with a pastry instead. I could hear what the manager told the girl and his tone. The girl took the pastry and when I asked for a spoon, she said there is no spoon as the place is getting ready for a party. I felt so humiliated and told the girl to keep the pastry back as I don't want the same. I began to wonder why Sofitel has no spoon for a pastry to be given to a customer? Was it because the voucher was complimentary?

I stayed at Sofitel for nearly 10 days. Their model seems to be good considering they provide pick and drop within BKC. Value for money but didn’t like the fact that they charged me for a small service of just getting an OTC medicine which should ideally be available in the hotel. Like every other hotel, breakfast menu after 2 days gets very boring. They don’t try anything new, very repetitive. Overall very 3 or 4 star quality, comfort hotel and not a luxury hotel.

Our weekend was so pleasant. From entrance to check-in. All staff was polite. The service was good along with food quality and we enjoyed the stay. Look forward for more add on packages in spa… :) we always love to stay at Sofitel for its room ambience is so amazing Thnks so much for making our day special. Keep up the good work.

The staff was amazingly helpful and polite. Although in fairness I think that may be part of the Indian way, everyone was fantastic to talk to. The food at both restaurants was superb. The spa was great as well. I would put my experience on par with any Ritz-Carlton I've stayed at which is high praise. I have already told several colleagues that yours was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in some time.

A good place, I have been here few times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good ambiance and equally good service. A good place to meet your business associates over a coffee or meal. You get, Indian, Western and other fushion foods. Location is amazing and very easy to locate.

The Hotel is modern, comfortable, easily accessible, and well designed with some attractive well-thought out touches, showing a genuine understanding of potential guests. Examples of the nice touches are the stone shelf/seat in the waterfall shower, the waterfall shower itself that does not leak onto the bathroom floor (as nearly all waterfall showers do), the universal plug socket in the desk drawers, the electric curtains controlled from the bed-side, the horizontally opening safe with an internal light which can easily fit a lap-top, the torch in the wardrobe (this might be a regulation in India). I could go on. The food and beverage is excellent, not inexpensive, but it is a luxury Hotel. However the shining star of the Sofitel Mumbai is the staff. Not a single member of staff lets the side down, which is an exceptional achievement. I can name those who's name-badges were easily visible to me — Priyana and Pooja at Reception, Joseph a the front desk, Denver in the Club. While they are worthy of praise, that is not to say others are not also. The young Manager in the restaurant at breakfast time is excellent, as are the two ladies who allocate tables. The maintenance staff and housekeeping staff in corridors are equally welcoming and pleasant. As a manager I appreciate you have to recruit and train to achieve this overall level of service, but I would love to know how you do it! Well done.

A very nice hotel. Staff are friendly, polite, courteous, and bend over backwards to help you. The food in the main eatery covers Asian, Indian and Western foods and are well done every time. During my most recent stay they had a Sunday brunch with live music via a band and a special buffet which was very enjoyable. A great hotel in a good location.

This was one of the best 5 stars I've stayed in during my travels. Absolutely loved the French ambience and service from the amazing staff. They really go above and beyond to make you feel completely taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place to fellow travels who enjoy proper service and great spacious rooms.

The receptionist did not check the number of days in the bill and gave me the bill with one extra day. If I paid for it I am not sure you would reimburse it. Please train your staff to check the bills better. The lady at tea shop told me that the prices she gave me include the tax, but when I wanted to pay, she told me she has to add them. Cheap salespeople tricks do not work with the profile of guests you try to gather. Therefore, all in all excellent hotel and service, but the staff related to payment should be more professional.

Sofitel has a couple of good restaurants (they are heavy on the pocket, avg meal for 2 is 5000 INR) zyran has a courteous staff and excellent indian food.

It's Sofitel, it's Accor group. It's located in BKC. Can't go wrong there. The small artisan cafe on the ground floor is one of the best cafes in any 5 Star with an amazing chocolaterie and super seasonal deserts. Perfect for a cozy coffee afternoon. Spend some time here and you will be ready for the rest of your day.

"Exceptional customer service, amenities and food" The staff takes customer service to a whole new level. They go out their way to make sure you have what you want and then some. A note of appreciation to Mr. Anupam Godara for assisting us, every need and request is met with a big smile, cheerfulness, eagerness and expedience. The staff seems genuinely happy to receive you and serve you and you can't help but feel a bit like royalty. The food is great, everything works, the rooms are comfy and the place is pretty. The room had all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Visited Sofitel Mumbai in April 2016 and must say that it was a truly wonderful experience. Everything and everyone was just just perfectly managed. From the beautiful interiors to the staff to the mouth watering menu served, I have just no enough words to appreciate this place. Will definitely recommend to all my friends. Superb.

Overall a wonderful stay. The staff was always very helpful. The facility is beautiful. The laundry service is fairly priced and my laundry was always brought back in impeccable shape. I would put it out by 8am and it would be returned between 4 and 7pm. The floors were quiet and I never heard neighboring rooms at night. One morning I found the bathroom above mine was leaking into my bathroom. I informed the front desk and they promptly sent someone up to help move my luggage to a new room nearby.

One would definately be amazed by the interiors of this hotel. Its well designed, colorful and elegant. Apart from interiors the hotel has good Restaurants and they really serve great food. Another benefit is its near the airport and not very far from down town. Overall a good place to visit / stay.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast and food overall. Friendly and helpful staff Had to push them to give platinum accor upgrades. Said they were full for room upgrade (obviously were not) but did in the end. Would go back, as especially convienient for airport.

Wow… What a hotel. Fabulous in every respect. I've travelled the world staying in Hotels but this is one of the best. From arriving, the staff were very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very luxurious and was extremely comfortable. The facilities were excellent as was the restaurants and selection of food on offer. Certainly no need to venture out to find a restaurant! I would love to have another stay here and hopefully I will. Throughly recommended!

The best kebabs… especially mushroom kakori just melt in the mouth. Excellent north Indian food. Very warm and friendly staff. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Had lunch at the Tuskers at Sofitel. It's a Rajasthani cuisine restaurant on the first level. The lobby was really pretty and decorated for Christmas.

Easy to approach and nicely situated in the new Financial District of Mumbai, Bandra-Kurla complex. A good property with ample places for conducting business meeting with nice restaurants and coffee shops. Pleasant staff and great F&B team.

Great business and holiday hotel. Staff and service were exceptional, make it a home away from home. Close to BKC offices during day and close enough to Bandra/Juhu nightlife. Excellent restaurants, gym and club facilities.

Fantastic property in new BKC financial center close to airport (this is key if you know mumbai traffic and arrival and departure times of international flights). Service is impeccable and I'd especially like to call out Nimesh Pandav (duty manager during my stay) for making accommodations on late checkout. Spa and food were delightful. Club level lounge open late for late arriving passengers. Rooms very tastefully done with right mix of modern and Indian comforts. Highly recommend if traveling to mumbai and doing business in the BKC area.

Artisan used to be good. Now just all style no substance. Slow service and below average food. Massively over priced. Go elsewhere in BKC.

The star rating says it all. Jyran, Pondicherry Cafe and Artisan are some of the finest places I have been to. The attention to detail in every aspect of these places is worth writing an essay about. Other 5-star properties seem subdued in comparison.
