Went there for dining out and we were pleasantly suprised with the fine service here. Its a quaint little place on the Colva beach road, offering stay as well as dining. The food was fresh and yummy and my kids simply loved all the greenery and blooming flowers around apart from the food.

Simple comfortable space, located at a walking distance from Colva Beach, Goa! Not much of local delicacies on their restaurant menu but the food available was still good in taste for many who would prefer eating the dishes available. Staff was courteous and patient even with our youngest traveler. Place is good for families with kids.

One of the best locations for a hotel, just about 300m from the beach. The hotel has all the basic amenities. Buffet breakfast is good. The restaurant is good as well. The swimming pool is well maintained, though its a bit small. The staff is courteous and responsible. Would recommend people visiting Colva to definitely stay at this place.

Actually the restaurant is the place we love here. Costly for rooms though very good resort. The place has theme rooms and romantic. It is very close to colva beach. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms, lot of candles placed in the rooms to give theme. The place is very premium and well maintained.

I stayed her for 10 days and the service was exceptional, many great staff. Great food, tea, beer and bar. Definitely a clasic 4 star hotel feel with spa.

I am staying here now and just dont have enough words to praise the hospitality provided by the staff and the manager of this resort. They buy you with their care. Truly stated, always open to serve guests even at midnight. Special mentions for person in-charge Rajesh, staff Tanay, Harsh, Sofia and Harita for so good body spa.

When we reached to soul resort. In the reception they told they will checkout and for a long time we had to sit in the reception. We felt that they give more importance for foreigners than Indians. After we fought in the reception they gave us a small room for our family to refresh. It was difficult for me to sit in the reception with small kids. But the hotel staff was very nice.

Niche, nice hotel. Big plus smaller but warm pool with kid pool. Pool side is best area to enjoy. Food is very good, although bit highly priced. Breakfast spread is enough, not extravagant. Overall decent resort, close to Colva beach. The garden wooden Villa is huge — however the smell of enamel paint is bit killer. Room does not have energy saving features. Room amenities are good.

Beautiful and peaceful place to be. It's a small place than the usual resorts. But very good place if one wants a peaceful stay. Walkable distance to Colva beach from the resort. Decent food.

Looks like the best hotel in Colva area. Food was great and a nice shoreline is just a few steps away. They have a pool, jacuzzi and other nice amenities. Must say it's well maintained!

This is an absolutely fantastic place. The service is incredible. And so is the breakfast buffet. And the food served in the garden restaurant. Plenty of other restaurants around the corner, if you think their beer price is too high… The pool area is quiet and relaxing (no music ;-) ). A short walk to the beach, that stretches miles and miles in both directions. The rooms are spacious and nice with a fridge and water bottles daily. Did I mention, that all staff are extremely helpful. They read your mind and fulfil your wishes even without asking. In short — how to give them six stars?

An excellent place to stay in Colva, Goa. The resort is tastefully done up. The staff is very courteous and prompt. Food is excellent as well. Being very close to the beach, this is a place which is ideal for all types of travelers.

Location A small area, but friendly staff. The hotel is located on the side of the central road, to the beach two ways: access to the central road and through the market-6 minutes; Or to the left and on a narrow alley to the neck boomerang-3 min.

Nice hotel rooms, but a bit expensive for the place. There are other properties with similar amenities and at lower rates. The staff is very helpful and is very friendly. The breakfast has limited options. Food is OK. It's photogenic.

Loved every bit of my stay… clean and hygienic… especially pool… staff courteous and helpful… food menu and quality needs big time working on… especially since we were vegetarians we had some struggle… overall wouldn't mind revisiting provided food gets better… proximity to beach/hygiene and staff earn the four stars but only food then two star.

Very well maintained resort. Calm and peaceful… very close to colva beach. Everything is good about the property — the staff, rooms, restaurant, pool, gym, etc. Though nothing much around the resort to see. Good place for those who just want to stay inside the resort and relax. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again.

Serene and calm, we went in August when Goa's least crowded. Soul vacation offers in house spa facilities and service is great. Off season prices are really good. There's restaurant as well as bar, no complaints here :)

Wonderful accommodation for our family of four! The resort is close to everything one could need on a holiday, the beach, the restaurant LEDA which is one of the best in Colva. This place is quiet and peaceful despite being full. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food options are limited but that didn’t matter as there was this lovely restaurant which was just a stone’s throw away from the resort. We were disappointed to find the swimming pool closed at 7p. M. And at times not available for swimming when we were looking forward to a swim before dinner when we returned from a day out. This is something to improve on please. Otherwise, it is a quiet and a great place to relax and chill. We were also particularly impressed by the friendly and positive attitude of Mr Puneet, the General Manager of this resort. Puneet ji, you made us feel so welcome. Thank you!

The best hotel in Kolve. Very friendly staff. Security is present. Every night the treatment is from mosquitoes. The rooms always have tea, coffee, butylirovanaja water and toilet paper in the amount that you need. At least 100 times a day will bring. 100% clean and well maintained pool on kolve. Breakfast was good. We recommend it.

I didn't have kids so I found this place really nice. It was close to everywhere you want to be by foot and just that little bit far enough so that you can escape from it.

One of the best stay in goa in luxury rooms that too just for 2000 per night.

Not great for family vacation. No play area for kids. No place to walk around. Except the pool n spa nothing much. Food is good. The rooms are also not kid friendly. Ideal only for couples n business travellers. This resort has nothing much compared to Marina duorado resorte in north goa. Would nor recommend to others.

Its stars justifies enjoyed hot water there.
