One of the best resort in South Goa. Private beach access to food everything was amazing. Big clean rooms. And the most important helping desk members. My sister got injury on her ankle. Everything was just beautiful. Every corner of the hotel will make you create a memory. I have been to Goa many times but all My thought about this place was visiting different beaches but this time my trip had a different excitement altogether. I was just inside the resort, right from the room to the pool, to the bar, to the beach on the property to the Spa … everything would just leave you awestruck! MUST VISIT It was our 10th Anniversary and the Special Valentine’s Day. You just made it so so special. Thank you.

Amazing property, very well maintained, perfect for relaxation, easy immediate and Direct access to beach which is super clean and enjoyable. And O My God food, you can't have better food. Hospitality and staff are supreme. This is going to be my all time favourite ❤️

Probably our fourth stay here — but Beleza continues to amaze us. A labour of the Bahl family’s love — Radhika, Bhavna, Raghav and of course Ajay seem to have poured their heart and soul into this place. Lovely spacious rooms. Great bars — one overlooking the paddy fields and the other by the beach. Great restaurants — again by the paddy fields (Tentacio) and the other on the beach (Nazare). Good food. Friendly staff and amazingly child friendly. Including baby friendly. You can get cots and bottle sterilisers in your room if you ask in advance. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Beleza Goa for our anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better place to chill and rewind. The spacious well designed airy rooms makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The resort is well equipped with 2 outdoor pools, spa, paddy bar, 2 Inhouse restaurants and a restaurant by the beach. Our best highlight was the couple spa and our anniversary candlelight dinner by the Betalbatim beach. We would like to thank Beleza for making our anniversary so special. We would love to visit here again.

Everything was just amazing. It's the most beautiful place I have visited. I would definitely recommend this property but one thing that I didn't like was the food. Less options of food plus the taste was not good at all. So I would highly recommend the property but not the restaurant and the food.

Swimming pool is good & also there is kids pool, adults & kids can enjoy. Good was nice, close by there were many places to visit. Rooms are really big & greenery all around.

I enjoyed the stay at Beleza. The breakfast spread is great, it was a mix of continental and Indian food. The restaurant by the sea is absolutely stunning. The rooms were also great. The only draw back was that there was maintenance work going on when we got there and it was annoying to keep hearing hammering construction noise. Apart from this the pool, the rooms, restaurant and the service were all great.

Very beautifully decorated and furnished place. Lots of places to take pictures. There's a small path leading to the beach. A restaurant is also there, but most of the hotel was under renovation during the monsoon, so we didn't eat at that restaurant. Instead we walked to Mikey's (right outside the resort). Their other restaurant also has a fine view of some fields. Recommend this place!

Lovely property and it serves very delicious food too. The staff is very polite and would make you feel special. Overall a six star experience… The way to the beach (nazare) is a lovely walk which takes you straight away to the lovely beach side… The rooms are quite spacious and are well updated with all the basis amenities… Buffets are quite filling and have a variety too…

Nice place with a pool and restaurant and bar. Food is quite good. Friendly service. They can arrange cabs and transport as well. 2 minutes walk from the beach. A bit off the beaten path in quiet (er) South Goa.

Had an amazing stay this summer at this beautiful hotel. Its probably a newly developed property thus its amazing with some beautifully designed rooms and well lit up too. Moreover it's just 2 minutes from the beach which is the more silent end of colva. Better opt for the breakfast inclusive option while booking because there is nothing nearby that's breakfast friendly. Additionally they have an amazing pool so don't forget to enjoy it. They need to improvise on their food though.

We had an excellent stay. Nothing to make any complaint. Staff was friendly, cordial, prompt. Very good service rendered. Defenently I will refer to my friends. One suggestion — keep a rod for keeping hand towels near wash basin. Keeping on the platform is unhygienic. Another thing food is testier but compare to other nearby hotels, QUANTITY WAS LESS, price is almost more or less same. in all everything was fantastic. Keep it up.

The rooms are amazing, so is there service. The ambience is exactly what you'd expect for a quiet and peaceful vacation. The food can be improved but you can get amazing food from outside the hotel too. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice experience overall.

A very comfortable and peaceful place. We stayed in one of their renovated rooms. The rooms are quite modern and well furnished. The balcony was an added advantage. The bathroom is large and clean. The swimming pool is large and well maintained. Also, there is a beachside restaurant and bar. The ambience of the entire property is quite good and the staff is also very courteous and helpful. The beach is adjacent to the compound. It's not a private beach though. I look forward to visiting this place again!

A great property. However, the service needs improvement. The room service is extremely slow. The food is good but the quantity is not worth the price. The options for vegetarians is also very limited. The breakfast variety is also very limited. However, the access to beach is a great advantage.

Outstanding hotel. Very clean and modern. Impossible to fault anything. Would recommend to everyone. Very friendly staff nothing is too much.

An awesome place to stay. We booked an entire pool side villa for ourselves. Breakfast buffet is included with the stay which contained a lot of items to choose from. We were fortunate enough to be their during the karaoke night and we enjoyed it every bit. The added advantage — it is just 100 meters from the beach and it is quite secluded and safe.

We stayed at BBTB for over a week, and had a great time. The resort is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are large and comfortable. What is particularly nice about the resort is the extremely well-mannered and courteous staff. On the flip side, there was a lot of construction activity going on of which we weren't informed beforehand, and there was no internet connection in the rooms. All in all, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A very nice and calming place to stay. I had to remove one star because of the construction which is going on at this resort. It is sometimes really noisy. Otherwise a Perfect place for a holiday. The staff is very nice and polite.

Just loved the villas and swimming pool was very clean. They serve nice breakfast and room service was prompt.

Great escape! Not luxurious but comfortable. Cottages are well maintained; warm and helpful staff, green and easy surroundings, easy access to the beach. Food could be better and live music is not something to look forward to; but then that doesn't matter much when you have easy access to food shacks at the beach…

I've stayed 4 times at this hotel and I will always come back here. Very friendly staff, a beautiful environment in the middle of a well maintained nature. They are now busy extending the hotel so more rooms wiil be available soon. And theres also a new swimming pool.

Great family friendly resort with access to the colva beach. Not crowded at all, with decent food options and courteous staff. Martin's corner is nearby. Would love to visit again.

Loved this place lot. Had been with family. Extended our stay, even at loss of air ticket cancellation. Beautiful ambience, Beach is nearby, tasty food, sincere & courteous staff… words are short to appreciate.

Beautiful property. A place to be if you want a quiet and relaxing vacation… beach is at a walking distance with beautiful sand. Nearest shacks — mickeys. If you walk further from mickeys you will find more eating joints there. food at beleza is pretty good too. We had most of our meals at beleza. And the staff was also very courteous.

Good location, good ambience, excellent food. Swimming pool, play area and gym are also good. However maintenance seems to be an issue. Our Bathroom wall had seepage and hence it was stinky and the staff was helpless in this regard. Moreover there is construction activity going on in the front side which is disturbing. Overall it's not a worthy experience if you pay over 10k a night and get a stinky bathroom.

Very enjoyable vacation hotel Good facilities like swimming pool game room gym restaurant. Very close to the beach which is not crowded. Food menu is quite large and food is quite good. Rooms are comfortable.

We have stayed here couple of times before. It was really charming and welcoming. Management was good and responsive. We are staying here third time and it’s completely mess. There is a big construction going on. They are adding another 48 or so rooms, lot of construction noise, food quality has gone down. Internet only works in the restaurant. Bed springs are popping out, washroom basin was cracked. We politely complained to manager couple of times but no one bothered to pay attention or resolve these. We kept coming here because of the hospitality but we definitely won’t stay here again.

Amazing place to stay especially with kids or elderly family folks. Colva beach is 2 minutes walk from the property. Beach remains quite clean with no hustle bustle. Food at the resort is fresh though Menu lacks variety. Spa is available but average. They are expanding and constructing more villas so little bit of botheration was there. But overall very nice experience.

Good rooms and amenities. I really liked the toiletries. They are really respectful and helpful. Remember if you want to travel around by rental moped, get it early in the morning. The rentals are for a daily basis regardless of when you take it during the day. If you take it in the evening, you are still charged for the first day if you don't return it before the night. The breakfast is also good from 8am to 10:30am. Feel free to come twice, once at 8 and then for a snack at 10:15. They have a pool open during the day. And gym as well. They have a beautiful beach with a stream running into the sea. The beach was so quiet and beautiful. The sand so soft. I really loved my time here.

What a property. Amazing. Nice rooms, superb location. They have their own beach where you can sit and relax alone, there will be no crowd. Although food was not that good but still give them 5 stars. Staff is nice and supportive. You will come back to your home with life time memories.

Peaceful place near the beach… just as the name suggests. Spacious and clean rooms. Courteous staff… Good place to stay for a few days.

Elegant and rustic structure, spacious and well kept rooms, good enough pool and gym, polite and warm staff — (had a DVD technician come over at 11.30 pm to set up! Yes, they have got a decent movie collection). Way to the beach is a delight! Lighting is beautiful en route! Do note there's not much to do, except to laze about :) You could walk up to Colva Beach (about 15 minutes). Food could have been better both in terms of quantity and taste and so it's 4 on 5!

Has a very friendly, efficient and quick staff that is very disciplined too. The reception managers are calm and well-spoken. The hotel offers decent amenities at a reasonable price. Gym is small but the instructor is good and explains stuff very well. Swimming pool is clean and nicely maintained. Good location. Overall nicely built hotel.

Nice hotel lot of greenery is maintained inside property, very good for the family's with 4+ members to enjoy the holidays.

We felt cheated with regards to the room. Even after booking more than 3 months in advance and mentioning the ages of my 2 small children (one an infant) in e-mail while booking, we were allotted the last farthest room in the hotel. It was terrible carrying my 1.9 year old son around coz the beach was very far from the room allotted to us. To make things worse, this rooms attached kitchen was used as store-room by the hotel. There was constant nuisance and thorough-fare by house-keeping staff… even at night 11… no privacy. The entire hotels laundry was above this room so there was continuous up-and-down by the laundry boys… which is very disturbing. The water from the laundry was constantly dripping into the veranda attached to our room. The veranda is a sit-out with table n chairs for enjoying tea-coffee, but we were never able to do so b'coz of the dripping water from above. Also, my son slipped once n hurt back of his head. The bathroom shower was another disaster. If we want hot water, then no force of water; n if we wanted force, then cold water only comes. How does one give kids a warm water bath after getting dirty in the beach? No respite after repeated requests or complaints. They said — it's the same with all bathrooms in the hotel! The manager Mr Nelson was rude and arrogant after we complained and expressed our displeasure.

My wife and I stayed here September last year and we had a wonderful time, we arrived late on the night and the staff let us have food and even have a few ice cold beers which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and spacious with a great selection of films. Great pool, spa, staff and beach. I would return.

Resort is awesome but service group are not good. They are not bothered about their guests.

Excellent location. Very well maintained property. The beach is absolutly beautiful and because of very thin crowd you have all the beach to yourself. The only negative point is that the food menu is very limited. And during my stay the ac didn't work properly and inspite of my repeated complaint it was not fixed.

Nice pretty place, spacious, with pool and small gym and play room. Only problem was we could not get the room AC working the entire first day of stay. It's better now. Food here is alright, and we really liked the 'Micky's' place nearby. Sea beach is also nice and clean and 3 mins walk from the rooms, not visible from any of the rooms, though. Overall, nice place.

A Great place to spend your holidays! At around 5000 Indian rupees/ 100~ USD per night, the service and the location is great! The food is pretty good, never let us down during our stay! Direct beach access, about a 250 meter walk from the hotel. All in all, Great, maintained location, good facilities, spontaneous service. Bang for buck! P. S: The one and only let down was that the Wi-Fi signal wasnt proper in our room, had to go till the reception area to get a proper signal. Also recommend the restaurant "Mickeys".
