Cosy Rooms. Good location. Friendly staff. Can be maintained in a much better way. Very small swimming pool. And breakfast on demand with limited options. Nevertheless worth the price.

Amazing place, great service, generous staff and the place is designed and maintained so well. I've visited Waters before a month ago yet I'm feeling like having a second trip! The ambience and location of the hotel contribute more to its beauty! In case you're thinking of a quality time with your special one, book now without thinking twice!

Very bad experience from this hotel. I booked it in advance but when I reached to check in they overcharged me bcoz of stupid reasons. Please don't book and never visit this type of hotel in Goa. There is no room like mention in their site.

So I came to some hotel next to this one, but they have some booking mix problem so thay asked me change in this one for same price same conditions. I was ok whit that only condition was to have working wi fi, and ofc after first day wi fi stopped working rest of my stay hire, and in fist hotel I paid for me and guests just in case I bring someone. But in this one my last day, last hour before checking out, friend came to see me of and they did not allow me to come in my room whit guest, to room I paid in front in cash, other than that hotel is normal looking and clean just free breakfast was just same stuf 7 days, cheapest possible eggs and toast. I you want privacy and to nobody minde your business better skip this one, I know if come back to Goa will not use same one. Also check out is in 12, my cab for airport 4 pm I asked can I stay in room if Is not booked by another person, thay asked 1000 inr extra for that…

Cheap, unique rooms, great staff, great food, what else do you need.

Such a lovely place… Good stuff. All hotel staff are very good and very well mannered… food quality are good… Hotel rooms are very neat and clean. Biplav, Bhart n Santosh are very good and very frank by nature…

A great stay. Peaceful ambiance. Worth. Breakfast was limited. Staff was polite, kind, and helpful.

A very wonderful place to stay with family, which is near to coast line (beaches) and shopping area. I especially liked the balcony in this hotel and the food was awesome if you wanna try pasta take it with white sauce (Alfredo).

Little hide out in busy baga lane, Rooms are beautiful, colors are vibrant. We booked White Suite which was great.

Well mannered staff, expecially Mr Das and his assistants. Good value for money. Near to beaches. Breakfast was nice and simple. No hassles. For hotel's in similar price range, this seemed the best choice. I had personally checked at least 4 hotels before deciding on waters boutique. Initially was worried about parking, but they allotted me a space, which was enough for the length of our stay.

It is a nice place to stay with family, friends. Great themed rooms. Good food. Surrouded by natural beauties.

Rooms are good but is a very basic property. It's close to Baga Beach and Candolim. That's a plus point. If you want an economical stay, it's a decent place.

Hotel is nice small and staff is very very helpful. Rooms are neat and small. Location is near to baga beach (10 mins walk) Only problem is they don't have proper parking facility. Neighbours are non co-operative. We had booked the rooms online and rates were quite reasonable. They also provided us morning breakfast which was not that exciting in taste.

It's a wonderful place. Right in the middle of everything and still a quite and a safe hideout from all the hustle in the Baga lane. The rooms are pretty and the property is clean and maintained well. Had a pleasant stay here. Didn't get a chance to try anything from the kitchen as we were out most of the time, but I heard the Puri bhaji there is delicious.

Showers are not great. Service was slow at breakfast. Rooms are clean.

Rooms pricy compared to facilities available.
