Room Service bit slow other wise fantastic hotel n room n staff.

For one day stay the hotel is fine, the Food is okay. But cannot plan a week at this place. There are nearby hotels better than this one which serves good stay and food. The AC water was dripping inside the room. No hot water in the bathroom instead of requests. The hotel building is quite old but maintained. The lift for customers is small, either the customer or the luggage and they are least bothered to see if the lift is been working or not. For Female travellers, this place may scare you Breakfast was complimentary but post 7.30am, so people leaving before 7.30 for own purpose have to order something which will be charged. The rooms are quite small as per the cost for one night. Staff service is okay. So on emergency basis for a day this hotel can be selected.

Rooms can be pre-booked online or over phone, near by Pune rly station hardly 2mins walking distance, 4km from airport, and unmarried couples are also allowed since they have tied up with mistay chain… Can be booked in slots i. E morning, day, night… Convenient place for stay, if you have a onward journey to make.

Good hotel, even though the property is old it is will maintained. The hotel gave me a good price for our two day stay and rates included complimentary breakfast (very good tasty food, and unlimited), Wi-Fi (not stable and fast). The staff are polite. The double bed room's we took were small but good for tourists who use it for rest and sleep. The bathroom fittings and fixtures needs to be changed, the shower definitely need to be changed. The hotel is located very close to the Railway station. Airport is also with in 10 k. M. Good restaurant in the hotel and also the surrounding area has lot of street food and many other eateries. Great for budget stay.

Centrally located hotel with comfortable stay. The property is old, but well maintained. Staff are very accommodating, the front desk manager gave us a good offer on our 2 day 2 rooms stay. The facilities in the room are good but old, the batroom is having old fitting and hot water is Luke warm. Restaurant has great food and the breakfast buffet is a good start for the day. A good place for train and flight traveller's as train station is at walkable distance and Airport at 7 to 9. K. M. Totally a good experience.

Tiny room, not worth the money at all. For example, in the bathroom, there was not enough space to stand straight between the toilet and the wash basin. They only have a vegetarian restaurant, and don't serve alcohol. There are other hotels close to this one that have better rooms for less money.

It's great by rate and service because it's a 3star budget hotel and it's 2 minutes far from platform form no 6 Pune station and 4 km far away from Pune Airport.

Services are good. Food is awesome but very difficult to locate.

The place is good. You will get timely service here. The rooms are very clean and the place is quite good and peaceful.

Very poor staff including reception, hotel manager is least bothered, very pathetic food, conjusted rooms/lobby/toilet/lift. Doesn't have value for money. Charges are similar to a 3 star hotel but looks are like a residential building converted to Hotel, that too Japanese type, conjusted. Totally a worst hotel ever seen. There's no option for zero. I would have rated negative star's. Recommend do not opt for such hotel if you pay 2200+ grands in Pune.

First and foremost the lift for costumers are so small that either u can go or the language, Rooms As are in bad conditions, complimentary breakfast bad quality.

I stayed for over a month at this hotel, since it's my company's panel hotel. The staff lack professionalism, very casual attitude. The response is very late. Food is good but only vegetarian.

Not worth the money. To start wid the lift is so small tht three ppl wid backpacks (forget abt luggage) wud feel suffocated. The rooms are very small for the price tag. Not designed for proper ventilation. Would not recommend this hotel for stay.

Reasonable clean hotel for business trip… rooms are small but services are good… breakfast has great options… overall centrally located and nice stay for business tour.

Lift is very cunjested, cleaning is not at the level, said will provide hot water but no heater incide room, they don't provide food journally they bring it from outside after placing oder,

Good for quick stay n leave. Must improve on cleanliness. Service is OK, can improve.
