From room to services to food everything is so in place.
Most importantly if you are visiting Make sure you visit chingari they have an Indian cuisine and apparently super delicious with a classy ambience.
Imagine a pool side dinner with candle light.

We have ordered the stuffed paneer but they have surved us the marinade paneer tikka. Though staff & manager did apologize for this but I recommend to change that from menu.

An extremely nice place to stay. The staff was very pleasant and well behaved. The rooms were spotless and very well done. A surprise element were the complimentary fruits left in the room. I really like and appreciate the gesture. The breakfast was very nice. The variety and the quality of food and the service staff was good.
Over-all very impressed. Well Done guys and keep on with the good work. So that you guys don’t get complacent, I will give you 9 out of 10.

The spa is wonderful here and the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool is amazing.

I don't like the vegetarian food. Everything was cold.
Even it was not properly arranged — I tried multiple buffet but vegetarian stuff in Feast was not properly arranged which can be available at ease and with very less option for vegetarian one.
But hospitality is so good and I appreciate the staff for their hospitality.

I visited Sheraton for US Education Fair so not know about the rooms and services. Sheraton is well guarded. It has multiple stone statues on the doors which look antique. People at Sheraton are welcoming and guide us. Sheraton has beautiful chandelier with well illuminated. Halls are spacious and well decorated with properly lightings. Parking space is spacious as well. Overall its a grand place and halls are decorated for the wedding occasions.

Top notch hotel with excellent services. The location is prime, right next to the Pune railway junction; but as you'd then expect lacks open area outside the hotel building, within its premises. The rooms are plush, comfortable and equipped with almost every amenity you'd need. The food at the restaurants is really good and you can find a large variety of cuisines within, with each restaurant having its own theme. If it fits your budget, highly recommend you stay here.

Great hotel. Nice location. Love the location specially. Near to the mall opposite to railway station. Airport is bit far though but still. Breakfast was limited as compared to other hotels. Wish to have more variety in breakfast. Rest everything is fine. Stayed for 1 day.

A wholesome experience with extreme care and attention given to the finest details to make one's stay memorable. Comfortable environment, eloquent ambience, courteous staff and a sumptuous buffet spread. A special mention to the personal treatment and care provided when I was unwell. (picture attached). It was one of the nicest moments when I visited Sheraton and its Chingari Restautant during my this visit in Pune. The best part was its hospitality as we reached late but in request they welcomed us!
Food was delicious and interior decor was superb in tickling rains!

This is a 5 star hotel located behind Pune railway station. It has 3 restaurants, one on the terrace and two on the ground floor. Room amenities are good but I have stayed in better 5stars. I really like the services here though. The staff members are really courteous and friendly. The feast restaurant staff members are really cool and helpful.

I have tried all 5 star hotels in Pune and found Sheraton Grand to be the best. Specially their non-veg starters & main course are really very good. Also, their dessert's quality and variety is excellent, especially their pan ice cream is a must. I have not seen any 5 star hotel giving 3 Bengali sweets.
I wud like to visit again and again, specially for buffet at their Feast restaurant.

Went here first time and it is awesome. Its really grand that u feel inside this hotel like name Sheraton Grand. Food is delicious. Staff is courteous. Ambience is too good.

Fabulous place to stay. They took care of every little thing. The staff is very courteous, befitting an establishment of such repute. I must mention the buffet at FEAST. The floor captain and chef work tirelessly to provide a delicious array of dishes each rivalling the other in taste and flavor. 6 stars or more.

Excellent Hotel. Well appointed rooms with well maintained bathrooms. Everything is spik and clean. Courteous staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent with large spread. Overall very good.

Great hotel with stunning interior and exterior. Close to the railway station and many bus/cab service operators. The staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms are large and comfortable. Food is great albeit a bit pricey.

5 stars for hospitality, cleanliness and facilities. Loved the stay at the hotel. Loved the menu they prepared for breakfast and dinner buffet. Tried a lot of verities in veg and nonveg and loved it. Hotel staff is extremely polite and always ready to help.

The best food and ambience. Most comfortable beds that I have seen. Bathrooms and services are of top quality. Its good for accommodation if company or someone is sponsoring but never feasible for a common man stay.

Quite spacious room with great amenities but the food was the winner. Great assortment for breakfast and variety of options for lunch and dinner. Lighting is slightly dim for my liking in rooms and the lifts a small. Barring that everything else was good. Special mention for the chandeliers in this property… amazing.

Nice place Was here for a wedding. Good food. Rooms are simple n elegant. Communication is staff is on lower side but workable if regular in hotels. Managers are rigid however if pushed you get your service as needed.

This is a well maintained property near the railway station. Staff and food are good. Banquet is especially nice for any event. I haven't been to the lounge or bar but have heard that it's decent.

The most professional treatment you will get here. You are greeted at the entrance, then there are staff everywhere to help you out. The staff is very friendly and their services are too good. Undoubtedly, the infrastructure is at level best!

5 star hotel, with all the best amenities. Grand halls, luxurious rooms, and classic restaurants. Perfect for wedding receptions and organizing office dinners as well. They do have valet parking service, swimming pool and warm staff. The infrastructure is also very beautifully decorated with huge shimmering chandeliers which will catch your eyes at once.

Majestic hall, amazing ambience, great service on the bar, starters were mouth watering with great service. Main course good was good. Pasta counter was nice. Found live pizza to be average. Rest all food was amazing.

Great Ambience. Great food. Disappointed that a five star hotel does not take care of it's guests late at night. Need to improve ground level staff. They should know what they know and what they don't. Giving a bad impression to guests is a luxury a Hotel like Sheraton can't afford. You have a great place please don't let it slip.

We had a dinner at roof top and it was amazing experience. Staff ensures you enjoy not only meals but also the ambiance. You will get everything up to the mark here.

I didn't like the sushi and tempura as both seriously lack qualities in many ways. Sushi served with not the best type of Oryza Japonica but Oryaza Indica or proba Thai rice. Second the dark soy sauce spoils taste. The Japanese UsuShoyu or thinner variety of Soy sauce is essential condiment and wasabi balls served were too mild variety. Lastly, the fish was salmon only and it could be more varieties like Tuna, mackerel or squid. Making the shari or rice n vinegar mixture is to be yet perfected too. In tempuras, they simply dont serve main condiments like daikon oroshi or crushed paste of raddish. What also was surprisingly missing was the TARE or liquid dip. How come we can all this blunder as authentic Japanese food? If I've to dine there again, I'll avoid Wednesdays.

It is located next to the Pune railway station. Easy to locate. They have perfect architecture which gives you a Royal touch. The rooms are hygienic and with a cozy bed.

A place class apart, I have been to many Hotels around and yet to come close to the experience which this one gives. True to the words I would love to visit again and again for the quality of service, food and the best of all the feel when you are inside. You just feel living in a palace! Best five star in Pune.

Went there for their Sunday brunch at Feast. It was one of the best experience I've ever had. The food was great, the staff was courteous. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend it.

I stayed here for a 20 days and the service was impeccable One of the best hotels in Pune. The accommodation was very comfortable. The rooms and the hotel premises was top notch. Loved the food served at buffet. Many options to choose from. The staff is very responsive and cooperative. And more.

Hotel having well ambience & cozy place. I have not tried food here but everything was fabulous. Staff is obviously helpful coz of 5 star hotel. Cleanness is awesome. You will feel not to leave this place. Even very good for business discussions, educational fare, etc.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service has been impeccable, everyone made sure we had the best stay. The room are elegant and cleaned to a high standard. We had dinner at the roof top restaurant and it was simply delicious. Breakfast was superb, a variety of dishes were available and if we didn't fancy what was on the buffet we could order something else! Loved the Masala dosai. Although everybody was genuinely helpful I would like to say a big thank you to Lijas for making it extra special! Will definitely visit again.

Nice hotel in the center of the city. Great service by the evey staff. Variety of options for dinner with reasonable discount for in-house guest. The room is neat and cozy. Breakfast has decent options. The pub is closed for two days in a week and couldn't experience it. Not great deals for SPG members.

Went out for dinner and the waiter dropped a knife on my phone and I dint notice the whole screen cracked. Soon when I realized it… the waiter had vanished. Its a nightmare. Sloppy service n crappy food. Will never ever go there again.

Nice hotel in a beautiful style. I found the staff friendly. The Italian restaurant is a must try. But… Sleeping was a challenge due to the nearby station. Horning trains were keeping me awake for hours in the middle of the night… even on a high floor!

Such a disgusting staff for coordinating. Mr praful, and guys at reception anda front desk are just lazy at their work and highly untrained people having unprofessional attitude.
