A wonderful place with all facilities u can imagine. Food is excellent with a lot of variety. A aesthetically built well stocked bar. Swimming pool is amazing. The staff is very courteous and caring. Absolutely hygienic and sparking clean. Enjoyed a lot.

Location of hotel is just walking distance away from beach and main road and amenities offered by hotel is very good i. E swimming pool, breakfast quality is really good! But just rooms are just above then basic.

I have stay here resort are good and staff service are good but they need to improve some quality of gujarati food and some jain food.

It is good. Yet it lacks good complimentary breakfast as in, the taste and quality and not the items. The stay is safe. They even have a swimming pool.

Services are vry poor. They dont maintain their cleanliness. Nd the main thing is that they misbehave wid their guests. Nd the receptionist (at nght) is vry poor. She cheated us for wrong thing nd morever they also charge it. I will never suggest u to go there.

Room service was extremely good and bathroom we're properly maintained but bedsheets of bed and almirah we're not properly maintained.

Very strict about their rules about check in, people were nice, no hassle during stay, good hotel at that price. Best part about the hotel is the location, just close to calangute Beach.

Because it is a place near the calangute beach 3 min. Service is very fast and food is very must tasty. Breakfast too.

Small but cozy rooms. We'll manitained but sluggish and lethargic approach of the cleaning staff makes u feel bad. Very close to most of the beaches and pubs. But away from all the hush of the traffic and tram. nice pool but fear the sun burn as it becomes hot after the morning hours. Average resto or can call it good except the coffee. Well mannered staff. And within the budget as well.

Very good hotel with clean rooms, swimming pool and location is very near to calangute Beach. Only a 10 minute drive to calangute Beach. Food is delicious. Staff are very courteous and supportive. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Too much costly than what we get, it's old property with old interior, no use of swimming pool without costume, food drinks r too costly… Bad odour all over rooms and passage in first floor. Good for only one stay.

Not so good rooms. Not so good swimming pool. Very economical hotel. Value for money. But you should spend more and get more. Good for students with budget constrain.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. There were not one not two atleast 10 to 12 cockroaches in the room and when I asked the hotel guys nmanager about the same they asked me to change the at 2.00 am in the night with my 3 yr old daughter n wife. Would never suggest anyone to stay there. Worst customer service, worst rooms. Total waste of money and time.

Hotel is good rooms are fairly clean but rooms and corridoors should be maintained better. Room costed 3k for a night unfortunately they didnt offer free breakfast nor did they offer free Wi-Fi which is totally dissapointing. Even after requesting nothing was offered while most other hotels offer breakfast and Wi-Fi free.

I visited this place is in March 2016. Very nice place to stay… Clean and neat rooms… Gentle and supporting staff… Just go for it.

Horrible the place is. Stay is ok but it gives you a vibe of staying at some sought of GURUKUL. They will never let you shout and use anything that you buy from outside and some people were brutely beaten by the manager (manager was drunk), abused me as well at night (he was drunk). avoid avoid avoid.

The service provided by Delta Residency was satisfactory. The hotel staff was co-operative and the food was delicious. The hotel location is also very good as it is near to the beach and market place. The pick up and drop out service was well on time. The House keeping services needs improvement.

The hotel is located at a good location just 5 mins away from the beach but the service was so poor that we end up with a pretty bad experience. Except food and location nothing was good in this so called residency. A hospitality industry runs with the convenience of the customers but at this place they will made the customers to run according to their convenience. Well over all it was a pretty bad experience. We were highly disappointed and wont suggest this hotel to anyone at all. Dont waste your money and time unless and untill they get a bit better.
