We booked a 1bhk suite on Feb 2020. Great service. No issues so far. Nice stay in hotel. Food is a bit costly but good taste.

Not upto the mark. So many things to improve. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, food charges so high, pool is not as per image, rooms are not good as per seen in image, bedsheets are dirty, bathrooms are specious i. E. Good, they provide dental kit on charge of 50 rs & swim wear 50 rs per day basis, but so many people are going in pool without swimwear. Hotel staff is good but service like tea coffee (complimentary) in rooms are not provided daily, when we ask then they will send in your room. Toiletry are provided once in 4 day stay. Visitor are not allowed in the room, no outside food & drink is allowed in the room.

Polite staff and Good breakfast. Neat and clean. L stayed there in April end 2018. Must stay there when in Goa.

Pros. :-Place is good, room is large, center area Cons. :-they provide cooking area in each room but no cooking accessories they give. You have to rent it from hotel management and give extra money for cooking accessories. Swimming pool is so small (good for kids only) Food is below average.

Awesome place to stay… drawing room is super large. Bedrooms r big and spacious. Clean n tidy. Food is available 24 hours, that is the best part!

Third class house keeping. Not a 4 star hotel not clean room not clean bath room or very bad experience with this hotel Iam not get another time on this hotel do not change bad sheet or dirty towels. Every day not clean room in 2 bhk sweet room condition very bad.

It's okay as the 3 star popup says Decent place… little away from Calangute… but still close… we booked a 2 room suite for a weekend and was a decent place… rooms are quite big… neat… staff very curtious.

Worst service, house keeping and hospitality is just zero, we have to keep on calling them again and again to get things done. Location is very near to Baga beach, but the maintenance by the owner is not that great.

1500 se ft apartment with kitchen, drawing cum dining, 2 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, 2 LCDs, 2 balconies. What more you expect at this price. It's near to Calangute. Beach. Exact 12 min to Calangute by Foot. Breakfast is above average. There is an open air restaurant opp the resort called Little Goa which plays live music. Must visit. Swimming pool is small. In-house dining options are good. Overall superb stay in a 3.5 star property. Room tip — take a 2 bedroom suite and it's super value for money.

Great 1BHK rooms, well equipped kitchen, decent service. And a big enough pool for 10+ people. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was co-operative, room service was good. Cleaners never complained about the mess. We were glad to tip.

Stayed in 1 BHK. Good spacious rooms, need to change front desk staff and waiters.

Average property. Pool is okay. Customer service is average. Food is not upto the mark. Though kitchen service is 24x7, the food definitely needs improvement in terms of taste and variety. The property claims to be of 4 star rating but is not more than 3 star. None of the towels provided during 4 day stay were clean or stain free. Better hotels at same price just around the corner.

This is good property with spacious rooms and good room service. However the rooms are not managed well and the housekeeping seems to be not upto the mark. During our three days hardly we got clean towel. The food quality in the restaurant was really good and attendants are very helpful and the restaurant manager Mr Ajay is really managing the show well. Hope the management will take the criticism in a right sprit so that they will get more patronage.

Located in Calangute and close to Calangute and Baga beach and Calangute market … Only issue is that the parking place is too narrow making it difficult to make our way thru.

Rooms are great but the service is not up to the mark.

Its a good hotel with all amenities. Their hospitality is nice! However, they lack in terms of cleanliness like the bedsheets and the pillow covers are not good. U can see a lot of stray marks. They tried to change the bed sheet immediately when I requested, but the situation is always the same. None of the bedsheets were good. On the other side, the food is really nice.

Hotel located at the very near to market and beach. Neat and clean. Staffs are so polite… Foods was just yummy n awesome. Service is good. Too much cheap as per the Hotel standard. Pool was nice… You should visit if you want a budget hotel with good service…

Big Rooms with two attached bathrooms and common Bathroom with Kitchen & Four A/C & at affordable rates.

Reached Goa on 1/6/17 to attend the 25th marriage anniversary of my dear cousin Versha. It was all planned by them. We (Jayasree and I) are used to traveling. We like to pick our place of stay. However, this time we didn't have to do anything. And it was a big surprise. The hotel looked beautiful. We got a two bedroom suite along with Versha and family. The arrangement was fantastic. The amenities in the suite were of five star quality. The balcony overlooked hills and greenery straight out of a drawing book. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was good and freshly prepared. Location of the hotel is great. Very easy to find and Calangute beach is walkable distance in morning and evening (but not when sun is high, anyway who goes to the beach at high noon? ). However, We were provided a drop and pick up from the hotel. Two days and two nights passed too soon. We had to proceed to Bangalore to attend a marriage and then back to Delhi. Returned with happy memories. Would love to go back to the Golden Suites & Spa in our next visit to Goa.

My friends visited the hotel. They found the service to be too good. The hotel seems to be very beautiful as well.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff were very attentive. The hotel had many facilities. Food was plentiful, a mix of Indian cuisines which catered for all tastes. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend!

We visited as guests in this hotel and the staff was very rude to us. Guards were really polite. Cleanliness on floor and in pool was taken in serious consideration. Food offered here is not so good. Location is also a bit away from beach.

Waited for 45 minutes, no one came to receive. Was calling the phone number given, no response. After a long journey in train, this people kept me waiting, really disappointed.

Nobody came to receive hence we paid in advance for pick up service. Tried calling the number provided, noone answered. Called more than 10 times… Poor first impression… Will be updating soon regarding further services! DISAPPOINTED.

A good two bedroom apartment. With a swimming pool. And its very near to all the locations nearby… A perfect for friends group. To visit.

The Golden Palms Hotel and Spa, Calangute, Goa luxury hotel superb. Cleanliness, service, staff courtesy was very good.

Very nice rooms. Good for families. Worth every single penny. And even the restaurant has good food. Walkable distance to the beach. Good place to stay.

Best 4 star hotel in Goa 7 cool services of Golden Palms Calangute Goa.

Hopeless, unhygienic property with ill maintained building, dirty rooms. Guests are checked in, even without changing the dirty bed sheets and pillow covers. Pictures on website are misleading as they are professionally edited. Stayed at this property on 30th and 31st Dec. 2014. Food was of very average quality. Bathrooms are basic and ill maintained. Bath towels were dirty and very old. It is a poorly maintained apartment guest house. Greenery shown in website, is open unoccupied plot, not part of property, with sight of people defecating in open and garbage heaps. Better avoid. Low budget travelers, not finicky about hygiene and cleanliness can opt for this property as it provides spacious rooms, provided you get it dirt cheap. Not a hotel for people looking for class and quality.
