Stayed her over the weekend. Love the rooms. Very comfy beds. The room had a small balcony and a bathtub, mini fridge and TV. Good service. Totally worth what I had paid for. Had ordered dinner from their in house restaurant which was tasty and awesome. Only disappointing thing was the complimentary breakfast which was a let down unlike the rooms.

Nice homestay, actually hill house converted in to hotel. Hotel in Panjim Goa. Facilities like 3 star hotel. Small but beautiful Swimming pool. Break fast is in limited variety but good. Here is spacious and well equipped dining area but no restaurant. They bring patel as per your order. About rooms, clean and up to date and well maintained. Bathrooms r very clean. Property has nice view. Staff is quick and good service. Overall nice property for family also.

This is a residential property converted to a small … inn. There is nothing except the Room. The pictures on web are deceptive. The breakfast menu contains 4 items eggs, paratha, Upma and bread jam. Tasteless tea — only beverage available and mango juice. No power backup during my stay. Doors to balcony are jammed. No measures Horrible time I had.

Good Hotel. Its like a home… swimming pool is awesome. We enjoyed a lot. Near to vaiguinam beach, dona pualo beach and miramar beach. Good location and also good hotel to stay for family…

Beautiful Villa we we're 7 girl's visited in the month of March 2018, well serviced and room are very huge and classic, Anjali is the owner she took care of all necessary things, also suggested cab+ diver for visiting Goa which was helpful …

The hotel is good with good staff the breakfast menu is limited with main course but u get bread jam, butter, corn flakes tea coffee on ur own to have how much u could Rooms are clean and quite good Its nearest place would be dona paula, miramar beach and panjim It is about 27 km from baga beach so choose wisely.

The place is nice and cozy. At a walking distance from Dona Paula view point. If if you would like to explore a beach that is entirely understand that you should visit nearby caranzalem beach which is again at a walking distance. Ocean Suite as a very cordial owner however eating options are fairly Limited. Best parties Infinity Pool.

I stayed at Ocean Suite at goa, rooms are very cheeap when comparing to other hotels, also rooms looks very comfortable good atmosphere, we can stay here with family, I didn't faced any problems here, its located in small hills Station, so the climate is so cool, its located in dona Paula, which is near to panjim, so within 7 kilometers we can find everything, also we can find self driving rent bikes and cars in Ocean Suite, food also very nice in Ocean Suite.

Lovely embience and location, friendly staff, morning breakfast was heaven. Neat and clean room. Equiped with all necessary facilities. Host Anjali was helpful. Highly recommended. A little hard to locate but that's a one time pain worth.

Beautiful and big rooms. I found the best staff here. As the people here a very calm and so helping. I must recommend this place to everyone seeking a good room for family and couples. Bikes on rent and taxi services are easily available here. Here is a dog, a cat and an eagle as a pet.

Worst place to stay. Its is somebodys home and you need to do everything on your own. No Reception, No housekeeping. Kindly stay away if u dont want to regret your decision.

This is quite a good place though in very secluded area. Staff was friendly. Rooms were small but cozy. Swimming pool was not so good. Food over expensive. Good budget hotel. Casino and churches close by and one beach.

Half way through my stay — whilst the location is a little concealed, this charming B&B is about 5 minutes walk from the main road and 40 total to the larger beaches. If you enjoy walking or are renting a vehicle then location won't be an issue. Rooms are modestly sized, but very well fitted and furnished. Breakfast has a good variety and the food is fresh, with cooked food being homemade. Owners are lovely and have so far been very helpful, I have come back each evening to a freshly made room and empty bins so doing better than previous hotel I stayed in! 4/5 primarily due to the location. Value for money, staff friendliness, food, rooms etc are all top quality.

Nice quiet location near Dona Paula making it a part of Panjim but sufficiently far from the usual tourist crowd. It's a hill bungalow property not exactly on a main road but easily navigable using online maps. Property and rooms are tastefully decorated and recently renovated. All accessories and fittings are excellent quality. Housekeeper is available when most needed and there is an overall attitude towards providing service. No onsite restaurant but kitchen may be used. Also quite a few takeaways in the vicinity (recommend Kisnoor) who serve good food. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Overall good value for money above any equally priced property for travelers looking for something different.

I and my frnd went Goa on 23 Aug 2015. We reached at this so called hotel after searching it for nearabout one hour. No one was picking phone. Now about hotel — 1 — This is not a hotel as shown in MMT. 2 — Dont think it as 4 star. 3-We found it only a house with four rooms. 4-The nerarest shop is about 1 KM. 5 — No any convence to reach anywhere. If you want to stay in a 4 star hotel then dont think about it. They are making fool via MMT. All reviews are fake & written by its managment. i.

To begin with great rooms and decor something that is above expectations. Great staff. Was warmly welcomed by the staff here. Had a few issues that would really not count because of quick steps taken by the staff. One hotel in Goa I really felt was here to satisfy and serve the guest. Owners also take great care of guest satisfaction and was the first hotel I stayed where the owner came forward to greet the guest. Felt great. 10/10 for ocean suite and I really would stay at the hotel next time I visit goa.
