The villa is very beautiful, location is excellent, food was good but the only problem is front office person/s. They are untrained and unprofessional. The receptionist are dumb… they can spoil your vacation within a moment… my flight was at 2:30 pm and I informed the reception at sharp 8 am about our check out. Billing procedure was very slow they didn't dedicated my advance money. Until the person had received the payment slip confirmed. And they hold our cab for one hour till 11:30 and saying you can not leave until we check and count each and every utencil… around 11 am one housekeeping person came and told us 2 glasses are missing, apparently we went there and the glasses were found on the top floor… they have no experience how to deal with guest, we could have missed our flight because of this but fortunately this year goa is less crowded with tourists…

Had an unforgettable experience with fabulous facilities and incredible service at the Aguada Anchorage. We, hostel mates from IIT Kharagpur, got together for a weekend — January 4-6, 2019. Few of us stayed back for another night to relax after wild partying. The villas were absolutely beautiful with combination of blue and white — meshed well with the waters of the pools and red tiled roofs. It reeked of class and coziness!
Facilities were impeccable with nice rooms and showers. Kitchen areas were excellent including tables to gather around for a casual chat. Lounges in the villas were nicely structured to relax. They were artfully decorated.
Loved the feeling of casual hangout along with the classy look. When I posted on FB, got many positive comments on the external decor and look of the villas. We had late night hangouts; guitar and singing sessions by the pool — just had a gala of a time. We had a dinner event on the lawns; dinner cum musical event at the dining facility. Breakfast was at the sprawling breakfast facility. Food was super. I loved the choices every day. The freshly prepared omlettes to the big spread were too good. Location was great — we could walk over the beach or to the fort. Had a great time there. It was not right on the beach but loved the fact we could walk over so easily. Finally, the service was impeccable. We had things brought to the villa at a short notice. We got locked out one day and they were very quick to help.

It was a great stay here. There was a public pool (we had it all for ourselves). The location is awesome. The property where we stayed was very spacious and an absolute value for money.

Place is a bit run down and service is not great. Only location saves it. Honestly, there are much better villas available in Goa for the same price.

Its a lovely property situated in the heart of North Goa. This property has only serviced villas, 2-3-4 bhk options. All the cafes, shacks, lounges and beaches are nearby. We were a group of 26 people and had a great time, such villa properties are best for big groups as we had freedom to do what we wanted which would not have been there in any hotel. One day we organised a DJ at poolside and had a pool party with full cooperation of the property staff. The food they serve is brilliant, amazing breakfast lunch and hi-tea. North Indian, south Indian as well as continental food is very good. We booked 6 villas in total and out of this we faced problem in only 1 villa as AC was not working properly, that too was changed on request. Overall a perfect place to stay specially for big groups.

It was alright. Negatives — The place run out of electricity often and had a few old or unrepaired parts to the villa. Positives — staff was friendly and it's a few mins away from the beach and some good shacks + the breakfast spread was excellent.

If I would like to buy a place in Goa, it would surely be at this place. Simply WOW. An awesome place to own and enjoy. I was visiting some relatives who friends were with them and they owned a complete villa. Will give it 6 Stars.

Nice big villas, with all the amenities you could thinks of should be in a house. Pool area is nice. Staff is awesome. Had some issues in booking process. Food is bit expensive and not that great.

Lovely place for a group holiday. Went with my friends and had a great stay. Very courteous staff, good food and prompt service. It's like living in your own house which magically gets cleaned up!

Ideal place for big get together. The staff is courteous Food was average but one has many options in the vicinity of 2, 3 kilometres.

It's Villa Hotel. Mostly preferred for travelers who come in Group. Enjoy ur stay.

Amazing place to stay for family as well as couple, Walkable distance to Sinquerim fort as well as Beach. Food options are worth trying.

Worth mentioning 4 nights stay, holiday atmosphere all day along. Villas make your stay worth remembering. Dining options also includes Local Goan cuisine which is best, in short value for money!

Amazing property and so worth the price. Gives branded hotels a run for their money. Each villa has alot of character. Very well maintained property and friendly staff.

8.26.2011 — A comfortable spot albeit slightly slow in service, but that's because we stayed during the low season in August. Overall it was a good spot. I would double check all the charges in case they try to charge an extra tax that seems to be double of another tax.

This place is awesome with family, mostly. The villas are adequately furnished and the music system and faber kitchen is perfect. dont forget to pack in some snacks to cook there and relax in the private pool. Its party time.

There is nothing special to see. The entrance is free. You can reach it on foot, not far from the roads.

Resort with villas, F&B and walkable distance to beach and local eating Joints. Villas are of different configuration 2 bhk to 6 rooms. Pool villas. Peaceful ambiance. Buffet breakfast is quite elaborate.

Friendly courteous staff. Pleasant resort, OK food. Overall a good place for the workshop we were running. Proximity to beach helped too!

Beautiful duplex villas right next to Taj Aguada. All the rooms of the villa have tv, attached bath, AC etc. Polite and courteous staff. They'll arrange cars or 2-wheelers on rent for you at a reasonable cost.

Place is decent. But improvements are possible. Our 4bhk was spacious but geyser wasn't working in one of the rooms. Jacuzzi did not have warm water. Food service was slow and food quality was bad. But cottage ambience was cosy and nice.

It is located near Taj resort, it has villas available for rent, has a nice restaurant and also in room service! Will suggest if a big group!

Bungalow resort with fully furnished bungalows very comfortable for family trips and large groups. Fully furnished kitchen with utensils, microwave, dish washer. You also get washing machine. Well appointed drawing room and bedrooms. They have a pool side bar and serve snacks too. The restaurant serves tasty food and delivers to your bungalow. Auguada fort is at walking distance and nice place for evening stroll. Highly recommended for comfortable and relaxed stay.

The resort is a beautiful property with well done villas. Makes you feel at home. A great place to unwind with family and friends and walking distance to a beautiful, clean and serene beach. We had a fantastic time but the only party spoiler was the callous and uncourteous attitude of the staff. The one thing that is of utmost importance in the hospitality industry is the way you treats guests. And that is what Aguada Anchorage completely lacks. Delay in check-in, slow service, poor choice of breakfast options and an absolutely bad attitude at front desk is what will stop me from visiting this place again and will definitely not be recommended. Have stayed in Goa earlier at different properties and always received great service but this was surely my worst experience. The presence of a large exciting extended family though made my stay memorable.

It's a beautiful Plc… perfect fr a large group or fly. Evrytg well managed. The rooms the self sufficient kitchen d pool. All outstanding. Just wish that some staff were a lil more courteous. Just this one aspect to be improved. N I think u surely can have more ppl staying in one villa. It can accommodate much more than 6 adds.

A perfect place to stay and enjoy Goa with family. It is stone throne away from the main happening area. Has all comfort of a five star hotel, the staff is very good.

This is currently the best villa resort property in Goa. Pick up the presidential garden villa or the colonial pool villa for the best private and lavish holiday in Goa. The location is also damn good, its walking distance from the beach and the Aguada Fort.

We went with friends to Goa and wanted a house with child friendly properties — they claimed it was a 4 stars house but we ended up with the following: — living room with big stains on sofa — kitchen which we didn't even wanna use due to dirty and old equipment — mould in the washing machine — rusty fridge — bathroom 2 stars level — problems with AC in one bedroom — finally flooding in the whole kitchen and we needed to get out Management wanted to compensate us with late checkout… Just don't go there, save yourself the trouble of ruin your vacation for this.

We left yesterday and got news that many bollywood stars have came here like salman, anushka and etc… The villa was best at GOA at terms of everything.

The presidential villa is the best.

Goa has long been recognised as the most naturally beautiful, fun and laid back beach holiday destinations in India, I can say of Asian and when it comes to the finest hospitality service, Aguada Anchorage is always top of my list just because of its location and the very awesome service. I had been and will continue to recommend this villa resort to any tourist visiting goa. The staff here are so humble n polite, lovely faces at reception, awesome food, guiding enquiry centre, swimming pool, continues connectivity to an internet through Wi-Fi, just cant stop praising it. Apart from the villa resort, the lovely siquerim beach is next to the corner with a fort to visit at side of beach. If your are Planning to a beach side resort stay, Aguada Anchorage is the place to visit.
