These guys are fraudsters. Totally unacceptable service despite of being a five star hotel. If you ask for water it takes 2 hours for them to get it. Our car was banged by another in the parking lot and nobody from the entire hotel was willing to take ownership including the security. After wasting 6 hours post our checkout just to see the cctv footage, BISWANATH BOSE — the asst security manager was useless to the core. The assistant dint know jackshit of what his doing utterly zero knowledge of his post and what is he kept there for. When we finally approached VAMAN NAIK — the security head, spoke like a Gunda “apko jo krna he karo, itna he toh complaint file karo”. Such a disgusting treatment after they being in fault and zero help whatsoever. All they kept repeating was we cant show you the footage but we saw it and the car was scratched outside only not in the premises. They knew well we had to leave for mumbai the same day and all they did was made us run here and there and got us no conclusion. Our checkin time was 2pm and they handed us the room at 6.30 (stating they need to sanitise🤣, this was the epic wait ever! ) we call someone to order for food near the poolside — they asked us to wait for 5/10 mins and then the waiter approaches us after 1 n half hour. The fice star rooms has broken furniture, no tissues in the washroom, flush doesnt work, no hot water access, pathetic room service, kept giving wake up call since 9am and disturbed us throughout the checkout.
Claiming a 5 star hotel, it's actually should be 2 star. You have to buy Wi-Fi, brekafast even after paying high rent. Recommended to avoid the hotel.

The property managememt and the name tagged to it are totally opposite. The room that was. Allocated had several issues like the lock not working, broken drawer, intercom out of service. Further the staff at the buffet take their own sweet time to even get u a ketchup. it is definitely not worth the name and should be avoided. Paid 13400 per day for the room and the service that I got was not worth for evem 5k. Pathetic experience.
