Poor hygiene. Meal provided was of below average quality. Only plus point is seating arrangement & overall look is good.

No proper management. First time they said No Room. Afterword local latur person went then they have provided room. Again they demanded extra rate of. This shows opportunist behaviour of hotel management.

For a place like Latur it's the best hotel to stay. Great interior with well maintained staff and environmental. Rooms were neat and clean. Food ordered was good, very tasty and overall service was the best. I would strongly recommend this hotel if u in Latur and looking for mid range stay.

Rooms and food both are good, staff is not up to the mark, yesterday evening, while I was checking out, by mistake receptionist forget to add 1 room service bill in final bill and asked me to pay it separately, I asked him to revise final bill by adding it, I will pay, he denied for that and asked me, are you going to pay or not, looking in to his attitude, I refused to pay, he said OK, we will not take your booking in future. I don't understand, how such people are recruited by management, who doesn't know how to behave with customers in industry of hospitality. Worst ever experience.

Very cool and peaceful place. Happy to share that Hotel do not serve the alcohol neither allowed from outside. Very good for the family and corporate people.
