Street Dogs many were there inside premises like Guard Dogs it was very scary to enter resort, when I requested in reception that I wanted to speak to Manager, staff were looked like under pressure & she had to answer few questions to manager on intercom after that manager came he was not able speak simple english I was talking in english he was answering me in hindi & no sorry for inconvenience & no thanks for letting them know!

The food over here is delicious. The location of this hotel is somewhat chaotic because its on the wrong side of the road and there is no cut. Else the surrounding is too good. It also has hall where parties can be conducted when there is rain. So overall it is good.

Best place to go with friends. A perfect place to hangout. Do try Cheese Maggie one of the best you can find in whole kutch.

First would like to say below 4STAR all reviews are FAKE. Eaither they just want to make good star on their profile or they don't know anything about this place. I stayed here for 20days for official purpose. Room service : 10/10 Food Quality : 10/10 Location : 10/10 Amenities : 10/10 Wonderful peaceful place :) What else we need? Staff were very helpful for local knowledge about near by places.

Very nice place. It's a big resort but cleanliness is very nice. Rooms and wash room are very nice and too much comfortable. We stay here two days for weddings ceremony and enjoy lots. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are excellent enjoy food.

Room service is not very great. It takes time for staff to bring even water when asked. Swimming pool is awefully bad. It smells like anything. On the positive side rooms are good. Good amount of space and you can even get a room with balcony. Food was really good so no problems there.

A great Resort to be with friends and family amazing architecture and way to beautiful environment also you have all the amenities available so if you are planning to go to Rann Utsav and don't have an accommodation in which then this is a viable option. The resort is maintained very well and the staff is very helpful also they have this complementary breakfast which is way too healthy. This place is easily accessible from the highway.

Good value for money. Courteous and friendly staff. Food can be better. Rooms are comfortable. Good connectivity and reachability from Kandla as well as Bhuj airports. Preferable stay option for business or official travels in Kandla SEZ and Industrial area in Gandhidham.

We enjoyed a pool side part, apart from the non availability of a sound system we don't have a complaint. The food service could have been better though.

Food is good. They have good amenities like pool a garden and a special bar. If cost is not an issue then a better place to stay there.

Amazing place to relax during winters. It has pool, gymnasium, party plot and a Restaurant, which is Okay. Overall a nice resort.

Overall it is a good property to relax. Staff was friendly. Breakfast spread was good. Dedicated area for indoor sports. Pool is only a bit small and the timings for use were a bit weird.

Understanding visitors problem is lacking and ambience and cleanliness in poolside restaurant is ridiculous. Even chef's dress is very untidy. Hope to have betterment during next visit.

Very good place to stay in very calm atmosphere. Alcohol is available for people coming from outside Gujarat. Very good hospalilty is provided with good veg and non veg food. But it is little costlier. Good Staff. Very big open place is available for social gathering like marriage birthday parties.

After a hard day's ride… the only thing the body yearns for is a relaxing shower and a comfortable bed… when you top that with the hospitality and care that the staff at Sharma pamper you with… it's heavenly. The location and the layout of this resort gets you close to the highway yet in a world of its own…

— water in bathroom and swimming pool are salty
— pool water have no filter and not changing
— 2 dead frogs available in children pool, then we dont go there for any of 2 days
— no sun bath chair near swimming pool…
— adult pool in right side and children pool located in opposite to resort, so either you can swim in adult area or you have to seat at child pool
— no proper service as per 4 star resort
— room not maintained, fan regulator was broken, night lamp broken and had open plug (i saved my child from shock)
— breakfast not good as per price Don't waste money this is not resort and even not validate to 1 star resort as per their current service.
