Good place on the outskirts of city & on way to Anand & Kagal industrial areas. Few rooms are close to the reception (just the floor above with open roof), so one can hear phone ringing till very late in night. The food incl. Room service is good though. Tried few biryanis.

Extremely slow service. Poor hygiene. And the quality of food is satisfactory.
