Nicely maintained. Reasonable prices. Nice hospitality. Good response. Overall feel good.

Nice built, polite staff but kitchen and breakfast not up to mark, practically worst food I ever eat. Please don't eat here, property is nice but nabourhood is just like a village. I give 3 star to this property and 1 star to kichen. Management must improve the kitchen.

Hotel is situated near shree dwarikadhis temple. It's Room is clean and safe. Staff is friendly. Rate are reasonable. Food also nice. Overall experience is too good.

Too costly hotel. It has just big name royal orchid hotels otherwise they don't even maintain like normal hotels. Dusty tables and chair in balcony. Window glasses are Dirty enough that you can't see anything from inside. Don't take clean rooms you have to tell them twice or thrice then they will send and shampoo and soap and Wi-Fi password provided only when you ask. The milk powder they provided was expired dont know what they check from long lasting check lists. Below average ratings from my side quite disappointed with name regenta. Royal orchids hotels.

In restaurant food quality and service is poor… Even the are not serve food they just put it to your table… Taking 15 minutes for finger bowl… When we complaints about food they said "yaha PE aapke gar jaisa nahi milega"…

Great policy you guys having, without ratting A Star we can't post. I don't wanna give any star to your poor service. We waited 9 mnts ekkven for such common things like CHAPATI in your Resto. I finally decided to post when we again waited at end of lunch for finger bowls.

Very bad service toilet jet not working properly room service not active they overcharge food service and taste not good foolish people they use paper glass in restraunt for serving coffee aloo prantha costs 95 rupees which is only worth 20 or 25

Located on the main road. Nearer to temple. Rooms r well maintained. Bathroom clean n tidy. Good service.

Royal suite is not big enough as expected. But clean and bathroom is excellent. Water in the bathroom is too salty. food was good. Service was good.

Totally screwed up hotel… They are just behind making money… Had a confirmed booking from MMT but later denied when I went to the hotel… The hotel owner did not even have the courtesy to make any alternate arrangements inspite of me waiting with family and 2 kids from 9pm to 10.30pm in night… Really bad experience… Please don't go to this hotel…

Good hotel to stay. Away from city and the temples so need ur own transport. The restaurant is good but staff is very bad and arrogant. So go on ir risk.

Ambience is too good. Food quality is awesome. You get variety in all meals. Easily visible from the street. Not so near to the temple but it is located at walkable distance from the temple.

Rooms are very good standard, well appointed, designed, quality, comfortable. Bathrooms are stocked well with good quality cosmetics. Felt very comfortably homely with just a few hours of stay. A highly recommendable place from some one travelled the world.

The hotel has spacious rooms as well as corridors, amazing interiors, nice waiting area and a very good restaurant i. E. Prasad restaurant besides it. It is situated on the road entering dwarika. The only problem is there is lots of living and dead flies lyingin and around the ground floor.

Only one word to describe my experience, "PATHETIC". Rooms are filled with urinal smell. Staff is very rigid and stubborn, not at all co-operative. Would never recommend.

Just stayed for a night and found room is fine. Else there is nothing to report. It has restaurant but did not like it at all. Staff is not professionally trained they are just any ordinary boy put on uniform Ordered BF in room which was full of oil and food served in the restaurant was spicy and sweet. I do not think I recommend this hotel to others. It is located on the main road bu the hotel is surrounded by slum like area.

The worst… The rooms handedover to us before cleaning. The management worst. Lift not properly working. Staff and counter clerks highly indifferent and impolite… According to them Rooms upgraded for us without prior intimation and charged without information… Nothing worse than this… Please avoid otherwise you will spoil your mood for dwarka.
