Great service, especially for early check-in and a fantastic view of the park across the street. Decent rooms also.

Don't stay in south goa, no restourent & no night life. I was here for 2 days bed has small insect & all tourist places are far more than 25 kms only colva beach is nearest, not worth it.

The location of this hotel is convenient for air travel. The hotel room 302 AC was not working but they exchanged the room. Please see the status of AC before settling down in the room. Staff is polite. On Sunday, restaurant is not working. The room service man brings the food from outside. There are bugs in few rooms.

Very spacious rooms, it is recommended for people who wants to stay away from traffic and the crowd. Vasco is a peaceful place to relax as compared to Panjim.

Good but not worth. Old building and normal service. Complimentary breakfast is not good only you will get aloo parata. Rooms are ok. Over all its budjet hotel.

Good place to stay if you are visiting Goa and landed late night. Spacious rooms. Run by Goa Tourism department of State Government. But remember, don't expect anything else from them only they provide you a bedroom.

Decent and cost effective place to stay in Vasco Da Gama. Nearby to the HQ and accessibility to lot of restaurants and shops.

Ok ok budget hotel at a good location in Vasco da Gama. Don't expect any ambience here. Bathroom/toilet is in pathetic conditions. You have to pay for drinking water too. If you want a place to lie down and sleep for a couple of nights amd spend a whole day in goa wandering, then go for it.

Good accomodation. Reasonable tarrif. Walkable distance to Railway station. Cordial Service.

Apart from the hotel and room's they also have a good resturend and two convention centre cum event hall's, which make it an great Venu to hold programmes and it's centre location and easy acesselitibility is an added advantage.

Location is nice but room is not good only 2 star for hotels Been in non AC room but when you enter in the room you feel bad smell because rooms are closed so open it for some time. Bathroom should be more hygienic and there are mosquito in room also so ask for coil when you check in. Hotel is 300 m near Vasco sataion and 5 km from Goa airport and local transportation is near by around 400 m. And local market is half kilometer. There is bar and restaurant next by hotel which opens till 2-3 AM The condition of hygiene can be improved and bed can be more clean. Staffs are very friendly. This place is run by Goa department of tourism and therefore the prices are set by them. Which means that the prices are cheaper than privately run services who provide the same services for a higher price.

Closest Residency to the Vasco Railway Station, Also quite budget friendly.

Stayed in Non AC Front-facing Double Room No, 305 from 6-9 Nov. It is a 2-star hotel and is worth the total room rent for i. E. Rs. 1512 per night (no included Breakfast). The airy room was big with a decent bathroom; bed spread was clean. Situated just 300 m from Vasco railway station and accessible from the market and other places. There is a good veg restaurant Annapoorna, 5 mins walk. GTDC reception here does arrange for private North & South Goa sightseeing Tempo Travellers (from Vasco station). Good budget hotel to stay for travellers at the center of Goa who need rail, air and bus connectivity.

Great place to stay we have all things around nearer to railway and bus I love it everything I get here and comming to hotel it's good hotel but not so much great it's service and cost are pretty good all together this place and this hotel made my trip beautifull.

Perhaps the worst GTDC residency in Goa. Everything aspect can be improved here from guest's perspective. Rooms are definitely reliable but cleanliness is a major issue.

I stayed in room no 102 on 22 August 2017. Lot many bedbugs. I could not sleep whole night. No maintenance at all. Photo upload facility not there otherwise I could have posted how many bedbugs I killed during night of 22/23 August 2017.

The Residency itself isn't impressive but good enough for a quick stay in between while. The real merit is in its locationVasco Residency is near the Vasco Railway station and is in the heart of the City. It is also near a garden for a brisk walk or relaxation.

A conveniently located, middle range accommodation in Vaddem, Vasco, Goa. Rooms are spacious & airy, Food at the restaurant is good and well priced. Room service is poor & overall maintenance need gross improvement. Still a good place for a long stay with any project related visit.

Stayed here for a night as I have to catch flight next morning. Place is quite nearby to Goa airport. It has a restaurant also on ground floor. Food was ok as well. Overall a good place.

Pros: — big rooms, nice garden view from balcony, good food in the restaurant especially yummy chicken biriyani which I had. I stayed there for 3 days. cons: — A. C was not working properly, no proper room service, bathrooms where not good.

Its cheap but rooms need improvement.
