This is the best resort to spend time with your loved ones. The managers are polite and the staff is also best. The resort itself is a delight to watch. It also has a beach attached with it and you can roam around the property for fun. Located at the best location candolim, every thing you need is available nearby. Don't think twice, you wont be disappointed.

It's really nice place. Away from crowded areas, clean beach near this resort. Its a peaceful place. There is swimming pool also This resort gives you complimentary breakfast (delicious breakfast). It is best for family and newly married couples.

Excellent resort. Beach is like close-by so u can just walk towards it. The resort has made such small services available taking alot of things into consideration like having a shower close to the back gate near the beach. So that u can clean yourself up before heading towards the rooms. Basically nice management nice food. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 3 days in room 617, next to inner swimming pool. Excellent property. Clean and big rooms. Complimentary newspaper, toiletries and 2 half litre mineral water bottles are provided every day. Breakfast buffet includes Indian as well as English items. Restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced. Well groomed, courteous staff. Worth the money.

This hotel should be your choice if you plan to stay near Candolim! It has an internal connectivity through a beautiful path to the beach which is quite peaceful. The staff is quite courteous: I had planned my sister's birthday in Goa and had asked them to allocate a room facing the pool and on the top floor which they did. They also arranged for a surprise cake with reasonable charges during our late check-in. The breakfast was sumptuous with varieties. Since we had an early morning they arranged for a cab (again at a reasonable fare) and the driver was bang on time. While departing they also provided us with three mugs with "Santana" printed over it as souvenirs. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Has multiple shops and restaurants across the main road.

We stayed (2+2) for couple of nights. The resort just on the beach, as named. The service and amenities are excellent (vs amount we spend). Break fast is widely spread and taste as well. Only observation is pool is little croudy at certain times. We can enjoy the time in pool, but if you want swim really crowd matters. Finally an excellent resort…

Nice Budget property just by the beach. Also walking distance for Popular Calamari Bath & Binge Shack. Property is well maintained and you will find most of popular joints near by only. Adjoining beach is beautiful and calm and not too much crowded. You can visit beach and have peaceful moments with you family and friends.

Awesome location, great service. Lush green Resort. One draw back is No Kids Play area. All others are very very fine. Mainly the Private Beach is Beautiful.

Large, clean rooms. Efficient staff and service. Superb breakfast spread. Huge well maintained property with a lot of greenery. Opens out directly onto Candolim beach. Clean pool. I've been going here regularly for the last 10 years. Great Value for money.

Known for its decor. Spacious space. Responsive housekeeping and room service. Bike rental available. This place is usually busy around the clock. Ensure you maintain check-in checkout time. Polite and warm staff. Mostly all rooms have a sit out. Mini bar available. Beach is just a min away where they have their very own and popular calamari bath and binge shack. Cards accepted.

Awesome place. This resort is a "have it all" resort. It's near the road, for easy access to the happening places and the market for essentials It's next to the beach so you step into the resort right after your beach bath. They also have a tap to clean yourself before entering your room It's next to calamari. A good beach shack. It has good ambience and the food is not bad. The breakfast spread is good and there is something for everyone in the breakfast buffet. It's God two pools. One of the pools has a bar attached. Some of the rooms are newly refurbished. They have been done well. There is a balcony for you to relax. The length of the resort is about quater a kilometre, so you wanna have a walk … You needn't leave the campus. The security is good. The only drawback, I felt the parking is limited, if u got a car.

Nice hotel but louts at the front desk. Asked for a quiet room, first given next to the road, at the request to change — opposite the dining room of a nearby hotel. Congratulations on the birthday forgotten. Beach, sea, sun by five points.

Everything from the rooms to the private beach concept is ausumn about this resort… V spacious area with big beautiful rooms, nicely maintained with 2 balcony for each. Private swimming pool with artificial fall (u do need swimming dress to enter). The private beach, continuity of Calangute beach is having only the resort people giving u a private beach experience. They have shower on back side for people coming from beach. Complimentary Breakfast was good too. They also provide lockers for beach with nominal rates of rs30/day. Baggage store facility also there. Overall Must go hotel in North Goa!

The resort is so beautiful with greenery and the staff is also helpful. The break fast is best in taste. Swimming pool and the beach is in walking distance from the resort in fact it just behind the resort. The rooms were clean and so comfortable to live. At the end it was nice experience.

Nice place worth visiting … friendly staff… A two minutes walk to the beach… Clean place. Will definetly visit the next time. Food not so tasty… limited choice for the vegetarians… Value for money.

Love this place. Staff friendly and cant do enough to help you. Rooms clean. Lovely breakfast served every morning. The food served by the pool is lovely. The gardens are beautiful and lead all the way to the beach. I will stay always when visiting candolim.

The view of the beautiful hotel is terrible inside: the rooms are killed, the air conditioner works only on the temperature so be prepared to be carried off from the bed or be steamed in the showers.
Wi-Fi is very good. LTE on your phone will give at times more speed.
Breakfast was good. Every day is the same thing.
And, most importantly, daily water shortages. Prepare for the fact that hot water you will not see.
The rest is fine: garden, fountains, swimming pool etc. Here if you live, then only in the yard-more beautiful.

Nice place to stay with family and friends. Near to beach and very good food. Maintains well. I visited couple of years back and no change in quality till now. Very well maintained.

Nice resort just next to the beach. You walk out from the back door and there is a quiet beach. I loved this place. It's not crowded as baga or calangute. But at the same time it's only 4km from those places. You can easily rent a bike from any shop nearby. This resort has good continental breakfast options. Unfortunately we didn't have any meal here so I can't comment on that. However the mini bar has good rates. First time I finished all the alcohol from the mini bar. The room that they have was not very good as it was a corner room. But good small pool nearby so kinda blessing in disguise. Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers. Enjoy.

The best thing about the resort is it's location. Bang on a quiet stretch of the beach makes it one of the best located properties on Candolim. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. Staff are generally polite and helpful although I found the ones at the reception a bit rude and less welcoming than what I was expecting. Breakfast is a real let down, spread is very limited and the quality isn't great either. No live counters, even omelettes are prepared in bulk and piled high in trays. They do have their own parking but it can get full in busy season in which case they make alternate arrangements. Their sea side restaurant, Calamari, is good and very popular in the area. Overall, happy with the experience especially the location with some room for improvement as above.

This is a great resort and that too at beach. Its quiet and a good place to unwind. Pool area is good and me and my family had lots of fun there. One thing they can improve is breakfast management, it really gets crowded after 8:30 and sometimes gets hard to find table. Front desk is good.

Awesome place… best location… good service.! They have a really big property which is very green and clean and well maintained. You can spend your day by just sitting in you room balcony or enjoying the pool.! Food is also nice. But bit costly. Bar along side the pool is nice.!

A very homely resort with its own beach access; spread across well maintained landscapes and 2 swimming pools. Good sized rooms with an ante room and balcony. Has its own (famous and rightly so! ) Beach shack called Calamari… delicious goan food and live music… all together a very decently priced beach resort… highly recommended!

Good property and walkable (Max 5 mins) from beach. Rooms are spacious with 2 balconies (Standard room). Near perfect beach resort. The Beach is very clean and not at all crowded. Sinquerium beach is walkable along the coast where u can have some water sports!

Very Good resort and has a private beach. The location of this resort is very good so that you can easily reach all good places in Goa. The Suite rooms are extremely good and the service here is also good. Swimming pool is also good.

Ambience is very nice. Resort is located at beach, beach is just at walking distance. Back gate of hotel opens at beach. Staff was very good & supportive. You can get bike & taxi from hotel itself. Daily breakfast was good.

During my official trip to Goa, I had stayed there for 2 Nights. It's awesome to stay in Santana. I went Goa several times and I stayed in Santana for the first time in May trip. The Pros : 1) One min walking distance from beach. 2) Very Tasty and homely food. 3) Nice and friendly staff behavior. 4) Rooms are big, neat and clean. 5) Beach in front of Resort is cool and calm and not crowded. 6) Swimming pool is good. 7) Pocket friendly prices. The hotel staff are very strict regarding check in, so, be careful about it before booking. Proper dresses required to use swimming pool. Family stay possible.

Very cozy resort with a great kitchen and perfect location. Really liked staying here this year. Last year also was fantastic. This year the renovation work really shines. Food is amazing. Staff is very friendly. The air-conditioning has issues sometimes by being too cold. Over all very good place to stay on a budget. Resort in itself is huge with a beach attached.

I love this place. I asked for a pool view room and I got that! Breakfast is wide spread and is really good too! Totally recommend this place.

This was the second trip to the state of Goa of India. By staying at Santana regretted. The service is good, rooms are clean and cozy. Moreover, twin rooms as we had booked was not, and we without any delays and surcharges were allocated a family room with extra large bed, so there are not only two, but four of us could sleep and not to interfere with each other and still had a chair-bed. The territory is well-groomed and green. Without leaving the hotel grounds you can walk directly to the beach. Pools are small but two of them, and in close proximity to the sea they are not needed. The hotel is on a very quiet area, this is probably the Sinquerim beach, Candolim than. So on the road less cars and easier to navigate, and even has a sidewalk (who was in Goa, he will understand that it is atypical). But the downside of this location is that there are very few shops to their larger concentrations need to go somewhere for 20-30 minutes. But it didn't bother us. But you can sleep safely. Would recommend this hotel.

Just amazing stayed 4 times in 4 years. Nothing negative right on the beach good food nearby all famous beaches all water sports nearby. Smiley staff 2 pools shake & sun roof umbrella available on beach. Nothing to hope on this resort room fare.

We visited Goa in 26 April 2014 and it was right decision to choose Santana. We booked online, from Expedia. We got room no. 201 but I didn’t liked it very much as I had 2 kids 11 and 4 age they wanted room near pool side. I requested to give and iam really thankful to Mr. Mishra he gave me room no. 603 exactly near poolside and 5mins walk to the beach iam very thankful as my kid and husband enjoyed swimming the whole day. Everything was just perfect starting from arrival drink, room service, food, cleanliness, location, resort and of course the Santana team. Everyone at this place will make sincere effort to make you feel comfy and at home. They will make every effort to bring in the right service you need. The welcome drink, the cold towel upon arrival, my kids enjoyed very much. The wonderful mini bar with very reasonable prices, the lovely pool, wow my husband enjoyed lot. The buffet breakfast, we felt could have been better in terms of variety and taste. If you are looking for a good resort in north goa, this one can be one of the option. Rooms are clean, Staff is friendly, and most importantly, the location is awesome. The best part of staying here is the Dandoo beach next to the resort, go for a walk in the morning and in the evening relax on the beach side, have good dinner at the Calamari Shack with live music, beautiful ambience, soft sound of the sea waves and the cold breeze. And Also the Staff Mr.

The hotel is fully in line with its 3 stars. Stay absolutely nothing marred was not. Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good, the tip is not to take at all, how many would not leave. Nothing disappears, you can not put in a safety Deposit box available at reception. In the room, the closet has a drawer, which closes the key. Towels are always white, clean. Linen is changed every day. Very good air conditioning and two controlled fan. In the room there are TV, wardrobe, 2 sleeping bed, a sofa, zhurn. Table. There is a kitchen with a fridge and a kettle for tea and coffee. Coffee, tea and sugar bags, but we don't like, we brought with them. The territory is small, but well appointed, clean and pleasant. The only disadvantage is the small pool, but it is always clean. Ocean — tale! In 2 minutes walk from the hotel driveway. We're not even dressed, when went there. Wave decent, but very nice for them to swing. Wave affectionate, sunset in the sea is great.
