Always love visiting this hotel as it is centrally located and the ambience and food is nice.

Good atmosphere in a prime location.

The staff here are very attentive mostly the cook when I request for butter naan one of my favorite food here in India, they prepare it right away. Two thumbs up!

Bad experience. Today went with couple of froedms to celebrate Friday night and have some drinks. However since we were on bike guards didn't allow to enter us. They didn't even offer valet parking and said only cars are allowed inside… Apparently we chose to go tonQeatin Pune which is 18km from here. Not at recommendable.

The hotel staff is much concerned about the customer requirements and the services were exceptionally well delivered.

I had a hopeless experience at their restaurant. I had booked their buffet. They do not serve any starters and their main course was also tasteless. Thewhole dining experience was horrible with cold food served. They may have invested in the ambience but they need to improve their buffets!

I had the worst experience ever since I decided to put up my guests at this property. Rooms are in pathetic condition pictures shown in the internet is not the same in real. The passage that takes you to the room have smelly dirty and old carpets and the rooms are damp and dirty the staff claim it was because of rains. I personally checked 3 rooms and all rooms were in the same condition. To top it up customer service at the front desk is '0' I requested for airport transfers and they responded by saying a NO even when I was ready to pay!
Escalated to the manager at the hotel Mr. Kishor who behaved very casual about my issues, he however managed to arrange transfers through some 3rd party, after all this requested for a late checkout and they charged us even after putting us through such a torture. The property and the location is good however, VERY POORLY maintained. The staff including the hotel manager are not exposed to what is called hospitality & professionalism and require training on how to speak to guests and keep them happy. Lowering the rates wont get you repeat customers.
Never ever coming back to this hotel even if they offer anything for free. Owners of Grand Exotica high time you wake up and see what guests go through.

Nice Hotel and with tasty food at restaurant at ground floor. Size of rooms are bit small. Although Common Glass wall between bathroom & bedroom poses some problem otherwise rest is ok. Services, staff are also good. Their main reception lobby is too huge. They also do have large parking space.

The service is very good. The ambience is great and choice of dishes is great. Even then, one problem I find is that the taste of main course dishes is not that great. They can improve their dishes, aside from that, everything is great.

Nice hotel with good ambience. The rooms are also good and the balcony offers an exhilarating view of neighborhood. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. The buffet style food offers a variety of choices to satiate voracious appetite but there is room for improvement in menu and taste.

I have been there for dinner and drinks at Exo bar, they have good ambiance, fast service, they also gave me discount what I like most, this place is on the Puna Mumbai highway near Star bazar in Chinchwad.

It's a good place to be in akudi area. Room service staffs are responsive and caring. Food is really tasty.

The restaurant is well maintained and the place is at really nice location with valet parking and good parking space. But what it lacks is the taste and variety of food at their restaurants. We had buffet at their rooftop restaurant with BBQ, being vegetarian I found very less food options and taste needs to be improved alot comparing they are charging more as there are really good restaurants offering more at cost less than this. Ambience is really good and the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Best experience any time. Calm and peice atmosphere. I always went in weekdays so may be crowd is less as compare to weekend. Their restaurant is best in class serving all varieties one expect.

Hotel is one of the finest, upscale hotel you will find the area. The rooms are huge, cosy, clean and hygenic. Food at the restaurant is all good.

This hotel is not visible from highway though it is close to it. Also property is not well maintained. Food at this hotel is not good. Hospitality is noteworthy, but does not complement the food quality. Eventually it's a turnoff if you are there for a casual dine or celebration. There are some other really good destinations around in Pimpri Chinchwad to serve the purpose.

Went there for a business meeting. Breakfast is typically how it should be in a business hotel. They have continental as well as Indian dishes. Taste is pretty bland. Maybe as per foreigners taste. Ambience and service is good. Staff is courteous. Hall was nice for the meeting. Nice place to hold company meetings.

This is an average hotel. I stayed here for a office business trip and the stay was really hectic. They have a party hall on the 2nd floor and they rent it for overnight parties. There was a youngster party which was very very loud. I was having a senior citizen parent with me. The party guys were screaming and playing loud music in the night. I complained to the reception and manager many times but it was not taken care of. It was a frustrating night in this hotel. Hotel should have some policies to ban such nuisance in the night or not rent it to such people. This is against the law of noise pollution. They don't care for their customers living in the other rooms. What they care is to earn money and rent their party hall at nights. I hope this was not a Rev party. I would never again stay in this hotel and would advise those who hate such noise, please avoid this hotel.

Excellent business hotel in the busy chinchwad pimpri. The hotel rooms are equipped with all the necessary facilities required to be a 3 star hotel. Towels and Bedsheets were clean and of good quality. Toileteries provided of good quality. The hotel restaurant is having a reasonably priced buffet dinner (₹425 only). The Non Vegetarian options were very less. Complimentary breakfast was adequate.

The place is very good and we enjoyed the food as well. I will recommend this for any family program you wnat to do. The only thing I felt is the staff is not very friendly.

Service was a bit slow. Few dishes served to us were cold. However, the manager was kind enough to get it replaced. Hotel ambience needs work.

Overall impression about the hotel is fantastic, been there twice, both the times it was a good experience, We searched for nearby hotels but this ones was the best, staff is cooperative, the only thing is if you order room service the price is on the very much higher side as compared to eating at their ground restaurant. Breakfast options are good, rooms are neat & clean.

Good place for a family dinner, though the staff seems seems to be a bit unpolished and needs better conversational and operative training. We were brought a couple of wrong orders and when told that we hadn't ordered the food that was being served to us, the server was confused as to what to do with the food. So, we had to call the captain and get it sorted out. The taste needs improvement.

Food — 70% processed & 30% fresh. Service — Only thing good in this hotel Cleanliness — Imagine a closed container not dusted / washed for years. But you have been wiping with phenol (without water). Please don't eat even a candy if it falls down or on a table — highly contagious Btw I'm serious.

Similar to Barbeque Nation… However it is comparatively economical. We had just the starters during our visit. However beware! I had observed some of them were given to us partially cooked. So I would advise people intending to visit Grand Exotica to be a little careful with their food.

Had our engagement party hear. The manager, staff, the event management coordinator (Elegance Events Ajmera Pimpri) made our day a memorable one. Every little thing was taken care by the team. Food and service was up to the mark… Great place to host big events…

This hotel has decent rooms and food. The rate is also not exuberant. The staff are courteous and helpful.

One of the best hotels in Pimpri Chinchwad area. Best food, best hospitality. Clean big rooms with tea coffee maker. No mini bar. They provide toiletries.

Unhelpful staff. The rooms are old and full of dust. They smell like sewage which the hotel tries to mask with incense. There is no fitness center even though it is advertised. The hallway lights only stay on for about 15 seconds if they even do stay on. The sheets and blankets had stains. The towels were also dirty. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible. When we tried to arrange a taxi the staff told us to use Ola. If you are planning on staying here I would suggest booking elsewhere.

Went for a meeting regarding HDFC mutual fund, organized by Kankariya agencies. The hall is equipped with all the best amenities, nice ambience with good quality of food also, nice service for the guests.

Worst experience on new year. Tasteless dishes for Starters, Main course and Deserts. Will not recommend to anyone. Not worth of money. We spoiled our new year having such worst dinner. Ruined our last day of the year and regret our decision of being at Grand Exotica.

I didn't like the location. It is not on the main Street not sign boards are put. Google map takes you through small gullies. I had gone for a Conference & I didn't feel aww about the services.

I come here especially to be on a rooftop bar BLACKOUT9. It's good service and I used to love it especially when there was 50% off on everything. Now the discount is no more there sadly. But it's still not too stiff to the pocket.

Had been here for my cousin's birthday party. All the arrangements were really well done. Good food and ambience. The staff was courtoeus too.

A great hotel which comes in at a great price. Amazing room service. Very quick reaction time to the room service calls. Very clean. Well maintained. The food menu is a little over priced but that's okay taking in consideration the quantity of food you get. The rooms are well let and all rooms have a luxury feel. I'm giving it 4 star because I did experience 2 power cuts during my stay (each 5-10 mins long). Otherwise, it was a great experience. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking forward for a great view from the room. The view is very average but the quality of rooms is again on point. The best option to choose if visiting Pune.

Grand Exotica Business Hotel is a wonderful place to have different varieties of speciality cuisines. The Indian Buffet and a La carte were very good… and the atmosphere was also very good. Highly recommend this hotel!

The resounding structure is a beautiful property with an easily accesible location. I had to visit the place on account of a friends wedding. The interiors are great, the staaf is courteous and the food is delicious. A big thumbs up to team managing it.

Hotel service is too poor even the bed are not in a good condition room plug sockets are not working properly complaint about these no response or room change from management. Breakfast is very worst and service at grand pavilion is very worst if ask hot water it will take fifteen minutes to bring sometime even we don't get that also. In the same restaurant night dinner is very very very worst not worth for Rs. 400. In star hotel they don't have bar for bar setup they use to setup table in outside and named as exo and service is all very worst. For corporate booking they don't give pick and drop facility. In laundry service pressing is not like pressing it's a crushing. Room is not good it's easy go hear what's happening in other that much of room quality. Don't prefer this hotel it's worth and it's affects ur trip.

Good business resto. Limited options but very well done and surprisingly finger licking good… :-) Tried the tiger prawns and basa fish here and it was done to perfection.
