The Club property is really awsome. Well maintained and highly recommended to visit at least once. We had come here for dinner and the food quality have improved. Staff was very friendly and co-operative. We need more such places in Bhavnagar. Club house is good, they have lot of activities for kids as well. Please visit once.

Excellent Property very well maintained… Spacious Parking… Good for weddings. Rooms are neat clean. Though centrally a. C. Rooms. No fans in room is the only negative point… Banquet is very spacious and good for weddings… children's play area is also good… staff is polite n prompt Service.

The rooms are excellent with plush furniture and interior that adds quite a class to the living. Room service is also great. Food quality is Good but can't be said up to the mark. All amenities and staff are great and meet expectations. Overall a place to meet your requirements, expectations and wishes.

Awesome view from the room allotted to me. No complaints of any kind. If its Bhavnagar than it should be The Fern. So many amenities. To be frank its a local club (Iscon Club) tied up with The Fern Franchise.

Good place and great ambiance food isn't that great though! Still one can have good time being here. It has lovely lawns and great indoor and outdoor playing area for kids.

Iscon resort, an ideal place to visit & stay for kids. A 3 star hotel with 5-star amenities & hospitality. The best part is having multiples 'Kids Zone' for all age group kids. I went with my cousins & experience was really mesmerizing. Children can play in across various kids zone. Swimming pool was pretty awesome, other amenities billiards, Table tennis, squash, badminton & all was really clean & wonderful. Food quality was not that as expected, yet I enjoyed the staff behavior & prompt response. Thanks Iscon team, will visit pretty soon once more.

It's indeed good resort, pros and cons… Pros. 1. Cost effective, if you book early. 2. Good maintaince of resort and club. 3. All most all amenities are available. 4. Kids den, option for kid is very good. 5. Room quality is superior, neat and clean. 6. Location is very near to center. In 1.5 km you will get all things. Cons. 1. Costly breakfast and meal and still not that level. 2. Manager don't know what amenity include in our booking, we need to produce proof. 3. All amenities are close in noon and open in evening.

A beautiful and calm resort away from the noise and dust of the city. You have everything here great clean atmosphere for both tourists and weekend visits. Very courteous staff. But the people who visit here really don't care for keeping the place tidy and clean. They spit jarda and pawn all-over. The hotel authorities need to punish such reckless behaviour by heavily fining such nonsense behavior from visitors. I loved the huge grass lawn and walk on the soft grass. Really a great place with great food. The visitors and people go there must show the same interest in keeping that wonderful place as it is. I can give a 10 /10 to this place.

Beautiful ambience! There's a huge parking spot available in tge premise. The club hosts parties on famous events /festivals. Entry for the club members is free otherwise chargeable. I feel there's a scope for improvement in food quality for what they are charging.

Reception Doesn't co operate and the staff is arrogant. Being a 5 star property they don't even have bubble bath soap. Food is pathetic and pricy. Doesn't provide complimentary breakfast even after commiting during booking. 5 start is what they deserve in ruining ur stay.

Its very popular place in bhavnagar which is located behind Victoria park. Food quality is far better than any other hotels in Bhavnagar. Rooms and services are better than other hotels in Bhavnagar. Its very popular place for marriage functions and business meeting.

One of the best place to have a stay if visiting Bhavnagar. Prices are higher compared to other places but I am sure seeing the quality, you wont complaint. If you are not feeling sleepy t midnight, this place has a cafe which is open over night, go there, enjoy the bar cpunter seats while watching TV. Staff is quite friendly.

The location of Iscon club is in a remote area. The food is great in The Fern and the hotel rooms are very pleasent and clean. The club has gym, swimming pool, playing area for kids, spa, etc. The service is great as well.

Excellent place for weekend stay and official visit stay for day and night. Also the the cafe centre is amazingly well maintained the way they cook foods which feels like I'm at home. Had a pleasant stay over there … Thanks for the housekeeping as well they kept everything neat and clean…

A perfect hotel. Firstly the resort looks outstanding, it has a very modern feel and has beautiful lighting. The reception is very sincere and helpful. There are a lot of facilities available like a private sports complex and libraries and many swimming pools. The hall and pathway are impeccably well maintained with carpet flooring to make it blissfully quiet. The rooms themselves are spacious with amazing beds and sofas. The technology is also top notch, a large flat screen Samsung television, fast Wi-Fi in all rooms, dedicated LOAN ports for office usage, and Tata Sky with many standard channels. The bathroom are tidy with many modern amenities and good availability of hot water and a good shower. The room service and food also require a special mention as all the food items are priced reasonably considering the calibre of the establishment and service was quick and food was mouth watering and delicious, all cuisines we're good from biryani to pizza and of proportional quantities. Coming to the cons the road to the resort was a quite bad and no boards were present on the way that indicates the location. During my stay the only issue was that there was a disturbance during the night where the room buzzer was bring constantly pressed, not sure if by staff or other members, which ruined the continuity of sleep. Otherwise the stay was amazing and will recommend anyone to try the resort.

The Fern Bhavnagar, is situated in the middle of Iscon city. This place is having good facility for doing any marriage or other function. It has a bog ball as well one DJ hall. Services provided at the place is awsome.

Overall A good place to stay. would Had Given 5 Stars However Have Given 1 Star Less Because the AC wasn't full functional the temperature wasn't going below 24.5 Degree Celcius, even if we had set it for 20 degrees. Request the hotel management to resolve the issue. So whenever You choose a room check the AC first.

Its designing, location, environment and services are excellent. No word to express it's beauty. Perfect balance of activity with all sports, yoga and heartfulness meditation also.

There are many good reviews posted here. Let us see the other side as well. It is absolutely business oriented set up and the management looks so irresponsible and they are not at all concerned in resolving issues or troubles of members. They don't get back to you on your suggestions or complaints. They look interested only in increasing revenues and membership numbers. Not really much satisfied with hospitality.
