Great old place converted into a lodge. Very homely feel and a very cute dog called Blackie lives there as well. The rooms are well maintained, beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very satisfactory. For a budget hotel it's an all rounder. Will love staying there again.

Big No! I booked it for Business visit from Mumbai but It's like a private personal property where you will have to pay to obey & stay by their rules under it being affordable. Not Couple firendly beware, Go with marriage certificate for couples or else you will be judged on your face in the name of "hotel policy" & "its M. T. D. C" we have rules, They have no sense of understanding. Clear sign people running this business are not progressive in life and have orthodox beliefs anyway wishing them good luck to rise from the title of "Cheap hotel, Cheap Rooms" which I am sure won't happen ever. There are various, plenty option in the same area way with better in amenities rooms & price just to save a few bucks don't make a blunder which I made. Is a good hotel to stay in very cheap prices but some rooms do not have a bathroom & other facilities that you expect.

Located at Heart Of City. Old 1929 structure giving homely feel, clean and good. Though not luxurious but 100% value for money. Nearby hotels for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Aslo having facility of room service but from another restaurant but mean is nice. Only thing to improve is more cleanliness.

The place is well connected in the city and is nearby the Pune Railway Station. It is a walking distance from the Railway station. The room are small, bathrooms are tiny. The price of the rooms are cheap. The staff are nice and friendly.

Must stay. Am living in this hotel from last 2 days. I found all the services are provided very nicely and quickly. The Surrounding area of the hotel is really peaceful. All the facilities are available near by hotel itself. Pune railway station is hardly 1km from the hotel.

Better Location, for the people who value old traditions. Very near from railway station and centrally Located. All things accessible. Only drinking water problem where AQUAGUARD is missing. Hotel gentlemen supplying some local filter water (RO attached to TAP as claimed by their persons), which needs serious attention.

An old house converted to lodge. The service was great. Food was delivered quickly without any extra charges. Walk able distance from Pune Jn. Overall, the experience was good.

The place is great value for money. Walkable from pune station. Its a home which is converted to hotel. Please note: only accommodation and no breakfast. One of the thing, its antique and give you a different feeling than a hotel. I felt I was staying in a home ;all doors, windows, latch etc are antique. Staff is friendly and good. Dont visit this hotel with a mentality that I am staying in a hotel instead think you are staying in some antique home. You will carry a unique experience here.

Hotel is cheaper one but building is old and the owner is very rude, but he is helful.

Good Place only for Gents. You will not feel comfortable if you go with wife or family. Also very congested. And it is a house which was modified and made 'so-called' hotel. Not any facility, No space. But very quiet and peaceful.

Old well kept hotel, military style clean beds, owner and workers had a heated argument which created lot of disturbance.

Completely value for money staff clean rooms and timely services. This hotel dont deals wd any mediator (autowalas) takes online booking by providing most of discount directly to their guest, but autowala people are so greedy here firstly they took 150rs from railway station werein it tk about 30 rs to be here secondly they try their level best to give you all negative feedback about Rajmandir and wash mind to switch to other expensive hotels where they get thier own gud profit. Pls dont trust wht these auto guyz sys take ola or uber and directly coordinate wd hotel guys. If you want to spend less on stay then this could be one of option.

Old style bungalow converted to lodge. Room space is small. Prime area. Charges are less. Cooperative staff.

I go there regularly. Small budget hotel with a friendly staff in a rather quiet and central neighbourhood, at a walking distance from Camp and Railway Station. Rooms are average but decent. There's a homey old India feeling that makes you want to come back. 900 Rs for a single room is very reasonable. Tea is excellent. I don't give five stars because of the TV at the entrance which is always too loud!

Rooms were okay. Staff were kind. Location is within walking distance to the train station. They charges 300 Rs for a third person. Overall it is a mediocre hotel.

An above average budget stay. For the price the rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in a safe neighborhood. Friendly staff.

An MTDC certified small heritage/old building hotel. Clean rooms with hot water available in the morning. Tea and coffee available as part of room service. Centrally located in Pune. Look out for Blacky the Labrador who you will find sleeping all the time and snoring like an old man. A great deal on a room for a night of two spent in Pune.
