Awesome stay Entirely different in terms of hotel attitude of the staff they were always stands like your host of relations. Quality of room which offered by Avisha was not less than any 3 star hotel. The amenities offered by Avisha was excellent. Avisha situated at the center of Goa, very is close to airport and other facilities. Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, cleanliness of room, restaurant, bar and staff services were excellent. Electricity supply is one of the major issue in Goa but Avisha provided continues supply of power. The owner of Avisha Mr. Farnandis & his family members were given a homely treatment. I will give full credit to Avisha which made my family holiday AWESOME.

Hotel stay is good and room charges are reasonable. Place surroundings not much to see nor do shopping.

Nice and Cosy rooms. Bathroom is clean. Value for the money you spend. In the ♥ of the city. Staff well behaved.

This hotel was below standards. In the reception there are turtles in a kitchen dowl. The hole hotel building is uncomplete (see pics) and so were the rooms. Rooms are spacious and include ammenities but quite unclean. Many things were done partly and prepared with so so mentality. Staff is friendly though. Taxes are paid separately from the booking price.

Hotel close to bus stand and railway station. Airport 4-5kms away. It is close to market. Rooms are clean and staff is also cooperative. You get sea view from your room.

Location is good but you can stay only if you want to catch train to other location. If you really want to stay in Goa to enjoy beaches, then you should stay in North or South goa.

I would give this place 5 stars Because it ticked mark all the criteria we were looking for in a hotel for our short stay. The room is amazing, food / breakfast was great and reasonable, bathroom was super clean, hot water 24x7, good sea view, near to the airport and quiet accessible around. Not forgetting the warm and accommodating staff. From fixing our bed from twin to double to getting stuff from the pharmacy when my husband was unwell (without charging a penny extra) only shows how empathetic, concern and human the staff are. All the staff were very calm, composed and welcoming. My husband and Myself were pleased with our stay at Avisha Residency. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Goa for few or Many days. It felt like home to us. Thank you for the amazing stay to all the staff continue the good work! :-) Regards, Cleta.

Rooms are spacious, cleaning staff is not available always…

It's a nice place to stay in Vasco, near sea. However, it is nt adjacent to any beach. Baina beach is the closest to this hotel which will take just 5 min via two-wheeler. The hotel staff is nice and if u hv opted for accommodation with breakfast then surely u ll have a heavy breakfast bcz they keep on serving.

I stayed here for a day and night before christmas. If you are looking for a place in goa to just rest for night and refresh yourself eigther after landing in dabolin or the day before your departure flight then look no further, it's very neat and clean, cozy and ofcourse close to airport. Staff here is very cooperative, especially a guy at the reception named Michael. I wish they install an elevator soon in their building.

I have booked a Standard room with Free Breakfast. This Hotel is located at Vasco. The room was clean when we reached. Staffs are courteous and helpful. We got bottled drinking water everyday. The best part was Hotel provides Free unlimited breakfast with different Menu with these common items — Bread Toast, Juice, Boiled Egg, Coffee/Tea. On first day we got Aaloo paratha with earlier mentioned items and second day got Poori and aalo sabzi. There is a restaurant at 1st Floor for Lunch and Dinner. We have got Below amenities: -AC room — Free Wi-Fi -24 hours Hot water in Bathroom -Free Breakfast -Spacious bathroom Bathroom has jacuzzi and was very clean and spacious with hot available 24 hours. Only thing that lacks is Lift, as this building doesn't have any lift service. You have to use stairs for reaching floors. Overall, this hotel is good with cleanliness and good service.

It was very nice to stay at Avisha Residency. The Crew is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also the food at the restaurant is very delicious and the prices are nice. A place where I would like to stay again.

Great place to crash! Toilets are very clean and shiny, also the beds are super soft all and all overall the rooms were amazing. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Bad surroundings and location, bed sheets were dirty when we moved in.

The rooms were nice, the food was good… They should concentrate more on cleanliness. The staff was friendly as well.

To summarize. Location wise — good as close to station. Bad as close to fisherman village and hence strong fish smell around. Staff Behavior — good. Restaurant and Food — Restaurant service is pathetic. If you need to eat here, then give them atleast 3 hrs and follow up 1000 times to order a snacks. Plus be careful drunkards from near slum also come to this hotel 's bar and restaurant. So not at all comfortable for a family. We had aan argument with a similar fellow there who unnecessary was interferring in our business.

Under budget and close to proximity of things needed while on holiday. Not much to do with the hustle and bustle of the city. Good view of the sea from the 2nd floor onwards.

Stay at Avisha was a good experience. Starting from the time we checked in, we did not have any blockheads till we checked out. The staff and other members were overtly polite and all of our requests were actioned on a very timely basis. Also, it's restaurant offers vast variety of food at a fair price. I am very happy to say that this hotel is a great value for money and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Goa.

Suprisingly Efficient staff for goa which generally comes across as disinterested in most others hotels we have been to! Best of all great to see the owner himself at the hotel all around the clock passionately running it and looking into everything himself!

Excellent view with good ambience. Amazing place if u wana have a chilled weekend.

Not as expected and as posted in the site. The experience is Awful. TV not working during our stay reported but action taken is slow. No water refill for drinking. The house keeping needs improvement. However, Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean the only plus points.

I visited the hotel in Aug'16 as I had work in Verna Industrial Estate. I must say it's among few of the best rooms I've experienced. The best sleep quality as the bedding is very premium & the same with the bathroom. Location is also good accessing bus station, railway station is very close & scores full marks on location front. It's more delightful when you get all this at such a less rate & Hotel has restaurant, menu is also priced decent. I'll Suggest this place for the people who wants to stay premium but are tight on budget.
