I visited Daily treats here… this is the best place for chocolate and coffee lovers… I have been to many places but this is the best one till now… the staff is also good… they are polite and even helped me out for what to order… a must try for almond opera its awesome…

They have good convention center with several big and small hall also good supporting infrastructure, Rooms are awesome and views are amazing. Food is also quite good. Polite and helpful staff. Place have both pool and bar facility along with sufficient parking space.

Probably the most happening hotel in Pune. It is centrally located with a huge choice of restaurants in and outside the hotel. The staff are very efficient and polite. They do have banquet halls for corporate events. The open air restaurant is my personal favourite.

The feeling of being of a cruise ship and standing on the deck watching the never ending sea water chasing the horizon on a beautiful evening, this is the same feeling you get at the decks of this beautiful hotel built in the shape of a cruise ship on the banks of Mula river flowing through the heart of Pune city. Ideal location in the happening area surrounded by best hang out joints makes this one special. It is a beautiful property with best in class rooms and good customer service.

Good location where you can easily catch either a taxi or Auto. They have good choices for breakfast. The service is good and friendly. They have a corner named "Daily Treats" where you can have plenty of delicious cake and cookies and they also serve you different kind of tea and coffee. Nice place to stay :)

Awesome ambience, courteous staff is what I remember whenever I think about Westin. Mix 36 has a sit-out lounge along with the indoor one. Kangan is on of the restaurants. If you want to make your special ones day special this is the place. Once you reserve the table and inform them about the occasion the staff reserves a cozy table for you and welcomes your special one with flowers. An if its a Birthday they also serve a complimentary cake.

Visited the places for an official meeting. The conference room was perfect. Lighting, sound and AC were all good. The hotel staff were always there to help whenever needed. The toilet near the conferencearea is however a small place compared to the large crowd a conference can attract. The overall experience was good.

Always satisfied but the hotel is starting to age a little (condition of the carpet in the room and the coating of the chairs in the restaurant are no longer up to scratch)

A 5 star hotel with best of features and services. We had annual meeting of our company with great food and ambience. The conference Hall was big enough to accommodate 200 people's seating arrangement. Sound system has some trouble with echoing of voice as the major problem. Rest all is fine.

Amazing Royal Experience of my life. All the arrangements are very good. I am therefore Amazon Alexa developer day. All the food they serve is fresh and tasty. The serving staff are very polite and humble. All the arrangements are very professional and 5 star Hospitality management.

Quite a grand and gripping look. Amazing hospitality. It has a huge amount of parking space. Its an excellent place for corporate parties and dinners. This can be easily spotted from the road. The location lies in Koregaon Park and map can easily help you reach there.

I visited Westin lawns and it was very spacious. Liked the place. Management was good. Nice place for big functions. As it is very near to heart of the city, cabs and other commute vehicles are easily available from here like Uber Ola and autos.

O ho! No words to describe the beauty of this place. I went with my boss just to take snaks here. You will feel like you have entered in US or European hotel. The ambience … my god… Beautiful… Once in a year one must visit this place for dinner…

So me and my friends spent couple of days here. We were in manager suite. The view from our balcony was awesome. Food is tasty. Prompt and quick room service. Car rental service is good. Cleaniness and overall ambience in hotel is fantastic. Swimming pool is nice but too cold water. Just kidding. They can improve on car & bike parking. The walk from parking to main entrance of hotel is dull. Good place to stay & make memories.

Everything was up to the mark, whether be aesthetics or amenities. As soon as you walk in, you feel a sense of oomph and the rooms are just a pleasure to stay in. Comfort and luxury at its best. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. Staff was very calm, composed and helpful and the room service was also good. Will surely be coming back here for a 5 star hotel experience.

Spend 5 days at that place. Excellent staff providing timely service and always courteous. Location near couple of restaurants / bars at walking distance. Gym place is well equipped and clean. Breakfast offer variety of choice from Western to simple Indian (just missing French baguette :-) ). Room was clean, large space and with all "standard" furniture and material you might need. Price might be on high scale but it reflect the hotel standing. Place to stay next time I visit Pune for work.

I have been to this hotel a couple of times, stayed once and visited its restaurant once. I must say it was a wonderful stay with the attending staffs helping you anyway and everyway they can. The restaurant was fabulous! Though the coffee was about 300 bucks, it was worth it man. Food was equally enchanting. Service, oh, marvellous!

Well maintained. Excellent service. Ambience inside is awesome. Food. Awesome breakfast spread. Reaching in peak hours is little. But once inside you don't regret that.

This was our second visit here. Compared to our first one, which was full of warm welcoming and very professional reception staff, this time was a tad disappointing in that regard. However, our booking was handled well and out requirement for a non smoking room with natural light were met proactively. Their breakfast spread is spectacular; I can say with conviction it's the best compared to Conrad, Hyatt, and the likes. The gym is a tad underwhelming in terms of how equipped it is; the steam and sauna relatively modern and well maintained.

A good 5 star hotel with a wide range of facilities. They have a good convention centre with several big and small halls, and good supporting infrastructure. In particular felt that the quality of the catering facilities was good. The rooms are perfect for business trips, simple, elegant and comfortable. The staff are very helpful, but firm on what can and can't be done. So special requests may not be entertained. Overall a good hotel. Nothing exceptional, but no real complaints.

Very well maintained hotel. Lobby, rooms, toilet etc are very clean. Service at the hotel is excellent. It's also a good place to host events like conferences or weddings. The staff is very good. The food and especially desserts are very nice. Reaching this hotel at rush hours can be a harrowing experience though because of heavy traffic on all approach routes.

Reaching hotel has been a big challenge due to stuck with heavy traffic just hardly less than a kilometre. Stuck for 20 minutes to reach just hotel. Inside hotel another big challenge with valet parking services as few staff attending customers and cars are lined-up. It takes about 10 minutes to pick my car by hotel staff. However once I enter the hotel, I forgot everything I faced as its nice and please atmosphere there. Services were good and also nice food. Staff very friendly.

Very attentive staff and service. I had a few issues with the room, but they put them right immediately. Rooms are very well provided and breakfast is extensive.

Quite a grand hotel with A nice location over looking the river. Health club could be better and pool is not as good as you'd e, left from this level of hotel. Overall good but not great.

The Westin is Very elegant and spacious hotel. It has got spacious rooms. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is very polite, helpful and courteous. The breakfast menu is elaborate with variety of cuisine. Overall a very good 2 day stay. Highly recommend it.

A day trip for work. Clean hotel. Excellent service — have to commend Sonali for being exceptional. Room was pretty big with a large washroom. Food was good. Was at the Que bar (hopefully got the spelling correct) — and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was an official do — and we went on beyond 12 midnight — and the folks did not let up on the service even a bit. Will go back — both work and family. Stayed April 2016, traveled on business.

Good infrastructure first of all. The design of of a ship on a river bank looks amazing, especially at the night time. Food is not so appreciable. Service is also not worth of money. But the arrangements and management is good.

Visited for an overnight leisure stay. The Hotel feels lively from the time you set your foot in the lobby. The staff always welcome and address you with a smile — which peaks volumes of the staff training! Rooms are spacious and extremely clean and welcoming. My room was on the 5th floor and you could occasionally hear car honks from the driveway below — however nothing to disturb you. In room dining service is efficient — however they should improve the value-for-money concept in their offering. Food quality is good and portions are very adequate. Definitely recommend The Westin — whether travelling solo or with family.

I have been visiting Westin Koregaon Park for dinners and late-night coffees for years now. Dinner buffet has a great spread including multiple vegetarian options. They also serve Arabic dishes there. Staff have been helpful in arranging custom food for us on many occasions. We usually avail their private room within the restaurant for group dinners (10-12 people). Lounge area is usually quiet late evenings — good place to just sit and have coffee — kids can move around without disturbing anyone. Their membership package is also excellent with amazing discounts coupons and free stay.

The Westin located in koregoan park in Pune is luxurious hotel. This place has a really good architecture with a big place to roam in the hotel. This hotel serves a really good food with fabulous dessert at the last. This hotel also have good conference hall which are adjustable as per the need The staff here is good cooperative and helpful to guide you, I will surely recommend this hotel for the conference stuff to be happened.

The Westin Pune is very well located smack bang in the middle of Koregaon Park. It has 2 clubs / bars — Kue Bar and Mix@36. The crowd is definitely better at Mix@36. Drinks here will obviously be at a premium.

I went for a conference meeting. Westin is a 5 star hotel and resort in koregaon park area. It has various restaurants in it with kuebar as lounge. I went to kangan. The food was awesome n tasty. Loved the service. I think they should improve their parking and valet services.

The best hotel in Pune, but it's starting to show its age. The pool is not so great, but the dining options are great and the breakfast spread is immense.

A Wonderful hotel. I visited during their Italian food festival and the food was excellent. It's what you would expect from a seven star hotel.

This compound was my home for two weeks while here on business. The staff is friendly and the site offers many dining and entertainment options. The rooms are impeccable, well kept, and the upstairs lounge allows for a perfect place to relax after work.

Nice hotel, but I expect more from 5*hotel. Maintenance is problem as furniture and bathroom looks used and not maintained properly. For is great, service as well. Pool close at 9pm, why?

I tried on of the restaurants in Westin, and I must say! Awesome food! Nothing else 5 star for the food. Kudos to the chef! Well this is one of the best hotels what you will find in Pune as well it is located in Koregaon Park area.

Excellent place with a great ambience and very good food. It has a number of different places to eat with a hotel to stay and a discotheque.

The first thing I looked was the brilliant architecture. A bit lack in service. But not so bad and good views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had free standing bathtub which will make you feel fun. Food is average.

The underground parking is really bad. Its dusty and all sorts of things r kept there and the staircase that brings you up to the main level is like a government building. People have spat there gutka nd its dusty. Otherwise the hotel from inside is very nice.

Had been for lunch and the variety in the buffet was good, taste was good too. The best was their service, timely and professional, thumbs up!

I attended a conference there the atmosphere was very warm it doesn't feel like I'm new there even now I'm leaving pune but I don't want to. I want to go to the westin one more time.

The architecture of building is unique and beautiful. I have come to this place only in its banquet halls. They are big enough, even the catering is good. The only big issue is the valet parking. If there is any marriage ceremony then it takes nearly 15 to 20 mins to enter the hotel n hand over the car for valet. Hope the management looks into this matter.

I have been a couple of times to Westin as I stay in Pune. All my visits to Westin were with my foreigner friends and colleagues to have dinner in the Indian restaurant there. The food and service is below par. Pricing of the food and drinks is ridiculous. I would not recommend this restaurant as there are numerous better options outside.
