O Hotel most surprising thing is I have never seen a 5 star hotel with such bad facilities. Only two things good abt the hotel is the rooms are good and the restaurant has a beach behind it. Other than this everything was very bad swimming pool was just 4ft and very small. Food was very bad taste wise and variety wise. Infra is very small and very old. You can find more better options in North Goa for this price.

It's a nice cozy place. You can call it a good 3 or 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star. But than at the price is got the deal, it's more than the worth. Nice and courteous staff. Breakfast menu is not elaborate but has the basics. Overall happy.

Not bad, but a hallway-type hotel was very noisy.

Perfect resort. Very close to the beach. You can simply walk for 3 mins. Very good ambience. Pool is beautiful. Garden was refreshing. The food was awesome. Prompt service.

Mismanagement at the time of breakfast. Slow service, cold unattended food. Too much space wasted in garden area which has resulted in a smaller pool. Pool can be more clean as the water is not so clean. Fitness centre is just for formality and lacks space and equipments a complete disappointment for fitness freaks. Rooms are cozy but over all experience doesnt justify it to be a 5* rated prop. Last but not the least. Staff not so courteous : — (

Friendly hotel with direct access to the beach. Pool is adequate and clean situated in gardens which has a bar. Rooms are OK but could do with updating. Good value and the breakfast is excellent with a good choice of fruit, eggs, dose etc.

One of best places to stay at Candolim. The hospitality is amazing and they are very warm and helpful. The food is great so are the rooms and everything around. Best hotel.

The hotel is a good place to be in… It has a beautiful beach right behind it, the decor is amazing, the service provided was up to the mark. The only drawback was the food it has some flaws always and that is the only thing that needed improvement. Overall I loved the stay and had an amazing time there.

This property is far from what is called a 5 star hotel. Interior needs to be improved Mineral water is of local company Charged us for mineral water at dinner and breakfast which was included in our package Didn't provide grooming kit after complaining they provided but this should not have happened in the first place. Only one soap was provided. It should have been 3 shower washbasin and bath tub. No iron was provided Very Tiny balconies. Booked this hotel in spite of many bad reviews on all websites because it's close to a beautiful beach with private intrance. Food is good but breakfast spread is below average not a 5star kind Hope the management will take it positively and improve.

Good location and rooms. Restaurant food v spicy. Reception staff need training in customer service. Questions answered like bureaucrats and do everything by the book. Not flexible on checkout time, even if no one is waiting.

Great property adjoining the beach. Good location in terms of choices for eating out and shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are well maintained. The room was neat and clean and spacious. They were also prompt in providing baby crib and additional bedding for my 2 kids. All in all a great family friendly place to spend your holiday.

Spent a week here. Generally the place is very good. Impressed by the cleanliness of the place, staff seem to be continually cleaning and place was spotless. Rooms were nice, huge comfortable bed and the breakfast had lots of choices. Easy access to Candolim beach. I would have given 5 stars but for the outrageous prices that the restaurant charges — DO NOT EAT HERE — places just outside where you can eat for much, much less. We had a guest come to visit and we had 3 soft drinks and 3 hot drinks — charged Rs 1400! (We ate out for Rs500! ) Also, beach hut plays offputting techno very loud, so didn't even attempt to eat there … Mixed nationality but mainly over 50s Brits, domestic tourists and Russians (very arrogant and rude)

Good hotel situated in the heart of city. Rooms are pretty small though with very average room service. Food is exorbitantly priced for the kind of service and quality they offer. All rooms have a very weird designed bathroom with bath tub almost being a part of your living space. Since there are many more options around this hotel, you can decide to skip this place. Breakfast is decent.

One of the best hotels in Goa, Near to Candolim Beach. Best time to visit in December. Staff were nice. Nice food served. Best suited for newly wed couples.

Rooms were large but had a slightly cold vibe. There was a lot of noise from the television in the adjacent room. Staff was courteous. The beach is at a walking distance from the hotel and has quite a few nice shacks.

Located on the main Candolim road, this beach resort is very accessible to the rest of the city. They provide a good breakfast spread, rooms are spacious n well maintained. The housekeeping staff are helpful. It has a private entrance to the beach which is an added advantage. The pool is nice for a refreshing swim.

Hi Everyone. I have taken this time out to let you all know about my experience at the hotel and its the first time I am actually writing a review. For all those who are planning a vacation, this place is strongly recommended. Amazing property at a great location and serene vicinity with great break fast and food and all the other services and above all, the hospitality of the staff as they were warm, welcoming, accommodating and always said a YES. Rooms are amazing and We didn't want to check out ever. A special mention to Aniket and Janice. Thank you team for making my trip a memorable one. Kudos to you all and continue to lead by example in the services you provide.

Place is very good and has a lot of amenities + infrastructure. Has a good spa, small sized yet decent swimming pool, direct access to the beach, good size of rooms, bath tub + shower areas and nice greenery. It also has a decent sized conference or meeting room. The staff is courteous and we'll behaved. The only downside is the food. They need to improve quite a bit in terms of the taste and the variety that they serve. Both are fairly poor. Given this, the pricing is definitely not worth it.

I find this place a little odd. Does not have a cosy feeling at any place. Reception is far, rooms not well lit. Even the ac display nit working. They should pay some attentions to the finer details to the interiors. Cold floors. For a price of a five star it's definitely not worth it. Have travelled around the world I have not across any hotel giving a welcome letter using whiteners and writing guest name. On top of it lost key charges rs 500 in welcome letter is a total put off.

Had been with my 3 friends for a 3 night stay in September, had the most pathetic experience of my life. Mosquitoes all over the hotel, frogs in the swimming pool. Extremely rude receptionist. Also the breakfast wasn’t upto the standard at all. Complete waste of money, totally regret my stay at this hote.

Located at a good place on the main road and is close to few beaches. It does not have a private beach but has a beach just at the back of hotel which serve as private beach. It has a casino in the premises and give free entry pass to the people staying there but that pass does not include anything apart from entry. Senqeruim beach and few taj properties is very nearby and even have few of the best night clubs of goa close to it like Sinq around 100 mts away and LPK around 1.5 km. It does not look likea 5 star property though.

Good place to stay. It's on the beach side and has their own private beach access. Food is OK. Not worth as per the quality they give.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been. I booked accommodation because they have a pool and when we came they told us that the pool would be ready tomorrow. Of course the pool was empty in the morning. Now they started filling him with dirty water, they stopped when they figured I makig pictures. Definitely not worth these money.

Fantastic place … awesome food good proximity to the beach. Family friendly … courteous staff. And antonio at the reception was very good … He too gave me a early check in which is against their norms … I suggest this place to everyone.

Nice stay and restaurant. Just attached to beach. Great location.

Awesome location. Direct access to the beach. Very good breakfast. Complementary access to their casino. Very well equipped rooms. Good Wi-Fi. There was just one downside. Parking is a problem. There were no valets when we stayed and their parking lot was always full — which made parking a big pain. This is not something you would expect from a 5 star property. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Complete waste of a hotel cannot even imagine how can this be called a 5 star resort it's not even a 2 star … Breakfast spread is limited and ordinary… they don't even have a coffee machine! And serve readymade coffee what kind of a 5 star does not have a expresso machine Tiny pool, small rooms and extremely cheap attitude … the only saving grace is that the service is good… completely avoidable.

Hospitality was pathetic and very poor. Staff was not at all bothered for guests. Our flight schedule was early than the stipulated check in time of hotel. We were kept waiting without fan and surrounded with mosquitoes. Even though it is described as 5 star hotel there is no comfortable sofa even for the people to sit and wait. Rooms are good but hospitality was worst.

Location It is a 20-minute walk from the center. First line to the sea. Clean, uncrowded beach.
Beautiful sea. The beach and the city have many necks and restaurants.
Breakfast was good. The staff are friendly. But do not forget-it's India!

Very bed hotel, not cleaning, bed experience in hotel. I never agein going this hotel staff is very poor behavior & no experience in hotel menegement. i have given this hotel 1 * room not cleaning every day. Very bed.

Casino is mind blowing! 1500/ — entry fee in which u get free snacks dinner n 3 types of drinks (including alcohol and soft drinks) and u also get chips of 1500

Don't leave anything valuable in your room, stolen iPhone headphones from the cleaners.

Hi! I had been for a holiday with my family on June 22nd for three days, we had a very good holiday. The O RESORT was our right decision, an excellet place. The O COURTYARD ROOM, where I stayed with my wife n 2 kids. The rooms very clean & the bathroom also very clean. Anything that we wanted was provided on time. FOOD excellent! swimming pool very clean and a person of d hotel alway near d pool for our safety. THE STAFFS there very friendly n polite. A very excellent place to stay… thankyou to the o hotel.

Good ambience. Small but clean rooms. Shower area need ventilation. Food good. Evening full of mosquitos. Beach on backside so location good. In goa many say beach resort but very few actually beach resorts. This is one of them. Small but good pool.
