Food is great here. The staff is courteous. Service is quick. Lounge is comfortable. It's provided with couches where a newspaper stand lies. All prominent English, Hindi and Gujarati newspapers are available. Food is a bit expensive and quantity is a bit less. Thali is a good deal here. Crowd is mostly working class but trendy.

Good ambiance good food helping staff moderate rates enjoyable place.

Very poor and pathetic hotel in Gandhidham. Very bad room service. Pls book another option in Gandhidham but don't book this hotel ever.

Rooms could be better, but amazing value for money and the Gujrati Thali at the restaurant below is a class apart.

Awsome food one should surely go once and eat here. They have Gujarati thali, Chinese, north Indian everything at 1roof. And don't forget to try cheese pastry it's out of the world.

Hotel had great ambience and imstrumental music for good mood… it had good waiting area with central air conditioning for comfort. Also lighting was also good. It provided good service, the staff was communicative and provided info, water and food on request. The room in hotels was good with air conditioning and comfy sofa, bed and entertainment system…

Worst place. No hospitality, rooms dirty. Worst staff. Never visit this hotel. If required directly contact me. When asked about breakfast in the morning, they told me that there's no buffet breakfast. I can select any one item from menu, when I asked to deduct amount, he told me RS. 89 could be deducted. Now cheapest item on their menu card is RS. 110, when combined with tea/coffee it would be 175. The receptionist threatened me of Mr. Rajabhai Patel (owner) and police if I don't leave the hotel immediately. Preparing for case in consumer Court now.

The staff was not very pally. They weren't clear about the tariffs. The rooms were pretty dark and dingy. The food at the restaurant though was good.

Nice place. The restaurant, Rangoli, on the ground floor is a great restaurant in Gandhidham. Well maintained and clean, you would love to bring your family, friends, visitors, business delegates for refreshment. The restaurant offers delicious finger licking Gujarati Thali. The rates are worth the food served.

Great hotel centrally located. Station is 1km. Rooms are big in size and adequately clean.

Breakfast is not buffet and have very few options. Staff is in general courteous. However, a couple of times waiters just entered the room after ringing the bell without permission.

Shiv regency is located at the heart of the city. So it is the best possible location in gandhidham. Rooms are decent sized with all standard amenities. Service is prompt.

I visit their restaurants. There are two restaurants, RANGOLI GujaratiThali, PETALS Ala cart, and DO NUT a pastry shop come cafe. I have been visiting Shiv regency restaurant, the oldest being PETALS since last almost 25 years. Looks — decore is no big deal, but food is very good. The taste has remained consistent. It seems this hotel knows the art of retaining people. I have been told a few cooks are there since inception. There is a senior waiter, seeing him since years, earlier he use to entertain my children, and now my grand children. Even the person in the parking area has been there since years. Rangoli Gujarati food, great. Donuts, for cakes one of very good places in town.

Good Gujarat Thali avalilable, however menu repeats a lot. I ate there 6 time among that three times found same sweet and farsan.

Good Food. Expensive as per City's standard, but the taste is worth it. Has been able to maintain the quality, ambiance and standards for which Shiv has been known for. Do try the Malabar Soup.

This is a hotel with authentic Gujarati restaurant Rangoli, nice dish for around 250 Rs.

As I visited this hotel today nd when I ordered sizzler but they did not provided me because they had an big party at night nd I paid 48 rupees for water so pls don't go for a dinner there.

Good budget hotel. Well connected to railway station and Bus station. Have two restaurants serving Gujarati thali and Punjabi cuisine. Breakfast options are limited. Service are strictly average.

Nice ambience. Food is quite good especially the non veg fare at Petals restaurant, a bit over priced though.
