Management was poor, service was not that good,
while having dinner there was no side plate, no spoon fork or anything. We had to ask for everything. Also dessert spoons and everything was mess… main course section was all mess not that clean. Very disappointed by the service…

The lobby is great with a huge central stone lotus with a quaint 24 hr coffee shop tucked behind it… the rooms are good, spacious and thoughtfully arranged… the breakfast is a good spread … the hotel has a fab gym with separate rooms for spinning and gym… it's located beside a mall and theatre and few good restaurants like opal which serve delicious non veg fare it's the crown of Kolhapur with a heady rooftop lounge and discotheque where some good DJs spin out great music to groove on.

In very short period of time they earned lots of name and fame. It is a typical prestigious hotel where you get international cousine along with our desi meals. Obviously the prices are as per the level of service they are providing. The ambience is really nice. Service is good not great. Parking and other facilities are also good. Buffet have ample option to munch on. One can surely go and visit the buffet once in month.

THE place to stay if you are in Kolhapur. Our trip to Kolhapur was to meet relatives and eat awesome non veg food. This hotel is amazing. Good comfortable bed and good view of city. Hotel lobby is nice. The check in and check out timing is weird here. They checkin early and checkout by 10 am. Every floor has reception desk which is convenient. Checkin process was seamless. Our car was filthy driving in mud and rain. They cleaned it up nice for us. Room service is good. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Room rates are reasonable so I don’t see a reason for staying anywhere else. Breakfast was amazing. Lot of Indian and continental options. Service at restaurant was good.

We had a delightful experience. The food was scrumptious and we hope you would not call us at night for an extra bedding. The kettle did not work and when we informed the room service they did take a lot of time to exchange it. By the way the furniture was very pretty and the bed was fluffy and quite comfy. We would like to suggest people to come to this hotle for leisure.

Sayaji is an excellent choice for both business and family trip with a great location at Kolhapur. The staff is very courteous. The rooms and overall hotel is well maintained. Both the breakfast and dinner buffet are very good with a nice variety even for long stays. All in all highly recommended for the quality and the price for the prime location.

It is very good hotel located at the prime spot and road. It's very near from the central bus station and the rail station also. The hotel rooms are very good and the services they provide are also good. As it's 5 star hotel you will get everything you need. This hotel has top floor barbecue, so that you can have and spend your dinner time with or without family and friends. This hotel also has nice function hall to have your parties and wedding. The restaurant 'Lotus' is located at the basement of the hotel and is very good in food quality and service. I love to have their special Paanipuri and different mocktail to taste. Overall the hotel is very good and is worth for your money.

I am here for wedding and we enjoyed a lot. Wedding ceremony as well as reception was in this premises only. We used to do lot of swimming early in the morning. Breakfast is also awesome. A mall is also situated besides the hotel so we did lots of shopping there.

I was looking for good hotel in kolhapur since was travelling with baby and kid. Sayaji is the best place to stay I feel. Experience from check-in to checkout was really good. Very helpful staff. Quick room service. Chef made baby food as per my instructions and personally came to check if it's as per that. They offer complimentary crib for babies which was very thoughtful. Rooms are clean and descent. We stayed at executive room facing lawn and swimming pool and behind that it was city view. Breakfast spread was as per 5 star standard. Just that they don't keep whole fruits… only cut fruits. But food was tasty. Our stay was quite comfortable and I am really happy I chose Sayaji.

The location or sayaji is perfect. There are malls right outside, a number of good food places, and hotel serves great food. They have a nice care area in the open too. However, it wasn't a 5 star experience. Certainly good, but not as great an experience compared to the Pune location.

A great experience from them picking us up at unearthly hours from the train station that too gratis, to having us reserve a table for much loved meal at an in-house Barbeque Nation — we were extremely well taken care of. The hotel has a refined class, which stands heads and shoulders above the next best in Kolhapur. Look forward to more visits there soon rather than later.

I visited Sayaji on November 9-10, 2017. This was my 3rd visit to Sayaji Kolhapur and the experience is getting better with every visit. You guys are just raising the service levels every time.
1. Since I was traveling by Mahala…xmi Express, I reached by 7.30 am at the Hotel. The normal checkin time is after 12 pm but without any cribbing one nice room was arranged for us.
2. Room was booked in Shraddha Salvi’s name but still checkin was smooth
3. The breakfast was as good as it gets
4. November 9 was my Wife’s Birthday and Team Sayaji made it her most memorable Birthday ever. They surprised her with lovely cake and music.
5. We were not carrying swimming costumes as we were not aware that the pool is ready. Swimming costumes were arranged in no time and my daughter enjoyed her pool time.
6. We were not hastened to checkout
7. Our luggage was was stored safely for 8 hours
8. Early dinner was arranged as we had early train to catch
9. Station drop was arranged so that we didn’t miss our train
10. My daughter loves Muffins. 6 Muffins were packed and handed over to her You guys treated us just like your family. We thank you from bottom of our heart.

Very nice rooms that are reasonably priced. Best staff I have ever seen who provide a very personal touch in their service, taking away the commercial establishment feeling. Continental food can be bumped up a notch though. Loving my stay here.

Very good food and comfortable. We stayed there overnight. The room rates are around 5500/ — per day and breakfast is complimentary. Dinner costs around 750/ — and lunch around 550/ — and both are buffet type and unlimited. Staff is polite and helpful.

Valet parking service gets a well deserved minus five stars. They say they are bringing your car, keep you waiting ten minutes, and later find out they haven't sent someone to get it. The keys are still in the drawer. Awesome management.

It's an only five star property in kolhapur. Very nice embience and rooms. It has three restaurants and a lounge. All of these offer tasty and good quality food… Staff is very polite and helpful.

Lovely place, nice spacious and clean rooms, on the old Mumbai Bangalore highway. Most of the stuff in the buffet is really good, whether you're a non vegetarian or a shakahari, you'll enjoy the food and the variety on offer. This is NOT budget hotel, however, you pay what it's worth for. It's got a nice rooftop pool incase you want to indulge in a dip and I'm sure it has a pretty good gym too. The view from the rooms is nice as it has some open areas with coconut trees around so doesn't feel like it's in a concrete jungle.

One of my best place in Kolhapur. You have many reasons to go to this place frequently. You have a club, a bar b que terrace restaurant and a fine dining restaurant and lastly a 24 hours coffee shop. The consistency in the quality, taste and the service can be seen across all the options. Would highly recommend everyone.

While this is a new hotel, the front staff although is quite cooperative the support functions have to be little more trained. Overall nicely maintained, feedback system is robust. Food quality is good. Overall a nice place.

The ambience is fantastic. The service is above average. The staff is very courteous. I'm used to tipping at five stars, so I offered a tip, however I was politely refused. I was shocked cos nobody ever refuses a decent tip. It was a very pleasant experience. The second floor swimming pool and gym are very nice. The people are very helpful. It's at a very reasonable cost of approx Rs 5000. It's a good place to goto. It's got a small mall attached to it. So it's good for children as they can play there and the food court in the mall is also decent enough for a snack. Overall a satisfying stay.
