There is not sufficient staff. No phone reception service all phones are dead. Wi-Fi available bt not working. No room service if u ask for a tea in morning they reject ur request by saying there is no staff. And the extra matrress is so poor that a dog will not sleep on it. Very worst hotel I have visited till now. If u want water u have to go 2 floor down to ask them for water.
