It was my first visit. Nice decoration and food are tasty. But its designed for awesome view from the inside of resturent window.

Really disappointed with this hotel. The stairs are closed and one have to move with help of lift only. Hotel service is also sluggish. Rooms are average. Better options are available nearby.

It was located in the prime location of the city. Quick access to railway station. Good hospitality team. Rooms were pretty clean and well maintained.

AC makes irritating noise and vibration. In the room but food is super and ambiences of restraunt.

Five star would have given if the hotel had proper parking inside its gate. Being on the very busy Ring road; it does not have parking space. You have to park your car outside. But you can park inside compound in the night. Rooms are clean and bathroom are quite spacious. In the sweet suit dining table arrangement is also there. On the top of the hotel there is revolving restaurant. Overall hotel is quite good.

A meeting of company was held in sanghrilla hall at TeX Pallazo. The interior and environment was really nice and the food served was of excellent in quality. Of course the behavior of caretaker staff was polite.

We had a splendid evening at the revolving restaurant of Tex Palazzo. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there. It was our first visit to a revolving restaurant and we really did have a good time. The ambience was good and the food was excellent. The wall paintings looked very nice. The view of Surat from the top was amazing It was a beautiful experience. Thank you.

Awsome food n very nice city view.

Stayed for two nights. Very courteous staff, clean and hygenic rooms. Food is very good, although only one functional restaurant while I was here (Kandeel — the revolving restaurant). Location quite central. Lot of traffic noise from morning till evening, which cannot really be avoided in Surat.
