Rooms were good and well maintained. Swimming pool was really clean. The staff were helpful whenever required. Worth stay! The best part was the restaurant. They are specialists in North Indian food and the quantity was very good for the price. RK the restaurant staff was helpful with customizing food for my daughter who was just 2.5 years. The kitchen was clean and well maintained. Though the breakfast is free with limited choices, one can request for additional items on the menu. Overall very good experience.

Pros : 1. Clean and modern Rooms 2. Swimming Pool 3. Good room furnishings 4. Complimentary Breakfast Cons: 1. Very bad sound proofing in rooms, even if the next room pple are watching TV in moderate sound, it disturbs you. 2. Set top box wasn't working in one of the rooms and they didn't fix it which is somewhat understandable but did nothing to compensate for that.

Rooms are quite big spacious and clean, staff is very helpful in all manners. Special mention to swimming pool which has been maintained cleanly, you can use it from 8 AM to 7 PM. It’s hardly 1km from Morjim beach. Recently, they have hired new caterer to serve food which is very decent in price but the waiter who serves food doesn’t have proper sense on how to speak with guests. So all guests go outside to have dinner/ lunch. Due to this issue I have removed one ⭐️ from rating.

A good hotel with value for money. Rooms are nice and clean but privacy could be a concern. Two attached rooms have a very thin partition and talks in one room can be heard in the next. Swimming pool wasn't very clean that me not use it at all :P Their restaurant isn't very great. Serves breakfast only. And other times they procure for from outside. They do not serve you water aswell, need to purchase bottled water only. The staff were good but not mature enough to understand customer issues and take satisfactory action.

Loved the location. Staff is prompt and courteous. Rooms were clean but not spotless. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast is limited but good. Zero complaints for the price at which I got the room. Restaurant is a separate enterprise and they do not accept card.

Great place to stay. Great location. The staff especially Mr joy at the reception and room service was nice. Would definitely pick this place again if I have to be in morjim.

Great new place with a pool and gorgeous ambience. The rooms really are as good as they seem in pictures, and the outdoor seating is so good. Since they were new, I would have appreciated the information. No rugs, could use more frequent towel changes and housekeeping. Very highly recommended, inspite of all the flaws. Especially great for couples who intend on spending a good deal of time on the bed, if you catch my drift.
